  My account was deactivated after working with united health care and topgolf. My internet went off one shift and after I got it back on I couldnt log into app I couldnt reach out to anybody. And when I end up talking to *** via zoom call I was informed someone would reach out regarding this issue. Due to my account being bannned I couldnt get back into app. I sent in multiple messages and emails and no response. This was my main source of income and still I am interested in working with the company. I just want a fair chance and my internet going out shouldnt have resulted in my account getting banned. Is there anyone who could help with this issue please my email is ********************

  I was turned away on June 13,2024 from a Circle K.Ive been trying to get in touch with Shiftsmart for over a week.The agents send emails only to get smart and nasty. I was paid 2.99 when my payment should have been much more.They even sent that to the wrong account.I thought app jobs would be convenient,but no customer service is aweful. I asked a rep for a real email for problems.She said this is a real email and its the only way to get in touch.Beware of shiftsmart

  DO NOT WORK FOR THIS APP ITS A BUNCH OF ONGOING HEADACHES WITH THESE PEOPLE!! I WAS scheduled to work a job last night from 6pm to 10pm when I got there they said they don't use shiftsmart anymore so they don't know why they keep sending people. So we are supposed to still clock in for our shift and let them know what is going on. You can't call nobody and your lucky if they even answer your messages in ***** hrs very unlikely. So I went to do what I was supposed to do and the shift was deleted out of my app so I couldn't get paid for it at all. Again this morning signed up for another shift got there and they didn't need me went to clock in and do the same and the shift was gone out of my app. Do not work for this company if you actually want to get paid for work you do and if you don't want to waist your time showing up to jobs just to get sent home and not get paid for your time. They will also make every excuse under the sun to not pay you for the shifts you do work as well

  I have work a gig they still refuse to pay me I live in ********** and rent is very high to play with someone time and money is very unprofessional. Ive been attack and verbally abuse by some of the Staff at Circle K and *** told them about it and their response was it was not their business how could a company like Shiftsmart support their employees like that even if we are under contract you should still back us up. This is a good place to work but with the support from the company it really need to do better Im still waiting to get paid I am seeking lawyers

  This company is a SCAM! I Worked for them, and they never paid me for my time! The funds showed up on the shift smart app, but I wasn't able to transfer it my bank account and the customer service people said they were working on the issue with their 3rd party payment provider and furthered said there's nothing else that could do about the issue. I'm leaving this review to prevent this from happening to more people! I will be pursing this the BBB and even going as far as suing them.

  They reject payments on their own whims. They don't pay enough, some jobs are listed at sub-minimum wage. There is no real time assistance for workers with questions. They are a terrible company. Do not depend on them for payment.

  Shiftsmart is highly discrimitory. I had no choice but to cancel a shift because of health reasons and now they won't allow me access you anymore shifts. I have tried to resolve this issue by contacting the company. But no response No resolve Highly unprofessional and terrible at communicating

  I was scheduled to work 3/08/2024 at a location but got turned away manager told me they didnt need me. If I wouldve been able to complete that shift I would have received an $75 bonus for completing 3 premium shifts without missing a shift. Then I couldnt complete another shift at a different location that same day because the store was closed due to their system being down cause of bad weather. All I want to know is do I get paid for showing up for work but couldnt work which is not my fault. Also do I get that $75 bonus cause I showed up for work that morning but got turned away.

  Simply if you cancel too many times in a month (due to emergencies or whatever...) your account is terminated. If there was a misunderstanding at the Circle K you work, and Shiftsmart states they verified the info, and still doesn't have the truth-not unless Shiftsmart starts to check the video cameras for proof...and so then your account can be terminated for a MISTAKE!! Whatever the case may be, Shiftsmart allows you to re-create a NEW profile. While the re-creation of a profile is done and background clears, Shiftsmart stated to me that I violated the ****************** stating that I shared my account with multiple devices and so forth....which wasn't true because you ID Badge when you get to work, the Circle K manager will verify if it's you or not. So due to the fact of SIMPLY RE-CREATING MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS...I was told I will not get paid for work that was well overdue since the previous week, this current week, and my future shifts will now be considered volunteering. Due to the fact I've never shared my info with anyone on multiple devices and didn't violate the ******************. It simply doesn't seem fair to terminate someone's profile without proof, and simply not fair to pay them for the work that was already done as well. Not fair to get terminated from work on something you didn't do....Like I stated my account was terminated and not paid for ANY shifts.... today is 1/29/24 and I still haven't received payment since my first shift on 1/17/24....which they told me twice I didn't work-which I did. Due to the fact this company can only be contacted by email and not phone, allows this company to do what they choose to do and get away with it....I will continue to make complaints and expose this Shiftsmart business on the media until my funds are paid....and also due to the fact of being terminated for something I didn't do....I will be contacting my attorney as well just FYI....I've work 6 shifts since 1/7/24 and had 8 shifts next week....

  I think its a great company. They're offering job opportunities in nontraditional ways. no interview, get paid the following day that you can instantly withdraw. The app is glitchy but the idea of getting hours last minute is not a thing of past. rome wasnt built in a day. Very imressive and cutting edge stuff. Good job
