      I went to 7/11 on May 21,2022. I went to the cashier if I could put $100.00 on my cash app card. I gave my cash app card and the hundred dollar bill. The video footage would show that. She said to wait a few minutes and to check my account. Nothing was there. I gave her the receipt and showed her my app. She looked at it and said it went to Green dot but I have no green dot whatsoever. She told me rudely that I needed to call the manager the next day. I called and I was told to call corporate. Corporate has been playing games with me about giving my money back. This has been occurring since May 21st. I have the receipt and proof and the video footage would back up all the statements I just said. I would like my $100.00 back.

      I frequently shop at seven eleven whether in person or door dash. Two male employees that work at the **** Park Queens location are particularly disrespectful to me. One of them comes back to work at this location once in awhile and his rude comments have never been well received. Regardless of the exorbitant amounts of money I spend there I will not tolerate unnecessary rude comments from anyone in that store.

      I have HIV and there was a CO2 leak in the store and the boss was aware of it, instead of closing the store until it was clear the gas was gone, he just opened the door and made us work in the gas. I didn't know what co2 was, but I noticed I felt nauseous, and light headed, short of breath while working my shift, and a customer came and told us to call the fire department and we were informed that the gas had cleared out (4 hours after initial knowing) but we were told that we shouldn't have been working in the gas because it could've caused life threatening injuries as in: explosion, death, lungs collapse. The date of this incident was March 4, 2022. And instead of providing training on properly changing soda cartridges to further prevent incident happening again, he just told us we had to change them but gave no instruction how and the incident happened again on April 24, 2022. He also had us working with an employee who had a confirmed positive Covid test and that was January 19, 2022 throughout that whole week

      Hi,I purchased an $100 **** gift card On 3/18/22 at approximately 3:29 PM. When I went to use the **** gift card that same day I was advised that the card was used earlier that day around 9 AM. I had requested a refund and was advised that I had to go through corporate which I have a case number (info is attached) . It's been approximately 4 1/2 months with no resolution to date. I am not sure what else to do??? This is a clear cut issue. How was I sold something that was used before I purchased? No reason why it should take this long to get money back! I feel like cooperate America is trying to get one over on me. Any assistance you can give me is greatly appreciated. Respectfully ************************* ************

      Bought gift card at 7 eleven at 3:****. Tried using gift card and was told no money on card and that it was used at 9AM that morning,it was **** gift card. Went back to store no help from management. Filed complaint with 7 Eleven fraud department said yes he was a victim of fraud and ordered refund. It's been several months and know one will issue refund.I call once a week and go through the same story where working on it. Thus cost me money and time every week arguing with customer service and it gets me know where ,My case #,is CS *******

      I purchased ************************************* a 7 11 store in Januaryfo payment of my rent. The payment was stopped and fraud was committed on February 2nd with those money orders according to western union and 7 11 reps. 5 months later and I still haven't received a refund for my money. My landlord filed an eviction and I had to appear in court and had to pay that rent that I paid in February. I have already sent in supporting documents

      I have witnessed the mistreatment of every customer that comes through the doors in search of fair and civil customer service. They treat almost everyone with zero respect. Their English is limited but they cuss out anyone they don't understand. They refuse to sell pizzas or lotto tickets way before their cut off time. They cash in lotto tickets and refuse to give the customer the money won. They put gas on the wrong pump then have customers arguing and fighting with eachother and staff due to their simple error that can easily be fixed. I have seen customers leave so angry and threaten violence and threats of coming back due to their lack of respect and mistreatment of customers. They lov to cuss women out in front their kids and think it's funny. I personally had a clerk ask me if I knew how to read the sign and when I asked him not to speak to me like that he called me a b**** and kicked me out the store and as I was walking out threw the big gulp at me in front of other customers and vendors. It's becoming to be a very violative business and something bad will happen due to their behavior of their customers. I don't even understand how they are allowed to function the way they do. I went there at 10:30 at night and the workers about 8 deep were intoxicated and harassing customers and one even had a bat harassing a woman about an ice cream she already purchased. It broke my heart to see the frustration on her face . It's not a convenience store more like an inconvenience store

      I contacted 7-Eleven Customer Support on July 5, 2022 because I was changing email addresses and was running into some problems. I had to change my password but the messages kept going to my old address and not the new one I entered as my email address into the account. The person I initially spoke with spent half an hour on the phone trying to figure out why this was happening; all password changes went to the old address. She said someone would escalate my ticket and request assistance from ************** I got an email requesting information about what store visit was related to my ticket. I had to explain that the ticket had nothing to do with a store visit and asked about the email address change. The ticket was forwarded to someone else (*********************) who left several voice mail messages (he called during my work day even though I told him not to call me until after 4 PM) and emails. Basically, the problem relates to the fact that my account was set up with one address and that is the only address that they can use to contact me, send password changes, log into the account, etc. I modified the email address field but the only purpose for that field is to send me receipts for app purchases. I can no longer log into the account and I cannot create a new account because my current email address is part of the account and I cannot reuse it for a new account. Basically, I don't have access to my account, which includes my wallet with $26.47 of my money that I cannot use. My account number is *******************.

      I have a 7/11 gift card that I got a few years ago and my wife and I just found it. That gift card hasn't been used before and it still has a balance but I'm unable to use it. I tried to get gas, and/ or purchase something but it did not work. I contacted 7/11 but I wasn't able to get the help I needed. The gift card only has an "account number" and nothing else such as a pin number. I need this resolved please so I'm not losing money here.

      My tank is less then a quarter tank of gas. I went into the store and paid for $30 worth of gas stood out at the pump number four like I told the cashier 30 minutes as of now still has not turned the pump on I need my $30 back how are they doing this to people making them pay in in the store and they refuse to turn the pumps on 30 minutes I have a receipt I can send you pictures.
