      Women should NOT go to this location. My husband brought our second car in for a quick oil change, he was charged *****, I took it in six months later and I was charged *****. Same car, same oil.I feel taken advantage of and will let all of **************/************ know how women are treated here. Take your car anywhere else, check the price first. Or, better yet, have a man take it in, he'll be treated much better and given a better price.

      Went for a quick oil change. I checked after I pulled out of the bay. Leaking oil. So I went back and told them. There correction was to put goo on the plug so it wouldnt drip. This happened on my last oil change as well but they quickly corrected it and apologized. They gave me 25% off next oil change which they wouldnt honor on this change. For $100+ dollars youd think they would make sure it was correct. Wont be back. Taking car to mechanic to resolve.I also have before and after photos as proof of goo put on fter I told them about the problem.

      ****** will lie to your face. i went for oil change, tire pressure, and topping off fluids. she said she could do a free tire rotation and i said yes. she said it would be about $75 total for all that. she asked if i wanted to do brake fluid change and that would bring my total to $120. she did not specify that it would be an extra $100, only that my total would be $120. poor communication and seemed to be purposefully confusing and word-vomitting. she said it would be an hour. she called in the meantime and asked if i wanted cabin air filter replaced for $24 and i said yes. cabin air filter ended up being $46, not $24, plus another $40 for air filter, which i was not notified about them doing any additional work. the oil change itself was also more than the $75 that was originally stated. they didnt check my tire pressure like they said they would, so i had to go somewhere else right after. i wasnt notified when the car was finished, but when i came back to pay, the employees started arguing with each other about the invoice and prices as i was paying. i also showed a coupon and am unsure if it was added or not. i paid 3 times more than expected.another suspicious thing was how only the passenger seat was vacuumed and none of the others.

      They are con-artist. They have moral. And they rip off young women and old ladies everyday. My daughter went for an oil change and ended up paying $261.00. Because they scared her into all these other things to get on her car that she don't need. I called and the Manager ***** was an a****** I'm so sick of these fast food oil change places. They all need to be shut down. They don't deserve 1 star.

      I took my car for oil-change, then shop manager mentioned that their staff damaged the oil pan, and that they are unable to fix it at their *********** it to *********************. Took them 2 weeks to get my car back. Whenever I call they lied saying no manager available. When arrived to pick up my car I requested to talk to a manager, they lied saying he is not available, when I refuse not to leave, the manager came out from an office he was hiding at, told me my car was in good condition. When I started my car it occurred having a very loud and weird noise, I asked the manger ******** what the problem, he threatened me to leave or he calls a police, he also lied that the noise was not there before, my car was in good condition when I took it. I called ************** clinic to verify, they said that the noise was there when they received the car. Jiffy Lube gives an unbelievable & the most terrible service, and their staff members are lazy & unprofessional. Police showed up and said unfortunately it is a civil matter and I have to leave due to being at their premises. Everything was outrageous. This was the day I returned from a two weeks Military training and they didnt seem to care when I explained that I was super tired and needed a break and rest, instead Jiffy Lubes staff said thats your choice to join the military and not my problem. Wow I could not believe my ears but hey this is how some people treat other people. I also felt I was discriminated because I have a little accent. I filed a complaint to this shop owner franchise Team Car Care west LLC. Their representative said they would reach out in 72 hours but never heard from them. Turned out they damaged the engine. Not only ***** Lube abused me emotionally but I am currently without a vehicle. This needs justice. This place should not stay in business at all. It is the worst customer **********************, a very reckless franchisee and employees. I hope this saves other customers the troubles.

      JIFFY LUBE ISSUED ME A REFUND CHECK FOR DAMAGING MY OIL PLUG AND PAN IN THE AMOUNT OF $1087.89 ACCORDING MY BANK THEY CHECK NEVER CLEARED, I PROVIDED PROOF THAT THE CHECK NEVER CLEARED FROM NAVY FEDERAL BANK . JIFFY LUBE REFUSED TO ISSUE ANOTHER CHECK, INSISTING THAT THE CHECK CLEARED WHILE REFUSING TO OFFER ANY VALID PROOF. *** REFUSED TO ESCALATE THIS TO A MANAGER AND THE FRANCHISE OWNER HAS NEVER REACHED OUT TO ME. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER **********************, AND NOW I WILL BE FORCED TO FILE A SMALLS COURT CLAIM TO RECOUP MY MONEY. OVER 400 COMPLAINTS SHOWS JUST HOW HORRIBLE THIS COMPANY REALLY IS. HOW IS IT THAT THEY HAVE A + RATING ???

      Our recent experience at the ************************************* of Jiffy Lube unfortunately left us feeling quite dissatisfied. Following a routine battery replacement on August 3, 2023, by my wife, *******************************, we encountered unexpected issues with the Active Grille Shutter of our vehicle.Initially unaware of the cause, we returned to the establishment for assistance, only to be informed that they were unable to identify or repair the problem. Seeking further advice, we consulted with various professionals, including a ****** dealer, who pinpointed the issue to be related to the Active Grille Shutter.It was later revealed by our mechanic that a tool inadvertently left behind during the battery replacement at Jiffy Lube was the root cause of the damage. Despite bringing this to the attention of the manager, *******, and receiving acknowledgment of the error, we have faced resistance from the claims department, necessitating involvement with the legal department.The financial burden of approximately $1,400 to $1,600 to rectify this issue has been significant, and we are hopeful for a fair and satisfactory resolution.While we understand that errors can occur, we trust that upon review, Jiffy Lube will acknowledge the situation and work towards a suitable solution.We appreciate your attention to this matter and eagerly await your response.

      The shop off of Research blvd has gone down the drain, they fired their last manager for "poor performance" because he wasn't strong arming people like the new manager is. This new manager is chain smoking cigarettes and I heard him talking bad about his employees. He told one to not worry about any complaints because his district manager will just sweep it under the rug. Along with one of the other employees better count their days, that's so rude to say especially to another employee.

      On 10/31/23 I went to ************** Jiffy Lube in ******* ** for a ****** flush. ***** suggested a spark plug change was due and so I agreed. After 2 hours and several staff trying their hardest to get one out, even busted up his hand trying (I was sitting in the car the whole time) I t was finished....at least I thought. I came right back as the check engine light on now and car now running poorly. ***** advised to go next door to Auto Zone to have scanned (they didnt have one) I did. Scanner shows spark plug #1.. and a variety of emission codes. ****** lifts the hood, trys some things and sent me away. I came back the next morning with the same issues...***** again popped the hood, pretended to fix something and sent me away. The next day I come back...Still scanning spark #1 and emission codes...***** says he is at a loss and send me to my mechanic and says "if we did something to cause this, please let us know". The new mechanic starts at spark #1 and instantly can tell how tight it was on there and had to get a specialized tool to get off. Once off, he identifies it is the original spark plug (that was not changed by ****** as paid for) and now broken at the base. I video recorded him taking it off and still have the original broken spark plug. Nearly 6 months of trying to reach ***** and or new management I was given the run around over and over. Finally a different location agreed to take my number and have **** the regional manager call me. He never once apologized for all of this inconvenience and assured me he would get back to me in 3 days (by Friday) On Friday he calls to say ***** remembers the incident but that he needs proof from the new repair shop. I refuse to spend any more time trying to get Jiffy Lube to take responsibility for this action. They are consistently short staff, undereducated, inadequate tools for the job and considering ***** was the only one with spark plug experience....training is necessary.
