      I am a junior at the ******************************************************************. I signed a lease with ******** on 3rd, a popular off-campus student housing option, in July 2024. While signing, there was an incentive for a $500 referral gift card. It is now May 2025 and we still have not received our gift cards. We have followed up with our leasing office multiple times (at least 15) and they say that they are waiting on corporate every single time and that it is out of their hands. This makes me and all my roommates incredibly frustrated as we were promised money and we did not receive that money. In addition, that gift card was factored into choosing ******** on 3rd as our place of residence over other properties. All I want is for me and my roommates to receive our gift card.

      They are apartment complexes. I applied to an apartment and they informed me that I was approved and I had paid the deposit, and set up the electricity. Then they said they made a mistake and I wasnt approved and they told me that the deposit will be refunded and they never refunded me and they are actively ignoring my calls. I tried calling from a different number and they hung up immediately. I this occurred on Thursday, March 22, 2025. Hey, I just called here from multiple numbers and they hang up each time.

      I am filing a complaint against Asset Living, the management company over Miramonte Apartments in *******, **. I vacated my apartment on April 1st, 2025. Per the property manager ******* ***** instructions,I provided our forwarding address on a sticky note at the time of *********** of todays date, i have not received an itemized list of deductions nor our security deposit, despite it being over 30 days since move-out. Under Texas Property Code ******, landlords must return the deposit or provide a written list of deductions within 30 days. Failure to do so constitutes bad faith and may entitle us to the full deposit, $100 statutory damages, treble damages (3x deposit), and attorneys fees.Furthermore, the manager verbally stated that i would not receive the deposit back, but did not provide this in writing or with any lawful justification. This behavior violates state landlord-tenant laws and shows willful negligence on the part of Asset Living.

      ** unit stopped working the night of May 7th. Maintenance came out the next day May 8th and said it was the condenser. I never heard anything after that. I called the emgency maintenance number the next day, Friday, and left a voice mail about the ac issues not being fixed. Maintenance called me back and said they had a third party vendor out may 8th but they changed the wrong part from the wrong apartment and unit. On May 8th they installed a ac wall ac unit. The unit is very small and does not cool down the apartment. The temp is 80 degrees in the living room and 78 degrees in the master bedroom where the wall unit is located. I called the office again may 12th and spoke with the lady at the front deck. She said a ac vender will be out on the 13th. No one ever showed up. I called again on May 15th and spoke with a different lady from ********** and she said the vendor that was suppose to Go out was booked, and they are still looking for another vendor to come out. It's been over 100 degrees in *********** ** and still extremely hot in my. Apartment #***. ********** has been giving me the run around for over a week, I've probably called the office over 30 times only to speak to someone 3 times. All the other times the office never answers. When I spoke to the lady today may 15th she said they will do better to follow up with me. It's been over a week and I shouldn't have to live in at 80 degree apartment.

      I lived at Parcside Townhomes for 13 months, moved out March 27, 2025 and have my 60 days notice and forwarding address. After 32 days I asked about my security deposit, and was told it was mailed April 16th and give the check number. After 45 days I received a check for 220 and no explanation of why 480 was deducted. Once I emailed the office I go an invoice for 150 for paint, 150 for deodorizing and 180 for cleaning. I was was told that I was lucky to get that back. I thought paint was done between tenants and I took the time to fill in all the nail and s**** holes.

      I am filing a complaint against the management of Glenwood Mews Apartments, located at ***********************************. I lived in the apartment at ***************** and was forced to vacate due to ongoing and unresolved habitability issues, including black mold, plumbing failures, and an overall lack of proper maintenance. Despite multiple requests, management failed to address these issues in a timely or effective manner, resulting in a living environment that was hazardous to my health and well-being.After moving out, I was wrongfully charged an insufficient notice fee, even though my decision to leave was directly caused by the landlords failure to maintain a habitable unit. I have photographic evidence of the black mold and documentation of the issues and my communication with the property management.I am requesting the removal of this improper fee and the full return of my security deposit. I also want this complaint to be recorded so future tenants are aware of the ongoing problems and lack of accountability from management.

      the washer and dryer, they are filthy with smoke residue. Also, some settings do not work on the washer and dryer. When turned on, they make noise but does nothing.Also, The microwave hasn't been replaced yet. The oven smokes when turned on, and the oven light does not work. The stovetop elements also smoke and sometimes spark. So, if they could just replace the oven light, elements and the oven racks, that might fix the smoking and sparking.These issues haven't been meet I've ask and they've told me they was going to replace everything and only things they have replaced was the refrigerator and microwave. I still can't use my oven or stove. I still can't use my it's washer and dryer. The ceiling fans haven't been replaced. They haven't fixed the cold water issue. I had to paint the apartment myself because they didn't paint it. I still haven't replaced my thermostat. Still hasn't fixed the bathroom sink. They never did a final walk around before my move in date. Even trying to get the manager to come down and see the apartment and she didn't want to. It was smoke residue on everything, and it's stinked so bad in my apartment.I have so many pictures to show and not enough room for everything. But you'll see the idea of how it looks with the pictures. My move in date was feb 24, 2025 and things still haven't been done.

      Vandalism my car was broken into twice in the month of April along with others I dont feel safe with he time that I leave out for work Im older and now suffering from anxiety and ptsd Im under doctors care. I asked if I could be let out my lease with no penalty they hang up on me at corporate.

      I rented from this apartment complex for two years and moved out February 17, 2025. I can see on the Built website they removed my deposit from the account but I have not received this deposit. The move out inspection was completed with no incident and no repairs needed. I have emailed and attempted to call asking about my security deposit. I filled out the contact form and got a text and email from the company which I replied asking but they never responded. All I want is for them to repay my full security deposit back.
