      On the afternoon of July 21, 2024 I took my vehicle through the Whitewater Express Car Wash location on ******* in ***********, **. The car wash was making a banging sound on the vehicle. In the middle of the wash my vehicle was knocked backwards by the wash arm and the vehicle was no longer moving forward. The driver side mirror was torn off of the vehicle. When I got out I informed the attendants and filed a report for the damage. I was told I would be contacted in ***** hours. While I was filing my report another vehicle pulled up and told the car wash attendants that the car wash was banging on their car and it sounded like the car wash was not functioning properly. I also spoke with several others that confirmed the same thing. I contacted the corporate number for follow up and they called me back around 7/25 and indicated the store manager and district manager handle the follow up, but that the incident was still in "new" status. I contacted the store on several occasions and the manager and district manager were not there any time I went or called. I left several voicemails at the store with no response. I was given the district managers cell phone number by one of the employees and left no less than 4 voicemails asking for response with no contact. The vehicle was not in a safe condition to drive without a side view mirror.

      I opened a monthly membership for a ****** sentra car that I had, then I sold the vehicle after 3 months, even so they continued to charge me month by month, then I bought another car, now they are taking out the two vehicles month by month, 1 without using the service, the other with the service, but in this case they raised the price from 9.99 to *****. Then without having expired the 30 days they made me make another payment I used another payment method now they are taking the two cars from three different accounts. I inform the manager that he cannot help me. I mean, the transaction is duplicated, I will see this month if they charge me for these 3 accounts, one in my Kia ***** car and in the 2016 ****** Sentra, which have been 3 months since theSold. Given this situation, I want to be refunded the 3 months of payment that they are billing me double for 3 months to my same account for the ****** car that is not being washed, that I already reported it at the washing place of the same company in ******** that they already made the report the last month.

      That start with I just bought a new 2024 ******** and I go to their car wash in ******** And I go through the proper procedures like they tell me to do read the sign take your foot off the brake put your car in neutral. Everythings going great all of a sudden they attendant runs up knocks on my window and says put my foot on my break because the guy in front of me didnt have his car in neutral and half through the tunnel so how did he get that far? To make it short story, my car was pushed up under his car by the rollers that control the car wash and did damage to the front end of my car and they said no its not our fault we dont control the car wash. I said well he controlled it when he stopped me and he cut it off Damage done so yes, he does car wash, but they refused claim refused to pay for any damage. You cannot get them on the phone. You can send them a message with they will not respond to you and this is what they do to everyone. its not the first time Ive heard of this problem Now I have a damage 2024 Corvette that they will not take any blame for. So theyre gonna get a lot of bad publicity from me I promise that

      I visited this companies establishment at ************************************************** on June 20th 2024 after buying a monthly membership the day prior. I used the automatic car wash and after exiting the wash I pulled to the vacuums to find my rear bumper partially removed (bumper clips broken) and the wheel well cover resting against my back tire. I got the attention of the manager and made him aware of the situation. He let the general manager know who oddly retreated into the office not to be seen again. I felt somewhat pressured to accept their zip tie fix and to head about my day and wait on filing a claim against them which I decided against. I filed a claim with pictures and all my information and was told corporate would contact me within 72 hours. I waited 5 days with no email or call from anyone so I drove to the store and spoke with the manager on site who looked up the claim and was told I was denied based on the fact that their cameras didn't show a clear enough view of my bumper before I entered the car wash and that all their equipment was functioning properly, yet my vehicle exited their car wash with damage that resulted in it being unsafe to operate on the public roadway. I have been refused any proof that shows my vehicle was not damaged by their equipment before it entered the car wash therefor I am disputing this companies denied claim of liability for damage to my personal property caused by their faulty equipment/ employee negligence.

      First off, I DO NOT expect the Beechmont WhiteWater Car Wash facility to contact me back (even though I have left four voice mail messages) but anyway - that's what customer service is. I took my 2017 ***** Accord Touring Hybrid to get it washed since it was too hot on June 19th where the employee ground guiding me into the bay had my car too much on the left hand side where it shuddered in order to align with the tracks. I wanted to take a look at my car to see how well the cleaning was because I spent over $1,600 two years ago to have it clear coated and have mainly to hand wash the car to avoid any scrapes or swirling. Upon checking the car when I got home, there were pock marks in the alloy wheels from the pictures I had taken. Anyway - I should have read all of the reviews before coming to your facility which is indifferent to issues such as this. I also left a complaint on the main web site yesterday where NO ONE has contacted me back. And I don't expect anyone to really to.I have also called four times now to the ************************* location where Saturday, June 22nd, I called again and spoke to ***** at WhiteWater where according to ***** - "I do not see any phone logs of anyone calling the office from last week" - which is a lie. When I informed him I called at their number ************** - he replies back and asks if perhaps I had called another number.?He then tells me that I may have mis dialed the phone number and it went to another phone number. Another lie. I have the call logs where he tells me that it is stated company policy that any damages have to be reported on site, because they cannot assume damages once the vehicle leaves. If that is the case, then how can I perform that when it is right on the main access road and my car would have been hit if I walked out?So far, I have left three emails to White Water also and they will not contact me either.

      Fraudulent charges were charged to my credit card and after weeks of communication with management and accounting they will not refund the amount. I provided proof of the charge and they still did not reimburse. The charge was for $100 then a second of $120. Pretty unrealistic for a car wash

      I visited the car was and my entire car antenna was ripped off. Ive reached out to the location and left phone messages and left a review with no replies. The part alone from the *** dealership is $286.50 PLUS labor. There was no indication or warning that any damage would be done to my vehicle prior to using this car wash.

      I had an account with ********************. I cancelled the account online on January 2, 2024. I received confirmation that my account was cancelled on January 2, 2024. I have since been getting charged monthly for my membership that I cancelled. When I go in to the location to get reimbursed, they give me the run around and tell me a manager isn't available and will contact me when they return. I've been to the location three times now. All of the phone numbers on their website go to voicemail. Emails don't get returned.

      On April ******* me and my son went to White water car wash located at ******************************************** wash and vacuum my vehicle as we were going through the car wash we heard a loud pop. As we got to the second set of ****** curtains we then noticed a crack in my windshield. I proceeded to go and park and immediately went to talk to a manager (Dakota *******) who said let me look at the video in which he did while other in employees came out to look at my windshield and ashored me that it would be taking care ***** after the manager comes out to look at it take pictures and fill out a form he assured me that it would be taken care of.And instructed me to send him 3 estimates and which I did.On April ******* I received a phone call from the manager stated that the claim was denied and to contact the corporate office. I then began to leave messages and emails to the corporate office with no response from them at all. I then call the *************** to reach the manager for further assistance to resolve this matter. Only to get the cold shoulder ( someone will contact you) after a couple days. I started to wonder what is going on only to receive a email saying that no it will not be resolved. I then did some digging and found out Im not the only person who has been through this situation at this car wash they have a habit of assuring you that everything will be resolved to only ignore you in the end. I would appreciate any assistance in getting this matter resolved for which Im a single mother on disability and cant afford to pay for this.

      I was vacuuming and reached over to move a back cushion, vacuum sucked off my watch off my wrist. I have talked to several workers, left voicemails and corporates number goes straight to voicemail every time. It's been a week without any communication for updates on retrieving my watch. The workers there are rude, unemathetic to the situation and didn't come up with a solution to the matter.
