      This is the absolute worst finance company! They are harassing me and always constantly lying about how much I owe and how many days my car payment is due! Exaggerating is not a strong enough word for what these people do!I regret purchasing a car and them being the finance company!!Im going to find a way to *** them for harassment and punitive damages!!

      HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I COULDN'T MAKE AN ONLINE PAYMENT SO I CALLED & EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEY REFUSED TO FIX THE PROBLEM & THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PPL DON'T DO A **** THING. I TOLD THEM COME TAKE THE VEHICLE CUZ I DON'T WANNA DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF WON'T HELP ME.

      As of today, 9-9-23, I am still waiting on a payment I made at 11pm of 9-7-23 to even show up on the account for the payment that is due today.(As of now it still shows I owe the full amount of this month's payment, and nothing is even showing as pending.)According to my bank the payment came out yesterday. It has finished processing and I even have Exeter's confirmation number from the payment going through- Right before their site suddenly crashed and wouldn't let me log back in until sometime the next morning.I've messaged them as of yesterday, but they have yet to respond to confirm my payment has gone through. This is concerning, considering I paid extra this time around to make sure more goes towards the principal amount.This is not my first issue with them.Back in June of this year, I made a split payment. The smaller of the two, and the one of focus, being from the account I always use. Never any problems going through before and according to my bank nothing went wrong for this one in particular.Exeter claims it was reversed, and then charged again several days later. My bank showed no such charge for the date they claimed- Only for the one that I made originally.They still claimed the charge was reversed, despite my bank confirming it went through, and charged me a fee for the reverse charge. I looked at my statement and the supposed reverse charge does not even have a confirmation number; Unlike another reverse charge that actually was warranted.Was outright told in messages that it was my bank's fault.As of now, I am monitoring whether they will respond to my latest message regarding my payment this month. If not, I have screengrabs of all the information I need to prove I made the payment before the day it was due.

      If I could give no stars I would, they need to be stopped asap, very fraudulent charging a daily interest PLUS my so called "20%" interst rate, when I make payments they calculate to almost 45/55 nearly HALF goes to interest!! My car was wrecked and made an insurance pay off they have NOT changed a single thing and I can not wait for a car, i'm still close to $20k and the insurance pay off will help me get a new car and hopefully new loan! I can't escape and I need help no one answers the customer service and last night they were "closed" an hour earlier than what was posted. My credit barely rises!! I have been at fair for over 1 year now! Carmax is horrible too they are the ones that got me into this financial mess with Exeter Finance. If there is any way to fix this loan I would be greatful to know. This is my first car buying experience and it has ruined my trust

      I'd give them 0 if it was possible. The biggest scammers in the country. They aren't even accredited that should say something. They think that they get over by quick talking you, and each time you call the person you talk to doesn't remember the previous conversation they are absolute crooks and were just sued, And I am personally contacting a lawyer myself as well.

      Absolutely worst banking company ever! I habe called and spoke to these people for 6 months every month 2 or 3 times a month with no resolution to changing a simple payment date on a loan. Would not recommend to anyone!!

      My Exeter finance account has a zero balance and they are refusing to report it. I disputed the balance amount, (again, its zero) and they are still reporting that I have a $2,442 balance to the credit bureau.Dont EVER finance through them!

      This company is complete "TRASH" I do not under "ANY" circumstance recommend that anyone buy a car under this financial institution. I've had sooooo many issues with this company that at this point I would like to turn my car over just due to customer service alone. Then, look into suing them. This company has tried to withdraw $300 from my debit card without my consent. Then, they tried to charge me a $30 fee which I aggressively fought for them to take off my account. This isn't the first time this has happened. They also put into their system that I agreed to make payments to them on specific dates which never happened. I strongly believe that they put in their own agreements into the system and then tell the customer that you did so that they can get payment faster which doesn't work at all. Especially for someone like me who documents "EVERYTHING." The people who work for this company LIE!!! a lot and I have a ton of proof from recorded calls to emails. Do NOT finance anything from this company.

      The worst company in the world. They sit here & tell you different lies. 4 agents told me 4 different things. These people are rude and dont care about their customers. Exter Finance are liars. I hate them so much and they need to be stopped. STOP SCAMMING CUSTOMERS

      This business is S**t I purchased a vehicle, and they are charging 20k for interest. i even made payments and a lot of the payment went to so call interest, i got the vehicle a year ago and the price of the whole loan i got is still about the same as i got the vehicle for, which is about 20k. so when i finish paying for this vehicle i would've paid +40k for the whole thing. i never dealt with a business like this before.
