    Purchased ball 12/15 paid for priority shipping did not receive ball. When tracking purchase it states it hasnt been shipped and only as ordered. Attempted to call company multiple times and phone is disconnected. Emailed twice with no response. Upon further research company is a scam. Needs to be shut down.

    Ordered their quiet bounce basketball for my children. Placed the order in November and received tracking number. The tracking number is no a legit number and it has been in transit since December 3,2023. They say delivery in 7-10 days. I have called multiple times and it says number is not available. I have emailed multiple times over the last two weeks. I have received no replies by email. Their Facebook pages has tons of comments where people never received their orders and they do not reply back. I just want my money back. This was a Christmas gift for my kids!

    Ordered the quiet bounce basketball on Dec 1 and never received it. Was never provided a tracking number or anything else. Emailed the company and never a reply. This was the top item on my daughter's Christmas list and we were scammed along with many other people according to the comments on Instagram. In no world is it ever ok to sit back, lure people in with positive reviews, and collect money from people with nothing to send in return. This company has ads all over social media with no such product and I'm tired of companies like this stealing from people who try to make an honest living.

    The company took orders online for indoor basketballs. It sent a confirmation email, but has not shipped the products. They are not responding to any emails or phone calls and appear to have gone out of business. December, 2023 Scam company

    Order was placed on December 6th, 2023. I received an email confirmation of the order. As of December 24th, 2023 I still have not received the item. I emailed customer service to inquire about it and received an automated response. I tried calling the customer service number listed on the website and the number does not work. On their Facebook page, there are hundreds of comments about how people are not receiving their orders and no one from Quiet Bounce is responding to email inquiries and no one can get through via phone calls.

    Purchased a quiet bounce basketball for my daughter on 12/7 that had guaranteed delivery before Christmas. They charged me 40.07 and have not responded to my emails and per the tracking have not shipped my order nor refunded me. I believe this company is a scam

    I ordered two quiet, bounce balls, December 2, 2023. I received an email confirmation that my order was placed and money was debited from my account. The order is showing as shipped on their website as of December 20 however, it has not left the post office in California. I have tried to contact the company multiple times via email, their website, social media, and have never received a response back. After doing some research, it appears there are hundreds of people having the same issue and have never received the product they paid for either I believe this company is scamming people.

    It is 12/23/23 and I don’t have the item - according to the website it hasn’t even shipped.
    This was a Christmas gift. No contact from the company as to why it has not shipped. Company is deleting comments on Facebook and Instagram of people asking where their order is.

    Ordered 2 Quiet Bounce Basketballs on December 5th for $80.13 with expedited shipping and processing. Charged my Chase Credit immediately and it is December 23rd and still no tracking info listed on their site. Tried calling thr number list and it is no longer in service. Have sent 2 emails but have yet to receive a response. Business seems to be a scam and I would like a refund of my purchase price of $80.13.
