  Went in on a Friday afternoon to look at a 2014 Ducati Panigale ****, I found online. After negotiations with the sales person, we came to terms on price and that new tires for the bike to finalize the deal because the tires were 8 years old. This was confirmed several times with the sale person before and after signing of all the paperwork. Even after paperwork was signed, he pushed the back in the back and stated "we will get the bike checked out through our multi-check process and put the new tires on". The next day I showed back up all excited about taking possession of the bike, they pulled it around up front and the first thing I noticed was that the bike did not have the new tires as promised. The sales person stated, "since it passed the state inspection, we did not put tires on it". I responded, "that is not what we agreed on". He goes and gets a manager and they asked "who told you we would put new tires on the bike", my response, "the sales person right in front of me" and he confirmed the agreement we had. They stated, "we will take care of it, so hangout in the showroom while we install the new tires as agreed upon". So, about 15 minutes later, another person walks up to me (who never introduced himself) with the sale person in toe, and states, "we are not going to put tires on the bike, so you can give us your debt card back and we will refund your money". At this point, I wanted nothing to do with a motorcycle dealership that would not honor their commitment to do what they said they were going to do.Nevertheless, they are very aware of their poor ratings that they will push you to complete a 5 star review of them to receive $25 off additional purchases, I was asked several times by the sales person to use my cell phone to complete one while I waited to sign the final paperwork. The entire purchasing process, deception and dishonesty will be an experience I will long remember. Hope your experience will be better than mine.

  Easy process but FRAUDULENTLY LOW OFFER for a limited, custom bike. DON'T GET SCREWED by this company.

  Ok, so I tried to sell my bike to these people. Problem is this: My bike is registered in ********, which is a "Title-holding state" - i.e. the owner keeps the title even if the bike is being financed. My bike is financed in ******, a state where the financing company holds the title until payoff. I tried to explain this to RumbleOn repeatedly and ended ** in a Kafkaesque nightmare in which it was somehow my responsibility to try to convince my ****** financing company to send me my title, which they would not do, because ****** law. RumbleOn simply refused to budge from their insistence that since I'm in ********, I must have the title, even though I can't get the title. They even asked me to try to apply for a duplicate title, which is insane because that's only for titles that are lost or misplaced. My title wasn't lost or misplaced; it was with my ****** financing company, per ****** law. I finally told RumbleOn that the deal is off because they were being ridiculous and intractable about the title issue.

  LOW BALL outfit, not in the habit of giving away exceptional rides. Fair market valve was $8,000 at time of submission. Their cash offer was $3,500. Insulting to say the least. Might of helped i could of uploaded photos, sadly was unable to do so...

  Just wanted to let everyone know what exceptional Service I received while working with many at RIDENOW Power Sports. I drove 2 hours from My VA home on July 13th to purchase a new ZX14R Kawasaki 2022. I had spoke with ****** in sales the day prior and we agreed on a price. We were both unaware at the time this bike had been damaged in shipping. There were scratches on the right fairing and right side lower plastic. I was reluctant to purchase it, however ****** offered to get the parts and pick the bike up at my house, bring it to his shop, repair and return the bike to my house. Since I was planning on adding aftermarket exhaust and a few parts, I asked if this could all be done at the same visit., He agreed.So I took the bike home that day, hoping all went well. I had high expectations. I rode the bike for a couple weeks, love it; ***** in Service has been great. We spoke a few days ago and he told me that 2 decals were backordered from Kawasaki for another month. I had ordered and paid for $3000 worth of parts that were there, ***** offered to pick the bike up and replace what parts he had and then next month when the decals and other pieces that are backordered come in, he will come and get the **********. A very prompt and professional ****** called at 9 Thurs and said he was on the way to get it. They did the repairs Friday and brought it back today.. that was above and beyond the Call of Duty in my opinion, however this group works well together and they keep their word. I am certain when the backordered parts arrive, I will be taken care of in a similar manner. Shout out to ************* Sports and ride safe.

  This has been the worst selling experience I've ever been through.They advertise "Sold my bike in a week!" but the true pick-up window is between 1 week - 4 weeks. I sold my bike before moving as I could no longer ride due to an injury. I told the representative on the phone that my bike would need picked up before I moved (5 days). They immediately tried to cancel my deal after I've already signed and handed over my title. I asked if they could work with me and give me a day or two to find an alternative location for pick up. They said I had less than 24hr to find an alternative location and then LAUGHED at me for not having a place to store the pick for pick-up. I called everyone I knew and finally a friend agreed to house the bike for me, but RumbleOn decided that still wasn't good enough so they canceled my check until they have word from the driver that it was picked up.So I had to wait weeks to get my "cash offer". When the bike was FINALLY picked-up I STILL didn't get my money. Turns out they wanted ME to call them to let them know it was picked up.I wanted to wait until I had my money before posting this because I feared they would take away my money if I posted this review.I recommend anyone to else where for a fast cash offer. This company isn't ethical and is rude. I might even head to the main office to complain since I moved 2hrs away. But it would probably fall on deaf ears there as well.
