      If I could give no stars I would, it would as very hard to get ahold of an actual person and finally after ******************************************************************* they never grabbed it from their warehouse. I asked for a refund which takes 10 days so Christmas is out the window. GameStop is a sham and a very bad place to order anything from.

      I had positive experiences with Gamestop until this occurrence. I purchased a Arceus Ultra Premium Collection (Pokemon TCG), and the description clearly states you receive an online code card with the product. None was provided, and customer support did not think this was an issue at all, simply stating all sales on Pokemon TCG are final. Not only was the product missing an item, one of the guaranteed items (a metal card) was scuffed and damaged upon opening the product.Support is unresponsive and ignoring further inquiries about this, and also removing reviews posted that indicate issues such as these. There are multiple other people who have run into the same issue. I used to be a Pro member, but after this experience, Gamestop is not a place I will be shopping.

      If i could give negative stars, i probably would give gamestop a negative 10, ive had a preorder placed for months, an issue comes up with my payment that is realized when the pre order is getting ready to ship, for 2 weeks i called the customer service line and met with absolutely nothing. So i lost that preorder finally because my payment info was incorrect. Going on a 3rd week of radio silence, emails unanswered, calls unanswered. Finally make contact through gamestops ******** only from the to tell me just keep trying to call. I would rather give myself a lobotomy than be put on hold for another 6 hours. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

      I purchased their rewards up program due to an employee telling me I'd receive more points back that what the program charged, but almost a year later I haven't been able to use any points. I've sent several emails with no response. But they had no problem sending me an email to update my payment method to renew program. I've tried calling and no one ever picks up. When asking employees at they say "servers must be busy." Every time!!! Signing up was a scam! January 8, 2023 it will be a year that I've been trying to use these rewards!

      Terrible customer service. ******************** sent my package to the wrong address even though it was updated in a timely manner. I was lied to multiple times so that Gamestop can wipe their hand clean. Nobody should be buying from these thieves. Best thing to do is buy at **** shop and get the 6 month warranty. Thi is not directed to a specific store. This is aimed at gamestop.com.

      Ordering Online is not reliable and no guarantee of receiving the item you ordered. I ordered an item online on Sept. 13. It was marked "in stock" and my order went through, was processed, and confirmed. After a month of waiting I received an email that said "your pre-order is dropping soon." My item was in stock and not a pre-ordered item. I researched and found that they treat "pre-order" and "out of stock" items the same- so I was being told my ordered was being shipped soon now that it- theoretically- back in stock. I waited another month and submitted a help ticket through the "contact us" section of the website and never got a response back. I waited 5 days before emailing the customer care email. 13 days later, they emailed me asking if I still needed help. When they finally looked into my order they told me it was out of stock and they no expected date for when it will return to stock. There was NEVER a communication to me about not receiving my item, it being out of stock, it being delayed, or anything at all. I just submitted an order to sit in limbo forever- while thinking that I had ordered the item I wanted and stopped looking around at other stores for similar items. It is completely misleading and inappropriate to give no indication that an order can no longer be fulfilled in a timely manner.

      Ordered 8 "New" games on Black Friday. One game is still pending shipment, but only 1 game out of 7 came factory sealed and the factory sealed game was loose in the game case. When I opened the factory sealed game, turns out the plastic in the middle was broken so it can't hold the game securely.

      Horrible customer service and very poor packaging . Paid for a 120 game and it was shipped in a cheap brown bubble mailer that was not correctly sealed . I received a empty package and customer support took two weeks to tell me it was not covered and essenstly I'm out 120 bucks for somthing I never received.

      Surprisingly they are not in the BBB, but for what it's worth...stay away from this company. Game Stop wiill not stand behind any of their policies. I tried to price match an item in their store, they said sure, then quickly said, "no, you bought it online, so you have to call customer service to do this". For the record, customer service takes over an HOUR on hold. Then you get someone that cannot speak a lick of English. They said, they would issue a return, in 3-5 business days (um, are we in the 1990's, what takes that long). I called back a few days later, waited another HOUR, then the guys said, sorry, no refund is possible. Even thought it is in their policy to return an unopened item within 15 days! TERRIBLE. Buy your gaming supplies from any other retailer and shut this joke down.

      If you order anything online, you better not trust them to deliver it to you. I ordered a PS4 on Labor Day and its December and I still never got it, despite numerous attempts to reach out to their seemingly non-existent customer service.
