  Received damaged coins. Was very unimpressed. One coin had a chip taken out of it. Most the coins have heavy milk spotting, and most the coins had varying degrees of scratching. I can only assume they must store all coins loosely in bins like their advertisement clearly shows, so they get all scratched. When contacted, ** seemed more concerned about them not losing any money, than they did about the customer. No partial or full refund for the damaged items. No discount off next purchase. I had to prove damage then send coins back and wait for replacements that ended up with similar issues just no chips taken out. Called it good enough, just won't buy from them unless they are the only place with one specific item I need. There are a few other metals companies out there that are cheaper and higher quality. Have never received a single scratched or stained coin from them. Idk if I can list them here, but i would highly recommend them if I could.

  Just had the best experience with their customer service department! Was shipped a few damaged coins by mistake. When I contacted them, the day after receipt, they asked for pictures of the damaged coins to make sure it was real damage and not just buyer's remorse. They came back the next day and confirmed damage. I was then emailed a return label, securely packed up the return and mailed it. A few days later I was mailed a tracking code. A few days after that I received the replacement pieces. I am super impressed with how smoothly this went and how responsive their team was with keeping me up to date of the process. They definitely won me as a return customer after this.

  SOLD SOME OF MY METALS TO SD BUILLION. THEY QUOTED ME A PRICE, I LOCKED IT IN, I SENT PACKAGE ON WEDNESDAY, GOT PAID ON TUESDAY. FOLLOWED THEIR INSTRUCTIONS, AND WENT PERFECTLY. WILL DO MORE BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

  SD BULLION employee ***** is a superstar!I talked to a very arrogant supervisor for SD BULLION on Monday 3/24/25 about damaged to a couple of 5oz capsules when I received my order. I was basically told that they didn't have any replacement capsules, so I was stuck. (or so he thought) After that I fired off a response to their ******** page explaining how poor the customer service was from **********************! Wait I regress on Tuesday I received a call from a superstar employee named ***** and she told me that she heard I had an issue with a supervisor and some damage to an order I had received. ***** was very understanding and caring, I explained the issue to her and she said that it was not a problem and they would send out replacement capsules to replace the damaged ones! SD Bullion I hope you understand what a great employee you have in *****. After the person I talked to on Monday you had lost a customer, but after I talked to ***** I am again a faithful customer. Good people make a difference when you are dealing with customers, others need to be put in a place where they can't harm your business when they talk to customers! Thanks again *****!

  I have an order confirmation from SD Bullion via email. I trust that it is viable. The only confusion that I experienced was some emails that I received from ******** concerning this transaction. If I had to explain what they were about, I'm not sure that I could explain those emails to you. I have not received any more, so my confusion has lessened. Otherwise It was a pleasant experience.
