      I recently paid off my car loan with Exeter Finance. I made 44 payments out of 78 before paying it off. My original loan term was 72 months at 23.9% apr, and I extended my loan 6 times for a total of 78 months. The payoff amount was $12,024. The original amount financed was $15,513. The amount I paid in was $17,941, with the total amount paid $29,965. The total amount that would have been paid if the loan was paid off normally would have been $29,630. I paid $14,282 in interest, that being more than the total amount that would have been paid, if the loan would have been paid off as scheduled, $14,117. This is a simple interest, no prepayment penalty loan, and they are saying they don't owe me any money back. That was the whole point of paying it off early to avoid paying full interest. Paid off my loan almost 3 years early, so why am I paying interest on the almost 3 years that I paid it off early, when there is no prepayment penalty. This does not add up.

      To Whom it may concern,I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an issue with my account with ********************** LLC Account number: ****** Account balance: $22,660.00, which I have been unable to resolve directly with them.       I am disputing an invalid account reported by**[********************** ]** on my credit report. This account is inaccurate, unverified, and violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Since it does not meet the legal standards for reporting, I request its immediate removal. If the furnisher cannot provide proper validation, it must be deleted per federal law.

      On March first if this year I made a payment of ****** to cover my April car payment. Prior to me making that payment I spoke with a representative to ensure that once I made that payment it would be applied to April. After the payment was made I logged in a day later and noticed that they had taken the full amount for fees instead of the previously arranged agreement. I contacted them and they assured me it would be taken care of. On March 13th of this year the payment was reversed and supposed to be applied April as previously agreed but it wasnt .. they reversed it to nothing basically and told me they cldnt apply it to April. Stating that for then entire month of March they are sorry that several representatives mislead me and that they would be going under further coaching or training ; but they would not apply it to April. I feel that this is unjust and illegal. Initially they were simply supposed to pull the phone call where the agent and I made the arrangements and reverse but they didnt. I need help with this matter as soon as possible

I have no business relationship with Exeter Finance and did not authorize any transactions related to this creditor.
