My car was damaged in the car washing machine on September 1, 2024. I was promised a call back after 72 hours but I never received. I left the business numerous of voicemails. Ive went there in person as well. Ive submitted two quotes two weeks ago and was told that they would decide on which to honor and I would receive a call. Its a little shy of two months now and I just want my car fixed. This has been a complete nightmare and its super unprofessional!

I recently visited my local car wash because I needed a new scan sticker for my WhiteWater Express Car wash membership due to getting a new car. The sales **** looked my account up and discovered that I was being charged $19.99 twice monthly for the same car. He informed me I would need to contact the corporate office for the issue. So I contacted the corporate email and they basically told me I needed to go into the local office. I sent another email with same request to be refunded for being double charged for my membership and let them know I had already spoken to the local office. They did not respond to my email. I have been double-charged for 12 months, my membership has been $ ******- I paid an additional $******. I should have only been charged $19.99 once monthly- ****** per 12 months. I would like to be refunded for the double charge. I contacted my ***** about the most recent charges- these are being reviewed and you will see those flagged in attached photo. I have reviewed other complaints and this seems to be an ongoing issue with Whitewater Express Car wash. Bad business.

I went to get a car wash at the White Water Express Car Wash in ******, ********. I got the basic $10.00 wash. I saw that on my credit card as shown in attached picture. Then about two days later I got a $39.99 charge. I do not know what that charge is and I did not go to the car wash on that day nor have I ever bought anything at the car wash for $39.99. I would like them to get rid of this charge since I did not purchase this.

On September 21, 2024 I went to Whitewater Express Car Wash at ************************************, Tx to have my car washed. Exiting the tunnel I went over to wipe my car dry. I immediately noticed a big chunk of trim missing from my rear window. I immediately approached the General Manager, ****** ****, to alert him to the situation. He took my information and said someone would contact me. After waiting to hear for over a week I re-visited the car wash to speak to the General Manager once more. I had stopped by the car dealership where I bought my car and got an estimate of the damage to be repaired. I showed this to the General Manager and he said he would submit it to his claims department. Last night he called to inform me that the claims department is denying my claim. The dealership quoted $828.99, so I checked with another dealership and their estimate was $907.56. I just want my car repaired, and taken care of by the owner of this business.

i have a black 2025 ***** civic sport and I signed up for the cheapest white water express car wash membership at discount for $11. The first 2 washes I had no issues or scratches. On the third wash on September 25th i came out the wash and looked at the vehicle and found paint chipped on the driver side door handle and right side mirror along with a paint scratch on the roof above left back door and one on the trunk right side. After i approached a team member to cancel my membership because they scratched my car and to fill out an incident report. Then one of the car wash attendants asked me to follow them into the wash while it was operating and spinning brushes and proceeded to stick his hand into the brushes and say look theyre soft then proceeded to ask me to touch them. I said no then walked out and spoke to an assistant manager who told me I wasn't allowed back here and i just replied "he brought me here". This was a safety hazard and unprofessional behavior from the employee I couldve slipped or gotten injured from the brushes at any moment. Then asked me about the incident and I explained to him what happened and he proceeded to tell me that the brushes are soft and how they couldnt scratch the car. I try debating my view and how the paint couldnt chipped before the wash as it was a new 2025 car that Ive had for only over a month. He denied any of my claims about the incident and just said Ill look at the cameras. Later the other attendant came out and started to fill out the incident report but only filled it out for the door handle chip. Afterwards the assistant manager came back out with a video of my hood and tried to make a point about my car being dirty and i simply replied that my hood wasnt the problem there isnt a scratch there and he said he would check again later. Afterwards they made me sign the incident report that read you will hear a response within 72 hrs and this issue must be legally resolved within 30 days of incident

On September 4th I went to have my car washed as I did every week. During the washing process I looked down and found that the trim piece on my brand new 2024 vehicle had been ripped off and bent. I immediately notified the manager, Will, and started opening up a claim. I was told by Will that I would be contacted by the general manager shortly, but it may take up to 30 days for them to make a decision about if the company would cover and take responsibility for the damage that ensued on my car during the washing process. I called my insurance company because I couldnt wait 30 days for my car to be fixed. If I waited that long, more damage would have happened leading to more money needing to be spent to get it fixed. Due to there being a back order on the said trim piece that was damaged by the car wash, crash champions said that they wouldnt have the new trim piece in until after Halloween. As of September 23rd, 19 days after the damage had occurred on my car due to the car wash I still had yet to receive a call from the general manager of the white water car wash in manor. I tried to call the car wash on September 20th to see where we were at with their claims process. I was able to speak to Will, the manager of the store again and he said it was denied. I asked to speak to the general manager and Will said he was busy and asked what I wanted to speak to him about. The general manager refused to speak with me, stating that he was too busy to talk to a loyal customer. I requested that he call me or email me regarding this matter today. 1 hour and 45 minutes later another manager called me, not the general manager who I had requested to speak with multiple times. I asked him why it has been 19 days and the general manager had yet to call me regarding the damage to my car. For being a member for over a year, this is not the way that a loyal customer should be treated. The general manager has refused to speak to me.

On 06/27/24 I went to WhiteWash Car Wash in ******** **, employee #***** offered me a membership for unlimited car washes at a promotional rate of $8 for 2 months and I would be able to cancel anytime I want. I accepted, he took my credit card and went to the office, never came back, just sent me the bar code sticker with another employee. I had questions about the membership, I was expecting to receive the terms of the membership in writing, but I didnt, I never saw the sales person again. On the next visit, I asked another employee how the membership worked and he just said, go to the website, enter the bar code number and you can manage it. I did that on August 07, 2024 because I decided I wanted to cancel it, the website said the account didnt exist. I went to the car wash, I explained the situation to employee #***** per the receipt, he said I wont have access to the account ONLY after the promotional period expired, meaning they will charge me regular fees one time before I could modify the membership. That was not explained to me at the beginning. I said I wanted to cancel it anyway. This person seemed upset and said I am refunding you the last charge assessed on July 29th and I am terminating the membership and he teared apart the bar code from my vehicle, without me agreeing to this. I wanted to cancel and still had 20 days to use the membership. In the end, the fee was never refunded to my bank account and he denied me access to the valid membership I had with the business. I want them to refund me (to the credit card given) all the fees paid to them $16.00 plus $100.00 I have paid to wash my vehicle at other places during the period of the valid membership I had with this place.Note that the receipts given show an address in *********, when the actual business is located at ************************************. I want you and other potential customers to know how this people mislead and hide the terms of their membership in order to sell.

Immediately pulled over and there staff retrieved my antenna. Did a report and was just called about it. I was told my truck is over 7 years old so, they will not be covering the damages. Now I have to look for a new carwash! Just letting yall know to keep it in mind.
