My experience with Panini America is a little bit diffrent I don't know what I have to think about such manners and behaviour.Imagine that, you purchase for the x-th time an item and for the first time there was a delay during delivery and I just asked for it. After a few days of no answer and a check up by myself I saw the package was send back to Panini America adress without any information. So I contacted them via PayPal and voil no 30 minutes later an answer. Everything was pushed forward now, but they also couldn't tell me what was wrong - now the awesome part:Everything is payed, I got my item, all fine till the next order. I can't order any more at Panini America. I tried to reach out to them out, no answers to emails. Once I got somebody on the phone, he saw my profile and the issue and told me about the item it was undisputed...what the h*** Everything was cleared, both sides got what they want. I deleted my account and tried it again, but now I have to deal with the issue I'm not longer allowed to create an account anymore.Sorry, but what kind of such poor ******** behaviour is that. I did nothing wrong, just was asking for help and this is the result of it? Thank you and keep going on feeding scalpers like them on *****Panini America

I ordered 10-pack of *********************** 2023-24 *** Instant Draft Night #1 direct from Panini. Not one of the cards would be worth a grade 7 on centering. I sent 6 of them in after speaking with quality support, as they were so bad I didn't even want them at all. I followed the prosses as instructed entering all cards correctly and sent them in. They sent me them back with a paper that with a check **** on Card has minimal damage.Very disappointed they do not consider these for replacement and wasted my time and money. It would have been nothing for them to replace these with decent ones. Are they producing terrible cards to create a sacristy for nice gradable ones? Or are they just a bad card manufacture...Panini America

My review is simple and to the point.Panini stands behind there products and has always done the right thing when it comes to redemptions and damaged cards. They realize we spend lots of money on there products, and want us to have a great experiance. There wait times may be a little etended, but ive never been disappointed yet. I know they get a bad rap, but there employese are definately trying to help and take care of any issues as they arrive.Thanks panini!!Panini America

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with and should be closed. I bought $400 worth of boxes, (3 separate boxes) and when I received them one was completely destroyed. When reaching out to customer service it took 8 months to hear back only to be told that I would have to open a dispute for each card in the box and they would send back any cards I did not do this with. After buying this overpriced ****, waiting 9 1/2 in total (including shipping time) I am stuck with these ruined cards. Do not buy this overpriced and terrible products. These people are the prime example of scammers. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.Panini America

When you buy a product you expect it to be in great shape. Panini America continues to be a disappointment. I bought a $300 box of Panini Luminance football cards and out of 40 cards 10 of them had rounded corners. that's 25% of what I bought was worthless right out of the package.I sent 5 of the better cards back to them for replacement, and they just sent my original cards back to me. Apparently, as a customer I don't deserve a quality product!Panini America

Due to the unprecedented volumes of damage card replacement requests in past months, factory damage, unfortunately, if a card has minimal damage it will not qualify to be replaced. As mentioned in our policy, you must create a factory damage ticket claim. When doing so, not every card is replaced and a damaged card replacement is not guaranteed. It states "any ineligible card(s) that Panini America is unable to replace, for any reason, will be returned back to the customer." Whenever this is the case, we provide notes on why your card(s) were sent back.

Absolutely just a scam at this point price hiking their cards but the value of the cards stay the same and the rips arent even fun anymore because theyre greedy on giving out good rookies I bought 5 packs of donruss elite fat packs the first one I opened didnt even have a rookie in it next I opened ********* rookie next one I opened is surprise! Another ********* I open the next one dont worry its a different players this time Tank Biggsby! And last but not least for my last pack. And. They forgot to add a rookie card again oh and 2 of my 3 rookies I got from $40 of pack opening had dings in the corner Im just done with ripping packs from panini and I hope Fanatics win the casePanini America

Its ridiculous how you need a a receipt for damaged card replacements. Panini damaged the cards themselves they should replace them no questions asked. Ridiculous BS. The redemption system is also flawed. Been waiting on 5 big ones for over a year now.Panini America

They just simply don't give a rats a** for their consumers. Redemptions continue to be placed in card packs and sold to the consumer. Once the consumer redeems said redemption, the card is then promised to be delivered to the customer or a replacement card is offered. In many cases the original card is never sent to the customer and when a replacement is requested, in my case over 1 year ago today (original card valued around $1000 at redemption in April of 2021) said replacement is never sent. When you call customer service, is you are lucky enough to speak to someone, they promise a replacement is on its way, yet, every month i call back, same BS story. From what I understand the *** has canceled their license with this provider so buyer beware, they are going down fast. Also, in new packs, instead of getting the promised autograph card (2022 Panani Contenders Optic ***) you get redemption points for their online store. What a load a s*** - Points for worthless cards that are sold out in seconds upon release. Sure wish I could treat people and customer the way this company does. ******************** F- for sure.
