      The customer service is non existent. I have since 7 days ago called and only reached the automated voice dialer prompting that I will receive a callback regarding my online order issue. The issue was an internal system error which prevents an online order from being fulfilled and the problem is that is still charges my card for the full amount and promotional credits. I have additionally sent an email to the customer service department in the same time window and have yet to receive correspondence or refund.

      ************************** has AWFUL customer support. It is some of the worst you will ever find. The customer support phone line is located in a different country and the agents dont understand the products they are providing support for. What is even worse - if you have any kind of issue with the website, then there is nothing they can do. Sure, they will tell you that they will open up a ticket, give you a number, and that someone will call or email you back, but it never happens. The service is just nonexistent. -

      My girlfriend ordered a ******** switch lite hyrule limited edition system to be picked up in store and was cancelled even though they had plenty of stock and apparently her new GameStop credit card was declined. She then ordered it online for ship to home and it went through right away. That makes no sense whatsoever. GameStop, yall ****

      I ordered some trading cards for my daughter's birthday present I used the website cause my local gamestop wouldn't give me the sale price even though they had signs up. We'll I never received my package and now after a month of back and forth with them about it they are refusing to help me. They basically told me it's not their problem I never received my package. I've ordered thousands of $ worth of collectibles from them in the past year and never an issue. But the one time I do have an issue they are unprofessional, slow, and lacking all empathy. I used to wonder why this company would be going down hill and now I know why. They don't vaule their customers. And now they have lost one for life I won't shop in stores or online now know that if you ever need their help they don't care.

      I ordered a game and console online. I tried to cancel the order. I could not cancel and get a refund. I paid over $100. The game was in better condition than the console. The local store would not refund me. Told me to go through the website to return. It seems like a waste of gas, time to return this junk. GameStop is poor customer service. They price *****. I never had this problem with independently owned game stores.

      ******** location is highly unprofessional. Staff parks directly in front of the store every day they work. Staff and management have horrible attitudes, very slow and rude. Store is frequently a mess and difficult to find what youre looking ****** not recommend supporting this business and I had been a loyal customer for well over the last 15+ years.

      Hey, listen. I got ripped off by GameStop. They stole $23 worth of points from me and refused to refund my $25 pro renewal fee. That's the last time they'll ever receive money from me or anyone I know if i can help to recommendcheaper options. I'm never going back to GameStop to buy anything that's for sure!

      The item I ordered never came in. After several emails and calls for 2 months they finally refunded me partially. They did not refund shipping or tax for an item I never received. Terrible customer service and very shady.

      Employees were extremely pushy about their $25 rewards program. I declined their offer many times and they still tried pushing it on me. Then the cashier would not sell me a game because I said I was in a hurry and I already knew about their rewards program. He stiffened up, looked me right in the eyes, and told me that just because I'm in a hurry, it's not going to make him go any faster. I said I was just in a rush. The cashier grabbed the game, threw it on the back counter and said I could find the game at another store. I told him the game wasn't for me, but for my 9-year-old son who was standing with me. I told him my son had saved up his own money to buy the game. The cashier didn't budge. He wouldn't take my money. So we went home and found the game on **** for $10 cheaper. I used to love GameStop.

      I ordered a game system online for same-day delivery through GameStop, not realizing they used **** for delivery. I have video proof of the driver pretending to deliver my package, then stealing it. When I contacted GameStop, they escalated the issue but didnt offer a replacement or refund. Despite offering video proof, I was told to contact **** and file a police report, but GameStop didnt provide the necessary driver details. It took several calls just to send the video proof, with little support from ******** Im waiting 3-5 business day for GameStop to investigate and issue that doesnt need an investigation due to providing proof. I dont have my item that I purchased and Im also not being reimbursed.
