      Used the 7Now to order Spicy Chicken Wings. Received an email the wings were substituted for Buffalo wings and was unable to cancel the order in the app. The email states I had 2 hrs to pick it up or it would be canceled. I never picked up the order but was still charged $19.99. I attempted calling CS who is rude and keep saying a Supervisor is unavailable to take my call. I received an email stating my request was denied because the order was delivered. It wasn't a delivery order, and CS couldn't confirm where it was supposedly delivered. I've attempted calling back requesting a Supervisor for 3 days but no one is available and no one is returning my call. I attempted using ************ and is referred back to their poor CS line. This is terrible!

      I had some money loaded onto my card, it was $100.00 and it was at 1:27am on July 13th 2022. Well the money still isn't on my card. I've called them trying to resolve this issue, and have gotten nowhere. I talked to one person, I gave them the info they requested and I've gotten no response.i live 7 miles from there, it's difficult to get there, and I really need this to be corrected as soon as possible.

      I started working for 17hr as a ******* and cashier. After my first check I noticed I was only paid 13$ an hour. When I asked the owner for a copy of the paperwork he told me he shredded all my documents. Selling Tobacco and alcohol he has to keep my information on record. I was a hard worker and he stiffed me. When I asked for proof of my house he denied me.

      This business put one price on merchandise shelves and higher prices at cashier. And when customers complain they say "I am sorry this is the price in computer and I can't change it" and because customers don't have time or don't want confrontation most of the time comply and pay the higher price and leave.

      I am trying to make a new 7 eleven account as my birthday on other account is wrong so I asked yawll delete old account and remove all information so I could open a new one and I get message info tied to account see below picture if you could finish deleting the old account so I can open a new one with correct birthday I would appreciate it
