My stay at Golden Nugget in Las Vegas ended with a staff/person who stole money out of our room. I stayed there from 6/28 to 7/5. The person with a master key, came into my room and stole $700 from my purse, thank goodness all my other money and credit cards were in the room safe. I have filed a local Police complaint, have tried countless time to get Risk Management to call us back, they haven't, and it's been over a month. Police called to tell us that yes, our room was entered by a master key, and they were going to speak to exactly who Golden Nugget identified as a Housekeeping Supervisor! I knew it was her and she even knew I knew. She laughed about it in the hallway. I have struggled to get anyone from the front desk to give me the name/number/email of anyone in authority. Police know who she is, but Golden Nugget won't even give me the curtesy of a call, a resolution...anything. I can't even get a name to escalate this matter beyond the front desk. We go to Vegas all the time for over 38 years, we have never had this happen to us and we have never been more disappointed in a hotel and its staff. I now feel so unsafe and uncomfortable in a hotel room. If they cover up for their staff to steal, they will cover up for anything! They can come into your room uninvited, place cameras, poison your water bottles, remain in your room and do terrible things and this hotel will make sure nothing is done to keep you safe. I intend to contact their legal department, but I am giving them until the end of this week to do something right. This is my safety and security at stake here. At the very least you would think they would have returned my money. I can even tell them where I won the money, I was able to tell them denominations. I went to the local police so they would know we are real victims and that we intend to continue until we are satisfied. Landry's does not believe the customer. I was in New Orleans , May , 2023. The waiter spilled ketchup all over my shirt. When I contacted customer service, they had me sent pictures of my shirt and how much I paid for it with a receipt. I went to all that trouble and they sent me a letter saying, they are not going to do anything about it. The waiter said he did not do it. They believe him! There were other people sitting at the table when it happened. That just goes to show you that the customer is not appreciated! I will not be going to any of their restaurants and I will tell others about my experience! It is a shame!Landry's, Inc.(Corporate)

My account with golden nugget online was blocked due to fraud for an unauthorized user. Golden nugget didnt even resolve what I lost due to this fraud. I contacted them several times via chat but all they say that it was escalated. Why need to escalate the problem 3 times if someone is really working on it. It has been 2 months ffom the date that this fraud happened, but no one even provided a response about resolution. But i guess no one did attempt to resolve it and just letting their customers wait and play around with it. They’ll reaped you off with all their games. But when it comes to problems on their customer side, they dont even care!! Hope they lose their business and be stopped from operating due to their unfair peactices.Landry's, Inc.(Corporate)

00 March 25, 2023 a group of us visit saltgrass steakhouse 4101 Lyndon B Johnson, Dallas, Texas. Due to a family emergency we had to rush to leave and left all of our to go bags on the table. Because of the horrible server experience everyone just packed their food up t o go. It was just an enjoying drinks and conversation. Within mins, we called the the Restaurant to ask about the bags they were left on the table. We were told yes we have your food and you can come back and pick it up anytime before we close at 10:00 PM. We explain what happened and why we left the food and was told it was OK that’s fine. We will put it up and save it for you in the back. From an employee who answered the phone. However, we were not able to get back to Dallas. It’s you later on, so we called again to ensure the food was still available for pick up before we drove our back to saltgrass. Once again, the person who holds answered the phone reassured us. Yes we have your food. Just pick it up before 10:00 PM. I fell return it to saltgrass to pick up the food. We was informed they didn’t know anything about food being put up and was offered to remake the fool or issue us a refund. After waiting for 15 minutes the manager at this point told us we need to speak to the GM Brian about the issue of refund in the morning when he come in at 11 AM. Speaking with Brian was one of the most unprofessional conversations I have experienced with management. He basically told us we cannot get a refund and it was nothing he could do about it. He did proceed to inform us that they cannot hold food for anyone Because of a health hazard food contamination. OK I can understand it, but what I was trying to explain to him. Why did the staff who we called twice did not inform us of this before we drove back to Dallas for the food. We were ensured twice the food was there and will be there for pickup. The entire staff should have had a training on food safety and informed us of this before we drove back.Landry's, Inc.(Corporate)

Disappointing with all customer service front desk and especially the manager Tristan! False advertisement on website that they have Tesla charging stations at resort! I tried to call hotel resort before numerous times and was on hold over 45 minutes each time to never speak to a live agent with my concerns and questions upon arriving! Also resort did not have pool open like they stated due ti weather conditions! It was open then closed! I understand that but atleast have staff aware of what is happening so they can provide correct information. When pool was finally open last day a hour before leaving they said the kids can’t go on the water slide because there wasn’t enough kids in pool! Makes no sense! Also fire pit did not work in pool area when we tried to use it. They said they will call to have someone fix it! It wasn’t done! Our room’s bathroom had yellow stains and pee that was not cleaned off along the bathtub walls. It also appears they have not vacuumed the room or hallways and did not the whole stay we were there! Very unsanitary! My biggest complaint is that the manager I spoke with regarding all this informal was very unprofessional and disrespectful to me while I was stating my complaints. He would not listen and would interrupt me! I was at my sons baseball game when he called me and made me very upset and disappointed again! Upon arrival I complained to front desk manager and she was the one that stated it was all false advertisement and since I booked through third party she would help me by waiving resort fees and extending my late check out so that my sons could enjoy pool! This was never reported after visiting the front desk twice and waiting for a manger to speak with in person on my Friday arrival! Now, new manger called back Tristan or Christian and He said he saw no notes of my complaints and continued to interrupt me and tell me that this was wrong!
