      horrible service. Online order for pick up was designated to the wrong store which is hundreds of miles from me. Their phone number is disconnected. Local store phone does not work. Get disconnected as soon as it tries to ring. Have complained about this twice to their customer service, and no luck. I will never again shop Michael's.Would not even give it one star if that was an option. Folks, be wary.

      I ordered (10) containers with lids. I've ordered the same containers without issues previously. This time they were shipped without lids. I tried chat, no resolution, tried calling and still no resolution. Trying to return them is impossible. They're useless without lids. But their customer service doesn't care. My nearest ********************** is over an hour away. I was told it will take a minimum of 2 weeks for a replacement order to be sent, AFTER they receive this order back. But in order to return it, it's my responsibility to drive it to a *** center that is 40 miles away roundtrip.

      I wish that there was an option for a 1/2 star rating as Michaels does not deserve even ONE star for the sheer lack of customer service/fulfillment of promises to communicate order status in a timely manner/rudeness of "management" (Kianna - *******, ** location)!!!1:30PM PST, order submitted for SAME DAY DELIVERY of PAID order! 7PM PST, STILL awaiting delivery and attempted to contact Michaels via online/telephone/chat. Finally called ******* store, passed around to ****** (in HER words, the manager who just "happened" to be on duty) who I basically had to give a step-by-step action plan for cancelling the order and returning my money since they FAILED to deliver my items as promised during the ordering process (they were PAID $7.99 SAME DAY DELIVERY FEE)!WHATEVER happened to people who are supposed to be "managers" having SOME level of common sense when dealing with a dissatisfied customer, especially when the issue is/was caused by THEM???!!!!Next step...contacting my attorney and credit card provider to determine possible legal remedy for the ***** OF GOODS/SERVICE!

      I just came from Michael's. I wanted to buy an unfinished wooden soldier to paint. They are $***** but all the Christmas things are 50% off. I grab one and bring it to the register. He rings it up, $*****. I said they are supposed to be 50% off. He wasn't sure why it rang up like that, so he used the price checker. It is actually buy 1 get 3 free. I said, cool, I'll go grab more. Well, they only have 3 of them. They would NOT sell me 3 for the *****! In other words, they'd have sold me 3 for $90 but 4 for $30? Now, there is NO SIGN there, so they have been selling these for $30 to people without telling them about this special!The website says in store only. That's simply not good business. The manager wouldn't do anything either. After searching on their site, I found that I could have gotten another item that was buy one get 3 free and gotten the sale price. The manager didn't bother telling me this. There is no contact info for corporate on their website either, I had to look that up separately. When I called corporate, they didn't seem to care either. I also found that adding 3 of these to my cart online, they came up as ***** This is scandalous!

      just wanted to mention I went for the buy 2 yarn and get one free and I got 40 percent off however i went back for 2 more ***** and they wouldn't give me the 40 percent off. Actually got 6 one pound ***** at $10. saying the promotional free ball doesn't count for 40 percent off even tho the yarn was still regular price(14.99). I since found a site the same one pound ball of ***** is 7.99-11.99(herscheners).They would rather hold the wool until the end of the year then sell it when its in its prime.The yarn is old stock.stiff to touch and when you get to the half pound it appears softer and not as stale.This was purchased at the ******** *************** store!

      Placed online order for 5 four packs of yarn at ***** each and was acknowledged on October 13 2023. Was supposed to be deliver in one week, ten days later I called, was told it would be end of that week. Finally received box (obviously too small) Oct 27. It contained one 4 pack and one skein. Immediately I called again, was told **** would be there by Friday of next week. Today is November 29 now have 5 calls in and no yarn. Also no company initiated response. In fact as I called and requested to speak to management, the line was left open and nothing was happening for as !ong as 30 minutes at a time. I said to them, I can hear the line is open, please connect me with management. At one point they seemed to transfer me then came back and said they could not connect me to a manager. I asked them what they could do for me. One hour forty five minutes later I got to someone who explained the yarn order was sublet and he would contact them to get my money back. He would let me know in about 72 hours what the outcome was. I said I wanted my money and the yarn at this point for.my time and trouble. Who knows. Contacting my credit card company now

      I paced an online order for Store Pickup on 11/8. I received an email that the order had picked up on 11/9. I did not pick up the order nor did I authorize anyone else to pick it up. So some individual walked into the store , took my order off the pick up rack and walked out with it. There was no checking of ID or any other mean of making sure that the order was being picked up by me! This is no way to do business. I now have to go to the store, file a complaint and try and get a refund.

      Claims they shipped order when tracking shows not shipped. No way to contact customer service, they sure do take your payment but lie about shipping order!

      For nearly 3 years now there has not been a new mobility scooter for disabled costumers to use such as myself. When I do go, I complain to the store manager who says theyre working on it. Well now Im just going to file this here and hope that corporate will get their butts in gear and get a new one asap!! I miss shopping there.

      I would like to issue a complaint about deceptive advertising on Michaels website. I went to their store in Rohoboth ******** to purchase a poster frame item # ********. On the website it lists the regular price for the frame as $39.99 and a sale price of $19.99. At the top of the website it states IN STORE ONLY. Under the sale price it states 50% Off Online or Buy One Get One Free mix & match in stores. I went to the store to make a purchase of a single frame at the sale price of $19.99. I was told I would have to order online to receive the sale price not In Store Only. Confusing!!! It seems the wording on the website is to confuse the customer to get them into the ********************** so other purchases will be made. I explained to the manager that I made a special trip to the store and was not offered any solution to their double wording on their website. I ran a small business and always tried to accommodate my customers. I guess corporate companies feel that their customers are not important.
