      Great place to purchase a bike. Salesmen were awesome. Very happy with motorcycle.

      Horrible awful and predatory business. These people will try to rack up the price with bogus fees like "parts and labor" on a BRAND NEW VEHICLE when they haven't replaced/restored any part of the vehicle then when pointing that FACT out they just remove the fee without argument like it was tacked on there in the hopes that you'd ignore the $900 fee.Oh and good luck getting a refund for an extended warranty even though the contract states that you get a refund if you request one. 2 months later and 10+ calls later and no refund, now they won't pick up the phone. They're attempting to steal $2300 from me because they sold the warranty 100% higher than the manufacture's extended warranty and I would actually get a GOOD DEAL by getting my money back and buying ELSEWHERE! Then on top of that they tried to BRIBE ME with a $250 GIFT CARD if I don't cancel.At this point I am looking at lawyers to take legal action since they have no intention on giving me my money back.

      Bike in very good condition, low mileage and garage kept. Kbb valued my bike in average condition at just under 5k. Offered me **** for the bike. Don't waste your time with this company. Only trying to take advantage of people who don't know better.

      They **** the accounting is horrible took 3 weeks to get my payoff correct had to sent copies of check ect do not finance through them worst experience ever BE ware !!

      This company are a bunch of nit picking LowBallers. $3000 offer on a Bike with 12k miles. **** a joke. Dont waste your time

      If I could give a negative star I would. It's obvious they prey on people that have no idea on wholesale, trade-in or retail values of motorcycles.

      This business is a joke. Offered me $3000 for my immaculate Indian that is selling at the dealership for $11000 with more miles and not as god as shape. When I expressed my displeasure with their rediculous offer they hung up on me. Just to show what crooks they are, ******* ***************** gave me an offer of $7500 in writing. Never took either and sold it myself for $8800. I give this company 2 fingers up and its definitely not thumbs. Stay clear of these scammers

      Started the process with RumbleOn to sell my bike. They told us it would take 3 days after we sent the ****** we would receive deposit. It was 2 weeks no response we finally called and they said they mailed it. We never received the check because it was the wrong address when we specifically asked for a direct deposit. The **** should have never been picked up until we had our money per stated on the contract but they went for it anyway. We then tried to cancel because we never got our money deposited and now they they have the ****** i have no money and no bike. We are getting our attorney i To handle this matter. When i got to talk to **** the head of the department he was very condescending and said there is nothing i can do it is there bike now. He said do what i want to do its there bike. We are now over a month since they have the ****** and a week with my bike. Cops say i cant report the bike stolen cause we signed the ****** over. Beware of RumbleOn.

      What a joke. They offered me $19,000 for my mint 2021 ****************** with Factory Authorized Stage 2 Upgrade and Factory Authorized Rockford Fosgate 6 Speaker Sound System. Dealer just wrote me a check for $26,700.00. Dont deal with Rumbleon. They are a scam outfit.

      OK, The business made an offer to purchase my motorcycle, sent all documentation, including video of bike running. Got a call back saying that they recinded the offer due to bike age AND that it was leaking oil. The bike has never leaked oil in the years that I have owned it. My opinion, the offer sent for my motorcycle from them, was recinded because they didn't want the bike and used this leaking oil ploy to stop the transaction. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BUSINESS....
