They kicked me, husband, 12 year old son and 15 year old daughter out of our paid hotel room the night of Hurricane ****** in the middle of the storm because of our dog. This was a declared state of emergency for our state. The owner was watching my family from his home with his cameras and asked the front desk to kick us out. We had to sleep in a shopping center.La Quinta Inns

Had a lobby full of patrons waiting on rooms, would not let anyone check into room even though they had them available. Desk clerk was on phone stating Mgr was in meeting when in fact mgr was standing right there. Room in bad shape. Really a dump for the price I was charged.La Quinta Inns

1 starVERY BAD EXPERIENCE: We have been guests of La Quinta and Wyndham properties in many states over the years and so expected our stay in *********** to be the same mid-price, clean, comfortable hotel we have come to expect. However, this was not the case.We booked this hotel for two rooms 10/8-10/11, reserving one for my husband and I and the second for another couple and a third couple booked upon our recommendation. .Upon entering our room, we noticed the ceiling fan had only two of three blades. Looking in the bathroom, both the tub drain and overflow cover were rusted. Not only that, the overflow had a gap which exposed the pipes. Looking up at the ceiling the can light was rusted as well. As if that wasn't bad enough, there was a splat of something brown on the toilet lid. Our friends in Room 221 had holes in the carpet and similar issues in their bathroom. Their ceiling fan had been capped over. Our friends in Room 235 had a ceiling fan that was running but had no blades at all, the bathroom threshold had a hump in it which made it difficult to open and close. The most egregious horror though came on Wednesday of our stay when we went to get ice on the 2nd floor and saw the sign you see below: !!!!!!Keep out!!!!!! Risk of floor caving in!!!!! Management. (That was a lot of exclamation points.) I could not believe that a Wyndham property was in such a state of dangerous disrepair and still allowed guests, AND still billed itself as a three star hotel. I emailed the LaQuinta manager, filed a complaint with ********************* and ccd ***** ********, Wyndham CEO. No rebate has been deposited into my account yet. Very disappointed in Wyndham/LaQuinta and will never book their properties again.Review fromCrystol O

I went to this hotel and checked in, when I got to the room well it smelled like smoke and mold. The bathroom was dirty, disgusting. I went to the front desk to let them know. They didn't offer me another room, so I left and was told I would be charged a cancelation fee. I let them know this is not my fault there hotel this nasty. So they charged me ***** for nothing. I called the front desk to speak to a manager and was told she checked the room and it was fine. She believe what her staff says. This is when I knew this is a scam. The would not give me my money back, I see a lot of people are saying the same about this company. I really want my money back this is a shame they have to take people's funds like this. This business should be inspected and shut down. Will never go to this company again and tell all the people I know about this place, gross, worst hotel I ever seen in my 39 years.La Quinta Inns

Please do not stay at this hotel. My husband and two kids stayed here recently. We paid extra ($150 US / night) to stay at a hotel that prided itself on cleanliness and also, to upgrade to a room with a pullout bed. The room was very, very dirty. There was clumps of hair all over the bathroom floor (dark hair, while all of us have blonde hair), the walls had food and dirt on them and most upsetting, when we took the cushions off the couch to use the pullout bed, there was food indicating that the bed had not been pulled out and changed after the last guests (or food would have been disrupted when the bed was pulled out to clean the sheets. I note that we did not eat in the room). We asked for a refund and were offered 5000 points to stay at the hotel again. Entirely unacceptable.La Quinta Inns

1 starThis was the worst stay ever, we live in ****** and had a funeral in ********** a ************************************************************* ******** ***** to stay a the LaQuinta around 11:30pm we got a room, te children were already asleep, we went to bed the pillows are 1/2 size and there was only two to a bed, we only had 2 towels for 4 people no soap, shampoo. The sheets and pillow on one of the beds had blood on it, the ac did not work, the tub had a dirty ring, no bath mat we checked out at 6:00 am I told the desk clerk he acted horrified, yes we should have asked for a different room but we didnt notice all the filth until the morning when we were taking showers. The corporate office told us to deal with the hotel and the hotel said we should have told them when we checked in. Absolutely horrible place to stay . They charge 12$ a night for so called private parking but its not . There is a real crack head living in the parking lot harassing everyone he seen . Then I was charged an extra 75$ for incidentals and I still havent seen that back so they are crooks . I messaged them several times with no response about my money .La Quinta Inns

1 starUsed to stay here anytime we had an early flight because they had a shuttle to the airport. Apparently not anymore. No alternatives just some third party app recommendation. Room has paint chipping off everywhere and all the lights were manually turned off when I entered the room. Free bottle of lotion is open and looks used. Will not be staying here again.
