      CriminalsLong story shortIve had to file for bankruptcy to get out from underneath the car loan that I had. When I received the paperwork from their lawyers in regards to them taking back my carAFTER their fair market value of my car they said I still owed $1200 less than what I had ORIGINALLY took the loan out for!!? So after making the payments on it for 2+ years literally went to interest, and I have come back full circle to where I was when I originated the loan?!?! They are crooksthey need to be investigated for these types of practices. Dont ever take their skip payment plan either it just tacks on $15/day (yes I said it) a DAY on to your loan. They can have the car and they can shove the remainder up their a**

      Every month I make my payment, get a confirmation number from them, a week or so will go by before my payment is processed and I get a $30 late fee! Happens 9 out of 10 times. They apologize and say it must be a system issue. 11 out of 12 times? And if its a system issue, then remove the late fee charge! They cant do that I am told every time! I will never get the interest down on my loan. Isnt that their goal? This shouldnt be legal and there are a LOT of people this is happening to. Read the reviews and see I am one of MANY and more will follow. We need protection from this type of thievery. Doesnt help my credit score either.

      I have paid more than double back on my car loan and Exeter has not reported my payments accurately. My credit report states *** paid 69% of my loan but still owe 93%.

      Been paying 470 a month for 3 years and the price owed on my truck only went down by ****. Paid almost *****. So ****** went to interest and their pocket. Big scam. They should not be legally able to operate

      This company is a scam, I been making two payments every month. I requested for my 2nd payment to go straight to my principal. All this time I thought it was and it wasnt. These peoples refuses for me to pay it off early. I hate that this wasnt addressed to me from the start. Theyre forcing people to pay the interest. Im looking to refinance with another company as soon as possible.

      I told these idiots over 9 months ago the co owner ran off with the car I got through them and that I used the escape clause in the loan contract. They refused to honor it and continue to harrass me for a loan payment. I find out reciently said vehical was totaled the the insurance company counted it as a loss and payed them for it. They still continue to flag my credit and demand what the insurance comapany had already cleared. They are a huge scam company.

      THIS IS A ZERO STAR RATING !They are stealing from people and allowing regular employees to posed as a position they are not in (ex. Supervisor)They need to be sued and shut down immediately and have a cash settlement for everyone who has used their services.

      Scammers! They will take your money and take again. They kept harassing me for a payment that had been made already. ********* statements in and that still wasnt good enough for them. They took the money and now stating they never did which was a lie. I can see that this company is very sneaky! Im willing to give the car back just to not deal with him. Im willing to buy a car cash and fix my credit just to not deal with these people! I cant believe I did this! Ugghhh ****** learned.

      I was telling myself everyday should I write something on here. When I first called about my truck when it comes to payment your first representative was a man. He was rude and unprofessional. I dont have time for attitudes. Life is short for that. Anyway, when it comes to making a payment arrangements you want to be in my business I dont have to tell you my business. Whoever I talked to previously you need to check your attitudes. Im trying my best to make a payment or payment arrangements. When it comes to checking my account the balances be ridiculous. You want to call my number and get an attitude I dont have to answer you all. Im tired of attitudes. Thats all Im going to say. Thank you have a blessed day

      This company is a scam and makes no sense. I have been with this company for 3+ years and the business I get as a consumer is ridiculous. I have lost my job and got some late fee on my acc which understand I would have to pay but what I have a problem with is the fact I paid the fees they asked me for and brought my acc up to date. Meaning I paid the late fee as well. And now 5 months later Im getting a email saying I owe $130 in late fees, so I asked to explain. And the man told me I need to pay the bill and call them and say this amount is for late fees. So all these fees Ive been paying wasnt going towards nothing and still wants me to pay $130. After I paid all the fees that was asked. My last payment was January 10th with the additional fees they asked for and not on the 15th I got a statement saying I have to pay all these fees again. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM..
