      JW Logistics did a great job delivering my ********** order. The driver called me when he was 30 minutes out and again when he was in my neighborhood. I have not opened the box yet but the box is intact and no signs of any damage. Very happy with my experience with this company.

      **** was my delivery driver. Location LAS **** was very helpful and assisted me in confirming the product was the correct one , unloaded it and placed it in our warehouse bay door exactly where asked. Extremely happy with the experience

      The worst customer service or lack of I have been trying to get in contact with someone since 02/07/2023 I have left voice ails I have sent emails. And I have received nothing from this company my order was supposed to be here on 02/07 then I called the homedepot and they said it was supposed to be delivered on 02/13/23 I have not heard anything g from this company and my shipment keeps getting put off I have checked my tracking and it states it has been delivered to ****** since 02/01 so its sitting at your ****** facility an hr away from me and I'm getting nothing from this company I'm very very frustrated. This company seems very very unreliable.

      We are sorry for your experience and will be happy to assist you. Our records show that we reported to Home Depot on 2/1 that we have not received your order yet. Home Depot did advise us to monitor for 7 business days to see if the item would arrive to us. We did wait the 7 business days and reported that we still have yet to receive the item. At this time they have marked your order as lost in transit. Please contact Home Depot and ask to speak with their resolutions department.       I was given a delivery window for my order from 10am-2pm and at 3 pm nothing had arrived. I tried calling the company and no one picked up the phone. I called the company I ordered the product from and they were unable to get ahold of anyone. Over an hour after my scheduled delivery time the driver called and said he was 30 minutes out. When I advised he was late he said they don't have delivery windows. I said I was given one and he said I don't k ow anything about that. When I said I tried calling the office and no one answers he said yeah I don't know anything about that I'll be there in 30 minutes. Not good service what so ever.

      Ordered a vanity from *********** it got delivered upside down, and broken, ordered a second to replace the broken piece because I was told they would not just send us the part broken, resieved the second, also broken, had them picked up together, they simply need to scan both items as proof that they resieved them, they only scanned 1 so I am still waiting on $1000 refund, cant get ahold of anyone, they wont return phone call and when ********** tried to talkbto someone to help with the situation, they were hung up on. Worst company ever!

      Today I received a delivery that included a bed frame, including a headboard and footboard which are structurally essential to the bed's function. The delivery fellows brought things inside, said "OK, 18 items!" and did not wait form me to sign anything or check the items, but immediately let themselves out. I immediately saw that the headboard was missing, and tried to chase the truck down the block. I then texted the driver (who had been texting me earlier) and got read receipts for my messages asking about the headboard and footboard, but no response over the course of the next half hour. I also tried to call the cell phone. I ended up going around and around with IKEA customer service for the rest of the morning because JW Logistics reported that I had signed for a complete order. This included being routed to their phone system somehow where I waited on hold for ten minutes and was disconnected. I am now working on GETTING A BED ASAP, and also trying to figure out how to get refunds and return things that have been upended. This has been absurd, and not the first time I have had extremely poor delivery service from this company as a delivery contractor. Truly unprofessional.

      ********, the *************** Manager, was excellent to work with. She was prompt and courteous in setting up the delivery and went above and beyond in rescheduling my original delivery date to accommodate my schedule to make sure my package made it before Christmas. The delivery drivers called to let ** know they were on their way, were prompt and professional handling our delivery very carefully. If we had the opportunity to we'd utilize them again!
