      My credit card was used as fraud. Merchant would not provide the transaction. Bank is following up in the meantime. I never did business personally with this company. And after seeing reviews, people need to be aware.

      I was greatly disappointed in the handling of a dispute I had brought to the attention of Panini. I paid a substantial price, for a redemption of a panini one gold autograph of ******************* a *** player of the ************* it was numbered to 10. A would be valuable investment. It was lost I would go out in the limb and contest stolen during transport at the ***** facility in ********** **** before arriving at my address a few hours most away. It has been nearly a year I first contacted ***** and a case was filed and they admitted to fault for the card being mishandled and not arriving to my person. I have a case number as well as was lidiquated to my concern. They advised me that since I was not the proper victim to the complaint via it had never reached my address that panini would need to take suit or issue. Regarding such. I then have upon numerous occasions contacted Panini and have had zero resolution. The redemption number I had provided was washed as in after filing the claim with ***** as a dispute for the apparent theft in their warehouse facility. It became no longer available their website when a individual places a redemption request saves those I had not encountered previously such issue and felt secure in that being sufficient for record keeping purposes. I explained this numerous occasions to no avail I lost a significant amount of time and financial resources in pursuing such above detailed encounter. There has been no resolve or even attempt to in paninis end even though the records indicate as of September last year the card missing from that facility. I do believe I am not alone in a encounter as such previously explained. If nothing else please take note and be aware of such as a purchaser.

      This company, Panini, is the worst example of customer service and quality control I have ever seen stay in business this long. They charge very high dollar amounts for what they sell to collectors. They absolutely do not care about taking care of their customers and it shows. The lack or quality control and even time to send back redemptions is disturbing. It seems like they mysteriously print the cards and then disappear once the product has been distributed. Very very sad. There are a lot of people who I wish could get their money back from this company.

      This company needs to be closed down ! I submitted all kinds of damaged card claims on website never heard nothing back ! And that was over 6 months ago ! Right now just got a card and it has a print line thru middle and a high dollar card if i could send it to grading ! Someone needs to do something about this company selling junk !

      Purchased Chronicles box in ******* of 2022, most of the cards were damaged and none of the hits were in the box as quoted on the box so I opened multiple claims. 17 months later I get a message from **************** stating they see the replacement cards have shipped and I should contact the 'shipping courier' but they gave no tracking, no courier and no details. Oh, and all the tickets still show 'In Progress' so they are just trying to make me stop asking. 17 months and they can't throw a few cards in the mail and wrap this up?? They are the worst!!

      I received a Jose **** redemption card and submitted the information on their website. It's been over 7 months and I've never received the card or any update. I emailed customer support twice over these 7 months and have never received a response. I don't believe this company cares at all about their customers. Really disappointed. I don't ever plan on buying their product again and I will be telling everyone I know who buys their cards to stop buying.

      I had a Ja ****** autograph redemption that had completed 120 days wait time. The only option is to get Rewards points for the card. Cards currently in the Rewards system trash, players that are retired or played maybe a season with the league. I was given 3500 rewards points in exchange of a Ja ****** card that could possibly sell for more than $500. Panini are scamming people by promising a nice redemption then sending you rewards points so you can use them on player cards that do not have any value.

      I would give this company less than 1 star if possible. Waiting over 500 days for a card that came as a redemption card in a pack that I paid to be a part of the pack opening.
      Upon calling these people at panini America and asking multiple times over the near 2 years for this card and the around 3 years for the previous card... They have no tangible timelines offered to get these players signatures on a card that panini claims they have access to.
      This is FRAUDULENT activities. Panini America is offering for sale and pressing value of packs higher based of claims of valuable cards they DO NOT have access to NOR do they have any timeline on when to expect them. The redemption cards they neither have, nor have a timeline on when they can get, nor offer any sort of compensation to customers for their time waiting for the card promised.
      A player could get injured and/or career trajectory could fall off and the value lost is a burden the customer has to hold.. Its criminal to allow this company to continue to operate this way.

      On 10/27/2021 I purchased a blaster box of Panini Donruss Optic. I pulled a Wander Franco Rated Prospect, however it was miscut crooked and had part of another card on one corner. I went to the Panini website and followed the instructions to replace a damaged card, sent the card to them and that is where the claim has sat for 17 months. I have reached out to them on several occasions over the past year and 5 months and never get a response. This is the worst customer service from any company that I have ever experienced.
