      GIVE ME MY MONEY! I am trying to along with other people get a class action LAWSUIT against your company for non-payment after doing everything that was required of me to get paid for five days of training. I have been ignored, given false information, and treated unequally among other contractors, and have not received funds or accommodations for my training time. I literally spent 5 -8 hour days for just about a total of 40 hours when being promised ***** to be paid for my time if I completed drug screening and background check. ALL OF THIS was done and I still have not received my funds. I was in fact deleted from the app my onboarding by the "management team" and there is now no record of anything. THIS IS UNETHICAL. I want the money that was promised to me in written form which in business law is just as much of a contract as any. Give me my money Shiftsmart....stop playing dirty....

      they had a bunch of us go through 5 days of training and complete the requirements and still didn't pay us I'm so angry and disgusted!!!! do not work for them!

      It was good for 6 months working with Circle ******* was ***** an hour for 4 hours. Now all of a sudden they're paying 11 an hour. That's 3 dollars below minimum wage.... I don't know how they can get away with that.

      This company provides no customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. My shift disappeared from the app, no other training meetings worked. I did not receive any help by sending a message in message manager. This company has wasted my time. The trainers were great but the company itself is nothing short of a giant SCAM. They should be closed down permanently. Solutran should find another company to contract with, immediately.

      I did a mystery shop at Best Buy for Shiftsmart following all the guidelines and photos submitted.They reject payment with no explanation.This is not the first time they did this to me.They make up excuses not to pay after receiving the surveys.

      I booked a cleaning job at circle k.i arrived early so I went in store to let them know I was there and to say I will be outside so they don't call police on **** was met by worker with this response" why are you telling me this" then "I hate white people you all think your privileged " I wrote ****************** and left store only for them at shifts.art to tell me I missed a shift and can no longer work for circle k.so basically I got fired for getting my rites violated. And now since then I worked other jobs and they reject payment for no reason or explanation I did not even get response from circle k. ************ preys on the unemployed ******* has more homeless people working for them than people with homes.i cannot get help from anyone. Do not work for them.i would rather be a burden on the state than to ever work for them again.

      I have been working for Shiftsmart on and off for 3-4 years. EVERY SINGLE shift theres an issue with the app, glitches, etc. In app messages will go unanswered for hours. When someone does respond, they do not actually READ what is the issue. They give a generic everyone response. I did a background check last December, they wanted a new one for some reason even though *** previously worked for the current company that is needing help. So I already have everything on file. They say there needs to be a video of your equipment, but no place to upload it on onboarding. So, they say submit it to messages. So I did. They say do 5 , 8 hour days of training, complete all the assessments, as well as the final one with 90% in order to get paid and move on, okay, DONE. Ive been telling them for well over a week, trying to click on schedule drug test takes me back to background check instead of actually scheduling your drug test, they say delete and reinstall app. Okay, done. Still have the same glitch. The trainer for day 5 tells you once she completes you, you super get paid two days later. Ive still not been paid, been reaching out to them multiple times a day, have two support tickets in, and still no word from them. The day make sure you can log in and complete your final assessment with 90% to invoice payment, I did that days ago. Still no pay. You have taken MY VALUABLE TIME, which I cannot GET BACK, dont answer questions, dont offer true support and the right hand hasnt the slightest clue as to what the left is doing. Meanwhile, Ive still not been paid. I get tired of them expecting t the standard from you and yet getting back below sub standard assistance and communication from them. This company is the worst! I want my training pay. You need to fix your issues and offer TRUE SUPPORT AND SOLUTIONS.

      I scheduled a shift as a cleaner through the Shiftsmart app. Following the directions in app prior to, and upon my arrival at the scheduled store. I walked into the store, located the manager on duty, introduced myself and tried to begin my shift. I was told that I was not needed, and was turned away from my shift. Not only was I unable to work, I wasted resources, gas etc., but that got me restricted from the platform, and unable to view or schedule future shifts! There is seemingly no way to get in touch with an actual human person, and it's rather infuriating.

      I have not gotten my money for the 4 hours I worked. I wish I could have came across these reviews before I worked there because it wouldve save me time and gas to not get paid for the hours I worked! You cant reach anybody all they is send automated emails. I have made ticket after ticket they all get closed or solved even though I have not gotten the money I worked for. Very upsetting they automatically clocked me out at the beginning of my shift I thought it would be okay to still work and I had the store associates write down my time and tell their manager and I let Shiftsmart know. Still all theyre saying is that no I mustve left and that they dont owe me anything. Biggest scam ever

      This business is a crime ring business front stealing from people has fake address and cant reach by phone or live chat the listed phone numbers do not work that sign up to work through them than with the stripe banking app do t pay for reasons that can be resolved but refuses to do so with a emails and excuse of telling you to fix something u cant for they have xou locked out of platform and cant get on to cix it they will if you can prove you ate in zhe right will let u on for a sec only to come up and hit you with another reason that you get locked out and now they want you to fix that i have every email every shift i booked the full account profile and my banking info to prove what im saying about this and every response and how they don't understand or see my description of the issue and how to fix it keep telling me the same c*** admired 2 times in emails to me they were keeping me locked out after 7 emails of them telling me i would have to go on and chance something to get my payment but le telling them i cant get on it with no help with it than tell me to later that they blocked me not meaning to do tell me but had to unblock me when i talked to a website lawyer and they sent a letter there response was to bull a stage of attempt to work with me to fix but its to was lie and you cant get any one on a phone or live chat the listed phone numbers do not work and its a fake address
