    I recently had an issue with an order with SD Bullion where they sent the incorrect amount of metal. After contacting support, they were extremely helpful and got my order fixed promptly.

    Made a mistake in placing an order. Asked for assistance if they can cancel the order so I can place the correct order. They charged me with the cancelation fee, "market loss," and 5% of the total order amount. After talking to them they gave me "discount" when they're not supposed to be charging me as they did not lose anything at all. They still have the products and they still gain profit for it. I do not know how many customers have the same experience and I wish they will not continue in operating this way. They earn easy money from people who are just seeking information and placing orders incorrectly. Never will I visit, nor consider buying from them ever again.

    I typically order from Money Metals and have always been impressed with their quality and care in packaging. However, I decided to give SD Bullion a try with a small order just to test the watersand Im very glad I didnt risk more.The silver I received from SD Bullion was poorly packaged and arrived visibly tarnished. For a company dealing in precious metals, this is not just disappointingits unacceptable. Tarnished silver suggests either careless handling, improper storage, or both, and to send it out in that condition shows a lack of basic respect for the *********** was genuinely embarrassing to receive, especially when I know what proper fulfillment looks like from a reputable dealer. I paid a premium expecting professional-grade handlingnot to be treated like my order didnt matter.Needless to say, this was my first and last order from SD Bullion. Ill continue placing all my orders with Money Metals, where I know Im getting what I paid for: quality metals and professional service.

    It was an outstanding and pleasant experience selling to SD Bullion. I called and got a quick quote on the items I wanted to sell and with my experience selling to Coin Shops/******* and at Coin Shows, I felt like it was very fair pricing on what they were willing to give me. I used them for the shipping label and insurance (much cheaper to use them) and I immediately shipped the coins. Within 1 day of their arrival, I received notice that the credit to my bank account was on it's way. Very easy and pleasant. I also have had a great experience buying from them as well!

    Received pre 33 liberties that were less than the quality advertised. Contacted customer service and emailed pics as requested. Next day they agreed to review coins, sent return merchandise label and within a few days of receipt agreed to replace the coins in question. Within a week my new coins were delivered. They were everything I had expected with the first shipment and much more. The *** team made me a believer that I need not work with any other pm dealer. Price, quality and outstanding service!

    SD Bullion is Fantastic!! I mad a purchase from a Television promoted company,, HUGE MISTAKE! I have been stacking sliver (constitutional) since the mid 70's, didn't know why, I just knew it was different. Any way, back to my experience with SD Bullion. I had purchased 1/4 ozt ******* coins. Looking at my receipt, I paid way to much. Even though I didn't purchase these from SD Bullion, the very nice lady looked up the coins and made me an offer that was much more than I thought i could get. Fast, Efficient, Kind, Friendly, and obviously very knowledgeable A very pleasant experienced! Great folks. (BTW, I have purchased many coins from SD and these are the beet coin / bullion dealers I have worked *******

    Sold gold and silver coins to SD Bullion and had a favorable experience. Competitive price quoted with easy to follow shipping instructions and label provided, which was deducted from my order. Four of my silver bars (**************************) were unfortunately identified as non-silver, which they returned to me. I plan to do business with them again in the future.
