  THIS COMPANY IS DISGUSTING! I paid my loan off completely!!!!! 5 full years paid! On top of the interest they charged me! Paid in full! Never received my car title! I called they told me to sit around & wait for it. I’m two months out of my last payment . they had the AUDACITY TO LEAVE DEROGATORY REMARKS ON MY CREDIT. COMPLETE TRASHY BUSINESS

  Some of the worst customer service agents around.
  They are rude and just over talks you as you are trying to explain what is going on.
  Their system is jacked up, it will return your payment and when you call to dispute it they blame you for the errors.

  My vehicle was paid off on 1-18-23. They have put put me as having a late payment on my credit report with a late charge. As of today (3-14-23) they will remove the late charge and get back to me in 30 days. They said they processed it on 3-1-23 so thats when they got it. I sent them proof of delivery. Apparently their lack of performance is now my responsibility. What type of business is this. Would never recommend them.

  First off I am not the account holder my husband is, so they do not like to share any info even after my husband has given permission multiple times. Well long story short. Struggled to make payments due to having to feed our kids and all the other cost of living. We were behind and had a car payment the day we see the repo guy had already taken it (March 2023), called for *** needed to exeter they gave us the ***. Spoke with them and since we had great payment history until Nov they were willing to work with us. The 1st rep was sweet and she said she spoke with a higher up and can get us reinstated in a much doable ***. We called next day. Same *** offered just had to wait for my funds from my finance company to be unlocked (there was an issue with the system) so they were able to buy us time with transportation services (so car didn't go to auction) given til today to get money in. Called today and were told by the 3rd individual that we owe 2-3 xs that *** to get car back....we explained we spoke with 2 others 2 separate days and were told a smaller Amt(same one each time). She then proceeds to say "I'm sorry you were lied to by those two but you need to pay this ***" she said she has no clue where the amount we were offered came from and that we must pay the *** she gave. Funny how when I finally get funds unlocked we are unable to pay that amount. This company is all over the place and doesn't communicate well with each other. They tell you one thing and do a totally different amount. We were even told the car was towed on the 6th when we had it til the 8th. Their notes are all over. They don't warn you of anything. No repo warning or anything and they wait til you hold up on your end to change theirs. This company has been very hard to work with even if on time. They won't discuss much with me even with husband's approval. There is a reason why so many lawsuits are filed against this company. Buyer beware!

  My car has been in a lemon law situation since Dec 2021. I've been having issues with my car since i got it in 2019, but due to me being a single parent with an autistic child and a first time buyer i rolled with the punches and kept getting my car fixed and paying a car note. I have been trying to refinance the car to only get a offer to get a newer trax. Fast forward, the turbo kept going out. I relocated Nov 2022 to GA. A repo tow truck in Dec 2022 came and towed my car i stop making payments on sept 2022 after struggling to keep my car fixed and insurance. i patiently waiting on my lemon lawyer due to the turbo kept breaking. Now that GMC decided to finally give me a offer. i called a few times to exeter to get letters of payout amount and a statement account and was never told my car was up for auction. i never got a letter not anything. now i'm told my car was sold in a auction on jan 30 2023 but i have documents from jan 25 2023 stating a amount of 12k was added to my car note on jan 26 2023 but i thought my car was sold jan 30? i'm still waiting on a letter of deficiency per exeter it was sent to me and i never got it. i been going threw **** with that car and now it was sold that quickly. you guys got the car right before the new year. it hadn't even been a month yet. i haven't got my letter of deficiency yet i asked for twice supposed to be in my email to give to my lemon law lawyer. mrs *** in your special repo **** was rude and was telling me how i didn't pay and what i should of done and that was rude. i believe conversations are recorded in the office but she was rude.

  They will charge you triple what the car is worth too high interest and takes out way more interest than principle it's been tough trying to get refinanced since the car isn't worth even close too how much these greedy horrible people charge I don't see how this is even legal the car is worth ***** the loan is ****** with 21% arp like why would they do this to people

  Absolutely the worst company ever !! Interest rates are through the roof !! The absolute most rudest , incompetent idiots on the planet . I owe more than what the car is worth . They just lie and transfer you around . I'm looking to file a suit this company needs to be stopped !!
