      By far in the top 5 of worst companies I've ever dealt with. I purchased a Gamestop Pro account, and the associate missed one letter in my email (this isn't his fault.) Long story short, it's been a runaround with customer service for 4+ months and today they finally cancelled my account. Trouble is, I also never got my money back, as I was unable to use it because it was assigned to the error email address.This company doesn't care about your time, or money. Shop elsewhere.

      Same has some of the other comments on here. They are thieves. Says my pro membership is active is store but cannot get it verified with my online account. It never sends a verification email even the so called help desk tried to send the email and apparently would not send for them either. Also sent two cards to be graded and Received the confirmation email with order number said will be sent more information in seven business days. It has been longer than seven business days and my order number cannot be found. This company is a piece of c*** DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM.

      It has taken endless calls, 25+ emails back and forth between me and support, 4 trips to various stores, all over the course of 5 weeks....just to change the email address on my account. The whole support team needs a serious overhaul, know how to handle issues, learn to communicate, learn to read email threads and provide accurate information. Just holy c*** what a nightmare.

      They took my money over a month ago, never delivered product, their customer service is a joke. Not a single person there can even answer an email and good luck calling, the wait time is a day?? Do they even offer customer service? So now here I am out money, no product and I cant get an answer from anyone. Seems a little grifty to me, its a shame I spent so much time and money supporting a company that gives no support and doesnt care about loyal customers. Disgusting

      If i could give a zero stars i would i bought a ps5 slim off the website and it showed up broken and the controller doesn't work

      The stores sell used games as new. They take in returns and then tell the customers the game is new but it was removed from the package in order to display the case. The stores policy for customer returns states that any opened game returned is now used. But they sell you open games as new.

      ************************** website is awful. They sell Graded Trading Cards, which is a disaster in itself as they randomly list cards.Once a card is available to purchase, you have to try and purchase the card. I say try because even if your order is submitted (and you receive a Thank you for your order! Email), it doesnt mean you will actually get the card/item you ordered. Once you check your order status, if you see Awaiting Product Availability, then this means you are not getting the Graded Trading Card that you ordered. Yes, you will have a pending charge on your card, but you will not be receiving the card you purchased. What is even worse is that the EXACT same Graded Trading Card with PSA certificate number will be reposted to ************************** to purchase, again and again.

      As a customer I ordered two items expecting them to be as advertised on the website. Neither item arrived as described. One was the wrong item as they sent a standard instead of a collectors edition. The difference in cost and price was substantial. The second was a specific deck and I received an alternative that was not as ordered. Upon reaching out to customer support multiple times, I did not hear back for three weeks. The representatives repeatedly attempted to stall and refuse response. Then upon further contact they said that items may vary, despite the fact that the items were mislabeled. I have exchanged ******************************************* escalation as requested. This company refuses to comply with their own terms of use. Buyer beware.

      Charged my ****** account on their site yet gave me an immediate error. They also hold authorizations for a month, so my money is being held hostage for a month... because their website is completely deficient. How can a company charge me yet claim an error occurred? It makes no sense, awful business practices all around with Gamestop.

      Cannot use the Pro Membership online. Only physical store. Unable to get email verification and no help from support or the store.
