      I have as well as many others waiting for a ******** game of ninja turtles shredders revenge that was released in October and was a pre order. Game stop still not got the game in. No communication was given nor was return of deposit.

      Purchased a switch light Nov 24th online. Money withdrawn the next day. No tracking, nothing. Two days later, get tracking via **** but nothing shipped as of that time. I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A REFUNED SO I WENT AND PURCHASED ANOTHER GAME FROM THE STORE. NOW AFTER WAITING 2HR15MIN. AND BEING HUNG UP ON AND STARTING OVER. I WAS TOLD BY SUPERVISER ***** THAT I WILL NOT GET A REFUND BECAUSE ITEM SHOWS DELIVERED. I HAVE NOTHING AND THEY DON'T EVEN CARE TO HELP. THIS COMPANY HAS ALMOST $700 FROM ME. I AM LIVID.

      Power+ Membership requires you to cancel 5 days prior to auto-renewal and otherwise you are unable to do so. They expect you to re-up for another year. This is a predatory practice as this is an automated service.

      Placed a order on December 16th. The order was marked as shipped on December 17th with a December 20th delivery date. I always give 1 -2 days grace ****** for Delivery but the package still has not been received by the carrier. Upon attempting to check the order status I get an error saying the required information is incorrect, automatically entered after clicking order details link in email. I then attempt to check the order in my account yet my account shows no orders have been placed. After all of this I then attempt to call Gamestop and receive a B.S. recording saying they have a 60 minute wait and to call back the next day with a automatic disconnect, and online chat says unavailable. Poor customer service there can't be a wait when no one can wait on hold.

      Took my payment/order for a new ******** switch console and sent me a dusty action figure toy. The humor slowly dissolved as I tried to deal with ***************** it was clear after the 1st conversation with a rep after a 40min wait there was no urgency in dealing with their own errors, upon my most recent attempt to get answers I am convinced they have no intent to deliver products as advertised nor issue refunds promptly. I tip my hat, a con well executed just in time for the holiday season. 1 star is a joke but GameStop is a bad joke.

      Placed an order over a month ago, **************** telephone and ************ doesn't work, emailed twice and I have not received a reply regarding status. Order said at the time if check out that the item was available and a month later, it's still showing waiting for product availability. My order has been processed and paid, I want a reply. This is unbelievable and so unprofessional.

      I'm not really sure if this is a common thing for the ******************** store but whoever is in charge of opening on Saturdays at 10:00 should have their keys taken and they moved the night shift indefinitely I'm just saying I've been sitting out here since 10:00 and I've seen four people no make that 5 pull up and get out of their vehicle and walk up to the clothes building just to check the store hours I mean that's 5 sales the stores lost already in 30 minutes come on Richland you really need to pick up your game becuz y'all are f***ing up ????

      Reading some of the other reviews this feels like a broken record at this point. Everything everyone else is saying, ditto for me. No one answers the "customer service" line (I'm convinced it isn't even staffed), no one answers emails, no one answers forms submitted on their website, and perhaps worst of all, they take your money and do not send the promised product. That's theft in my book and I don't know how this company continues to get away with it. How is this even legal??Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague. They have many similar characteristics.

      Bought a Game CD online as NEW. Received a USED CD that had stains a microfiber cloth could not remove and a scratch. Tried calling customer service Online on both Monday and Thursday and was given the same info both times...they have a 60 minute wait time and to call later in the week. There is NO WAY to get hold of their customer service.Trying to do a return at the store with paperwork for the return from the Gamestop site. The manager told me that returns are a preference from the store and she would not take the return.As of this moment I am likely out $70 but I promise you Gamestop will not get another ***** from me.

      Received a charge for autorenewal from Gamestop. Last had membership in 2018 with no auto- renew. Spoke to an employee at ********** Gamestop location who told me they have employees going into accounts and changing old accounts to auto-renew. The employee said on one system it was auto-renew and on their other system, it had been changed to auto-renew. I appreciate the honesty of this employee. This is a serious problem. I have reported this to my credit card company. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT GAMESTOP AGAIN!!! BUYERS BEWARE!
