  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Called them for a broken spring. I was quoted over $700 for 2 springs. Thats an absolute ripoff. Told the ******************* it and he then told me he could get it down to $625. Gave him the $50 service charge and told him no way. I called Overhead Door in ******* and they came right out and did it for $285.

  OGD Overhead Garage Door ******* of ****** Texas just charged my elderly parents $729 for replacing two springs on an existing garage door opener. That did not include replacing the garage opener itself! The repairman, *************************, who is a subcontractor for the company, explained that the springs have gone up in price 120% since the pandemic. (Looks like ********** has them for under $100 - not installed). Only time will tell if the repair is actually good or not. But the overall price seemed excessive. PLEASE avoid the mistake we made and be sure to get multiple quotes before deciding who will service your garage doors as it feels like we were overcharged by a company that commands a premium price under the guise of quality work and a three-year warranty for parts only.

  They leave their number on door and next to garage remote. I was in a bind with my wife and a special needs child. The Technician was a hour late and spent 2hours only to adjust the sensors and add 4 screws. The cost $358. I could have done it myself, once he diagnosed the problem.

  Terrible experience with this company. They use all contractors and no actual employees. I paid $350 for a garage repair in September. Less than a month later, it continued to break. They apologized and told me the part they installed was defective and reinstalled it. A month later, it broke again. This time, they send a new contractor who explains that the first one clearly didn't know what he was doing. The new contractor says I need to pay an additional $600+ to repair the garage because the issue is actually something else. Before I'm going to spend another dollar with them, I should be refunded for the money I spent to fix it that clearly did not work. They refuse to give me a refund, yet my garage is still broken. They claim the "contractor" offered to replace the entire motor up front. This is not true. I was never quoted pricing for a motor or given that option. I am still hopeful that someone higher up in the company will make this right.

  DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They came out and charged me $225 service charge and the they use block charging. They said my door had crashed and its a base charge of $800+. These people charged me over $1000 and the tech was here a hour and ten minutes and did NOT have to change any parts. When I had the door installed it cost $890. There is no way anyone should charge $1000 for less then a hours work. BE WARE. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Buyer Beware! came out to put a new weather strip on the bottom of the door and replace remote. door would not close completely- big gap on both sides calledof the door near top. ***** the office - woman who answered the phone said they put what they had on- ie the replaced the strip- however they replaced it with the wrong strip but in their view they did no wrong. she said the repairman would not come out to adjust the door but wanted the weather seal strip back( presumably to use on some unsuspecting persons garage. Came when i was in the house - did not knock just removed the strip leaving an inch gap in our unheated garage. Shady, unprofessional. Should be out of business- Did have it repaired by a reparable company who also had to replace metal strip Overhead damaged

  OGD a total rip-off. There scam is to charge for a "package." The package may be two springs, six hinges and two pullies. Several hundred dollars later you only needed one or two of these items. The tech sells you this with a straight face. Never seen anything like this.

  Called thinking it was ******,have used them for years. When the repairman came out he said it was repaired after he put a spring in., however it would not work. He came back the next day and made it worse. He had to leave before he could figure out what the problem was. I guess hes the only worker.He goggled how to repair a Genie and wanted my husband to call them to see if he could find out the problem. He then said he had another job to go to. The door was broken and we had already paid 451. the prior day. We told him to leave. We called Bubbas and they have been having a problem with this place misrepresenting themselves. Bubbas will be here next Thursday or before if there is a cancellation. Pathetic work, garage door still broken. Buyer beware. Call Bubbas. They are the best.

  Be aware of the OVerhead Garage Company because they are misrepreseting themselves as Overhead Door I called them thinking it was the Overhead Door and ask the person on the phone several times was this Overhead Door and they insisted they were Overhead Door told me the technician would be there and they were but I sushed from work so I could be there for the technician. I asked him sevral times was he overhead door he insisted they were and overhead door contracted with them then when I finally asked him again he finally admited that they were not I would not let them do any work especially since the company lied to me and misrepresented themselves and the technician did to. I want the consumer to be aware of Overhead Garage Door misrepresenting themselves as Overhead Door I refused to do business with a business who will lie just to get the customer I truely can't see how they have such a good raating with the Better Business Bureau since they are misrepresenting themselves as the Overhead ************

  This company is horrible!! They are based on lies, I have had nothing but problems from the very beginning. I was promised a door within 3 weeks 4 weeks **** 12 week later it came in and every panel was bent. It took another ***** weeks to get it replaced and is already broken. Technician was over two hours late three days in a row. I paid to have one door repaired only to pay another company to come out and fix their s**** **** This company is based on dishonesty and have no integrity. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They deserve zero stars but you have to give them at least one to have your message posted.
