      On May 28th 2025 I was contracted to do a job for shiftsmart at a Circle k the address is ********************************************************** since earlier that day and about since then the app has been glitching very hard on this particular day I get to the store I open up their app to do my work and there's only a few very quick easy tasks for me to do and no food to cook. I was to lunch prep cook or that was my assignment. thinking this was strange and I continue on did the task in the app was that 100%. When the manager says oh no that's not right we need lunch do you mind cooking like you normally would.since it's been my fifth or so time at this store I agreed and use the stores task tablet and I cook the food as I normally do. being mindful that this is a little strange,I took pictures of everything as I would normally on a regular shift. 3 hours after the shift I'm notified my payment was rejected and I wouldn't getting paid. I called and texted shiftsmart the associate looked and said it looks good on her end must be an error just give it a few days, fine.I've put in tickets to provided photos where the food is visible with a timestamp showing that I was there and I cooked. I go back on the app today to see if they finally fixed it after they told me over the phone and over text that they would and waited the few ******** today that shift says I did nothing not even the initial few task and photos that I submitted in app. everything is wiped clean. I don't know what type of scam they're playing but I didn't do a job to not get paid. I provided all proof and documents they needed to rectify this issue I've even offered to provide them with a statement from the manager on shift that day but have yet to hear from shiftsmart I just want to be paid for my shift that's it we can continue on then this little app job relationship.but to be ignored like this is hurtful and unprofessional.They said it would be fixed in not understanding the hold up after being provided with ample proof

      Showed up to my first orentation shift. ****** the ambassador told me to leave his class was full. Told me he would text me and I would be paid for showing up and on time and being sent home. Never sent me a text also I have sent several emails pertaining this incident. No response at all. Location ***************** this happened on the 6th of May @ 4:30pm - 7:30om for 30$ ambassador (******)

      Hello I had a shift on 524 of 2025 and received the payout it was paid out but it isn't where I can withdraw at 5:00 try to message customer service and I still they don't respond to their complaint tickets then I worked again on the 26th and the same thing happened so money is just sitting there I've been trying to get a hold of them since the first day because I get paid out instantly and they have yet to respond they don't respond to anything to be honest with you I just want help and I'm tired of them not having a live person.

      I utilize *********** services as a way to make extra money here and there as Im a disabled veteran. Recently Ive had trouble with a shift that I was texted about to me personal phone, I accepted the shift, I confirmed the shift, I raced home to get dressed, and then raced to the location to get there on time. Ive had trouble in the past with being on time so I was trying to improve in that area. I pull in the parking lot and I get a notification that my shift has been canceled. Now I know if you show up to a shift and the site send you home you get paid. The reasoning is obvious, time and gas money. Well the same should apply. Well maybe it just cant happen maybe theres no way on Gods green earth that theyll pay me. The issue is I cant even get a response after 3 days I still have not gotten so much as a go fornicate yourself. This is after I explain that I was unable to utilize their service for weeks due to emergency surgery on my hand. So maybe its not a big deal to them, but it certainly is to me. I think its really pathetic that they cant even respond to me. As a side issue Ive referred several people and supposedly no one has followed the guidelines so I can get paid a referral fee. Including myself and I know for a fact I did everything just as it is written. Their answer to that is sometimes there isnt any referral programs going on, but correct me if Im wrong but I believe I read that if she was able to send me a referral link then the bonus was available at the time. Yet I have not received a one of them. Its really starting to add up to a multimillion dollar company taking advantage of poor, disabled vets among other groups of people that should be assisted not taken advantage of. I really feel like I should get at least one referral fee and the money for that shift.

      Since posting this complaint I've been black-balled from the site. Not only do i not see any shifts anymore, but the one time i did see one and attempted to secure it, i was given an error. So they can try and say that there just isn't any shifts available all of a sudden, but they can't explain why when there was one i was not able to secure it. So I'm being punished, and basically kicked off of the site and they can't even respond. By the way to really gage the amount of shifts all of a sudden not available. I can show how every one of my last shifts i accepted had big bonuses on them because they couldn't get anyone to work them. So they went from that to none available seemingly overnight. Right. That's how a disabled vet gets treated by a multi million dollar organization over a $40 shift that they should have paid me for. Disgusting

      I am rejecting this response because:   They would have you assume with their wordage that they have previously emailed me and were awaiting a response. Regardless they would also have you believe they knew even the first thing about what I was talking bout. Definitely not, that they crafted a quick half a paragraph where they are asking for information that Ive clearly spelled out to them so many times its ridiculous. I feel some type of way about actually responding to this again. But I guess here we go.

      Please do not simply tell me your normal procedures and think that will suffice. Ive more than proved why I should be given certain latitudes. For ease of reference I will cite extenuating factors below.

      1.) I was sent a text telling me there was a shift with a big bonus on it. I immediately accepted this shift.

      2.) I was sent the text at like 25 after and needed to be there at the top of the hour. So I raced home got changed and jumped right back in the car. 
      3.) I was sent a notification asking me to confirm the shift, which I did. 
      4.) I pulled in the parking lot at 10 till the hour, perfectly on time. Got out and prepared to take my pic when I received a notification that my shift had been canceled. 
      5.) I was by ******* **. Had to jet home to get changed to Park & *********, then jet from there to ************ N for a total of like *********************************************************************************************** to be making a big enough deal about this. Especially knowing I was unable to accept any shifts for several weeks due to emergency surgery on my hand. So I answered the question and now will await their response and Im not real hopeful.

      I am satisfied that the business paid me for the shift. My only concern now is if I'm still able to utilize the platform. It seemed as if i would not be able to, but oh well, i got paid so all is well

      On February ****** I worked a complete shift but not long after I checked in the app checked me out when I took trash out. The app is always troublesome and has bugs . I have asked for my pay and I haven't received it and it's been months.

      I Currently work for shift smart and am unable to withdraw funds from My account with no real explanation why.

      I have followed shiftsmart protocols when it comes to being turned away. I've been turned away 2, today and yesterday. I filed tickets, followed directions. And nobody is answering emails and phone numbers are not working! I depend on this to help with extra bills. I've only been turned away because a shiftsmart worker was already at the store before me and had done everything already. This is seriously frustrating I mean isn't it against the law to do this?! It's a waste of my time I canceled another store because an opportunity for another store was closer and paid more, and now I don't have any shifts and no money for my bills. This is really angering.

      5/16/25 and 5/23/25 I am a partner with Shiftsmart for over two years and I am not one to complain about much and with each new update it seems to be more and more issues and less and less support but I go above and beyond for the company and I ride my bicycle in the sweltering hot heat of the day miles to get there and Ive always been thankful but lately the app issues have made it very difficult but when it comes to not being paid for two four hour shifts because the app has issues is not acceptable at all nor is it fair considering I do the most asked of me every single time and then some and the actual managers have validated my claims as well but despite the many many times Ive contacted them the single one reply I received was that I was marked a no show for arriving to late and that means Im no longer permitted to work and will not be paid but how is it the app can mark me a no show when Ive been on location and had to wait for a code from a busy staff in the busiest part of the day at noon to go further but once I get the code from them the app said you are clocked in and I started the task list and then sit the phone down and get to working come back two hours later to load the photos of finished tasks to see the shift has just disappeared I told the manager she said its fine she will write them an email which she did on both occasions and still they havent paid me for either four hour shifts at ***** the one on the 16th I was running late for but the shifts have flexible start times and I let them know ahead of the scheduled time my issue and I was still at another shift that ran delayed and The manager knew this and asked me to please still come that she would also email which she did and only because she requested to please come knowing Id be late she didnt want another person as I already have experience and she was low staffed and needed me and I did as asked only not to be paid I just want to be paid for the two day $ ***** each as normal pay

      I have reviewed the business’ response and accept this
      resolution. The payment for both shifts were added to my Shiftsmart account in full here recently and I did add a follow up response letting them know I had received the payments and considered the issue at hand to have been resolved and have not had any similar issues since then, I also replied to the newest request I received from them inquiring of any payments I may not have received and made sure they were aware there are not currently any other payments unfulfilled and that my issue has been resolved successfully, I appreciate the Shiftsmart team in assisting me and look forward to continue working with them.       I was wrongfully terminated from my position at the Circle K shifts. I have been doing this about three years now I have showed up to all of my shifts on time. I had a 100% rating on reliability as well as showing upon time to my shifts the managers that the store that I worked at which was a few different stores they really liked me and wanted me come and always asked for me to be there recently I have been having issues with the app. I have every ticket that I have made about the app as well as a couple shifts that I worked. I know last Friday it wasnt a turn away shift. I actually worked my shifts. They still have yet paid me for that. The manager has sent in a message saying that I worked **** well as I submitted a ticket telling them that something was wrong with the app and it kept clocking me out and it wasnt a sent home shift. Then I had a Monday shift where the manager wasnt there and they did send me home that manager sent a message to themverifying that they sent me home and that it was an accident and that it was their fault as well as the manager sent in a message Actually three managers from three different stores sent in messages telling them how good of a worker I was how they wanted me there they for my shift as well as the manager also said it was their fault and they felt horrible that I got let go for having too many sent Homes according to the app so I got let go for following the rules following what I was told is basically what I got let go for I came back everything up on my end right down to every single ticket that Ive ever issues with the app recently right down to the managers sent me screenshots of the emails that they sent the app also had 2 approve my payments so I got let go for following the rules. They also still owe me money for 2 *************** not paying me for those shifts manager sent messages to tell Shiftsmart, that I did work I would like my account reactivated I have proof that its not my fault I enjoyed what I did

      I had worked two shifts and I have still yet been paid for those shifts. Both managers have sent you guys messages telling you guys thatI worked my shift and that they weren’t sent homes the way you guys have them. I have sent you guys numerous of messages over and explaining this to you I’ve sent you screenshots of the emails that the managers have sent me that they sent to you guys And still you guys have not paid me. All I want is my payment that’s it I want my payment from both of my shifts you guys denied them and you haven’t approved themand every time I send you guys messages on it you don’t write me back you just say solved and that’s it.

      I have worked 35 shift smart shifts between the dates of May 8 and May 20 2025. (Ive attached screenshots of all) I should have been reimbursed a total of $808.30 but to date I have only been awarded $23.01 as the amount able to be withdrawn (screenshots also attached). I have entered several tickets into the help section in regards to this issue and have yet to receive any kind of help. I did with one representative via messaging who advised me there was a deposit made on May 20 for $22 which is not the case as you can-see in the attached screenshots The amount made available was a $10 withdrawal and a $15 withdrawal on two separate dates.I have worked hard and expect reimbursement. The Circle K manager has also reached out as she is concerned that I have not received reimbursement for the services rendered yet is getting back to she or I in regards to this with resolution reimbursement shouldve been made the day of or within the next few days,but for some of these dates, it has been several weeks with no reimbursement. In addition to the flat rate owed, there has also been several dates at which I was orienting people and have not received reimbursement for thateither there is no pending issues on my account. Identity and bank information has been verified so there should be no hold up. I have tried to this Privately but again there is no contact to speak with anybody and the tickets go unanswered. Please review my account as payment has not been remitted for services provided.
