      It says my payments are approved but I cant withdraw 4 shift payments. I got ahold of stripe and they told me to get ahold of Shiftsmart to fix it. I made a ticket but havent received a response since June 8th 2025

      Completed a gig work shift, work was approved by shift smart, app stated that payment was being transferred & should received in a couple of hours. Itt has been 5 days. Tried contacting customer care & submitted tickets & still haven't received pay or any response.

      Despite the app's rigidity, I eventually figured the issue out in the app. The payout was then released by Stripe.

      I have experienced multiple payment issues with the app. I worked 4 shifts and still havent gotten paid. There is no phone number or real person responses to any issues. They say to submit a ticket and never get back with you. Its been 2 weeks and still no response nor resolution.

      I been working with shiftsmart a few months now I been able to get all available shifts up until last week after I have reached gold status I week prior to that I was on a job my phone broke and the store manager emailed support and I still to this day have not been paid that was on May 23rd 2025 and since that date I have not been seeing all available shift I use shiftsmart as my primary source of income so not having the ability to get all the shifts I would normally see is not good practice I have reached out by email and no one has messaged me back I also texts a shiftsmart *** and was told the only thing he could do was send it to another department and it's been 2 weeks and still no one has addressed this issue or reached out all I need is a fix to my account so I can have all available shifts pushed to me this is very frustrating on the lack of support this company has please I just need a professional support on this matter

      I was scheduled to work on June 1st at 11am-3pm at *****, *********** K. I arrived at 10:55 am and tried to punch in. The app said I was to far away as it usually does but the it usually lets me punch in. This time it didnt. They said I was late I wasnt. I had changed my time a few days before. I got hold of there Bot and he assured me I was punch in. When I went to clock out I couldnt. The Bot said I was a no call no show. The manager emailed them and I sent the my clock in and out numbers and emailed them plus went to support several times. This happened 3 times last year and I couldnt get my husbands medication, he ended up in a nursing home. Im not letting it go this time.

      I get paid by shiftsmart I worked 2 shifts that I could not be paid for but then they banned my phone number and I can't open he app and I can not get a response from them if there going to pay me or for those 2 days when the amount owed was in the withdraw window on my app

      I'm writing this because I had applied for shift more as a job but I ended up getting another job and then I end up losing my job and I wanted to go see if I can reapply for like shift Marshawn when there and I applied and they said I fell but I end up getting my criminal record expunged and that was in 2021 and they never gave me a copy of my background check so I want to get a copy of my background check and I need them to send it to me I tried sending them a contact thing where through the help app and it does not accept Gmail nor Yahoo emails and I found out weird and strange that you would accept Gmail or Yahoo and I wasn't going to use my school email cuz that would be weird and I just want to know what they said on my background check because he shouldn't have saw anything because it's been expunged

      I took a shift on 5/27/25 from this app Shiftsmart that agreed to pay me $120 for completing the shift plus a $5 bonus. I completed the shift, but as of 6/2/25 I have NOT BEEN COMPENSATED AS AGREED FROM THE COMPANY. I showed up to my shift on time, completed it in a timely manner and followed all intructions laid out for me but Shiftsmart has not held up their end and has not paid me in a timely manner nor have they contacted me or will respond to my contact attempts about the topic. I have submitted support tickets since that day 05/28/25 and still havent received any information back

      Yes I worked may 26th from 6am to 10am as a cleaner I was marked as a no show because shifts mart was not picking up my location but I still worked my full shift at the circle K store ***** FM-529 the manager also emailed Shiftsmart confirming I worked my full shift I have not been paid for this shift and it is very frustrating. Also on the app they have my times wrong theyre saying I had a shift for 6pm I never had a shift at 6pm it was for 6am so thats a mishap on Shiftsmart part I just want to be paid for the work that I did I have yet to receive my pay and it has been almost a week again I worked from 6am to 10am the pay was 12$ a hour for four hours so I was supposed to be getting 48$ sent to my acct still have not been paid and I filed multiple tickets on my Shiftsmart app. The day after that may 27th 2025 I picked up a shift at 6am but I switched my time to 8am because I would be late and Shiftsmart approved it I worked from 8:34am to 11:34am as a merchandiser originally it was from 8am to 12pm but I had another shift that same day at 12pm so the manager at circle K clocked me out early so I could be there but I did work those hours and Shiftsmart seen my clock in and clock out time and they didnt neither reject my pay for that day or approve it doesnt even pop up on my shifts like I never worked that day it is very frustrating because I worked and theyre not trying to pay me and I also filed multiple tickets for may 27th as well and they have yet to get back to me that shift was for 12$ a hour I worked from 8:34am to 11:34am and my payout was supposed to be ***** I just want this issue resolved so I can get paid and move forward.
