      False advertising about starting pay! In shift errors everyday, Im also not being paid etc! I have emailed, contacted support and its an app , issue never resolved! Plus time wasted to shifts etc! No real number! The reps do not answer questions it seems automated

      I am not getting paid for the work that I did.They are saying I should of screenshot the text they sent me about a job I did for them.I made a support tickets just as it says to do.But it doesn't say anything about taking a screen shot to prove they sent me a job request. Plus they didn't pay the bonuses I was owed for this particular job and another job.I would recommend that you shouldn't work for Shiftsmart *** until you read all the reviews about people not getting paid for their work and bonuses. But yet they charge their customers for the work you did.

      I worked a shift with them their app failed to notify them that I accepted the shift. Worked and now they are refusing to pay me my hours even though the manager approved of me working and it was THEIR fault not mine!!

      If I could have giving them zero stars I would have . They will work you and wont pay you . Theyre dirty and God dont like ugly ..

      The managers at circle k be rude. I had one shiftsmart lady get mad cuz I tried to show her where the stuff go since I'm cleaning and she was supposed to stock. A big overweight black lady in ************,** area, she got mad and said, areu the manager. Then she got the tall black woman manager to vouche for her not putting the stuff up. She and the manager insisted to try and report me cuz I said she's wasn't working. So shiftsmart sent the copy and paste message of, pick another store so everyone is successful. So I lost 5 shifts for over 200 cuz her. Then the store on the other side, the black woman employee kept harassing me to dump the trash they left overflowed. So I walked outside to get shiftsmart and the lady got mad I was outside tryna contact support. She explained she uses her hours from the store and she will report me. So I turned around and walked off. As I did that, she said clock out and leve the premises or she will call the police. I had another shift there and she refused to let me clock out or clock back in. So it counted against me on the 2nd shift as a no show. No response from shiftsmart as the manager said f*** me cuz I said her store stay nasty and she called me a b**** I told her she got bird s*** all over her hood. The app has no support and the circle k people can clock u out and refuse codes to let u work. I will try and *** both circle k and shiftsmart for the personal harassments from their employees and the lack of support shiftsmart offers. Like I messaged them. Why have me rate the store and u do nothing. But as soon as theses lazy women get on they period. I'm clocked out, lost money, and told to choose another store.

      Shiftsmart will not read employee statements to as to why they were late or missed a shift in the app. So I appeal to them to answer here.1. 3 weeks ago I was late due to bad storms (its a 30 mile drive) there were even severe storm warnings on the radio. I was an hour late and I texted /S/S the reason. Then the app would not let me sign in because of this.I would like payment for driving 60 miles round trip and this should also take me back too 100% as you reduced my employee rating to 90%.2. Today 6/5/23 I I signed up for a shift and the manager ***** @ Circle K said she doest want S/Smart at the 10am slot.This is like the 3rd Time I have been turned away from this store because they won't take anyone after 6am yet it keeps appearing. I trust S/S in posting jobs that they are actually waiting for me. (I selected the S/S starting time of 10am) .I left a message of being refused in the app I guess no one reads it and now my account is suspended. So I would like to be reinstated at 100% as neither incidents were my fault. No job even Uber would expect anyone to drive in severe weather.And you can pay me for one or both of these.The customers love my work and I take pride in my work. I didn't mind driving 30 miles one way for 4 hours work but I can not anymore after this because the chances of bad traffic or weather is out of my control.I am saddened by this.********

      I, ALSO WORKED A 4 HR SHIFT, NEVER PAID, CANT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE, CANT GET NOTHING!!! THEY OWE ME MONEY, AND ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANYONE TO ANSWER ANY OF THE EMAILS OR Messages LEFT. THIS IS DIRTY, A COMPANY THAT OWNS THEMSELVES, CIRCLE K IS SHIFTSMART, AND CANT PAY THEIR "EMPLOYEES" IS DIRT.

      I worked a four hour shift for them at $11.00/hour at a Circle k and I never got paid. I messaged and emailed them many times with no results of getting paid. I do not recommend anyone to work for this company. They also had directions to a job that took me far away from where the job actually was. Waste of gas,time and money.

      I dont want to give them any **** star. They keep closing the chat, every time I open a ticket to resolve an issue for the days that I was turned down and wasted my gas driving to the job site. The same lady turned me down three times. They paid me the first time i was turned down ,and the second two times they did not. And a prompt keeps popping up saying I missed 2 shifts which I did not!
