My car was damaged in an accident in December 2024. Through my insurance provider *****, I was directed to get repairs done at this Caliber Collision location. My repairs were completed and I picked up my car after a couple of weeks. One of the required repairs was a replacement for my wiper fluid reservoir that had been crushed in the accident. I discovered about two months later that my wiper fluid reservoir had NOT been replaced, because when I filled up the tank, it leaked all over the ground. I called Caliber and they ordered a new reservoir to install. I then took my car back to Caliber, left it there for a full day for installation, and picked it up. They fooled me again, and I trusted that they had done the work. They didnt. It has been about a month since they replaced the tank, and yet again, I have wiper fluid all over my garage floor because they did not replace the wiper fluid reservoir. My request is for them to ACTUALLY REPLACE THE ***** FLUID RESERVOIR. This will be at no cost, and if a rental car is needed, they will also provide that at no cost. And then, I want to watch them fill up the reservoir while I watch them to ensure that it actually holds wiper fluid. My last request is for them to refund me my insurance deductible. They do not deserve to get paid for literally not doing the work they were contracted and paid to do.Business Response

Caliber collision was contracted by my insurance provider to make repairs to my vehicle. They did repairs that were outside of what my insurance paid for without my consent and charged me for them. They also held my car for an unreasonable amount of time and when the repairs were done they still held my car because of a mistake of the insurance company and due to no fault of myself 1Business Response

I had an accident March 2025 , I sent my car to co part thru my insurance USAA , I only had a missing handle and a few scratches on my passenger side they had it for a week and said it was a total loss and took all of my parts off my car even parts that wasnt hit , I gave them permission to send my car to co part ******** and my parts was supposed to be in the car for me to owner retain and get it fixed myself , when I say destroyed my car destroyed !!! So I go to pick up my destroyed car and my parts are no where in the car I was told by USAA that caliber put my parts in the car and gave it to co part but as I called co part it was no parts in my car when they picked it up Im missing an extra door handle a front passenger side headlight the bumpers are off my car and everythingBusiness Response

Total malpractice, deshonesty and unreliable. A preliminary estimate ($4,520.44) was made on march 2025 for a repair for our Tesla X car. We decided to ask for the pieces needed for the repair before leaving the car in the site of the repair for it not to take so long. When the parts arrived we were notified so we took the car and left it. No information or messages were given to us after we left our car for repair, until the job was finished and the car was ready to be picked up. Today that we went to pick up our car, they said that the bill was almost double the estimate ($9,130.86). We had to pay as we needed our car. But this is totally a malpractice and robbery. We could not do anything. They did this prior confirmation or authorization of our part. They said they had to replace everything that nothing could be fixed, even though they had made an estimate prior the repair and took a day making this estimate, they made us pay more than double! This makes this business Caliber Collision unreliable.Business Response

The business has been unable to locate the item or provide a satisfactory resolution.??Summary of the Incident:????Date of Service:?? My wife and I have had to take our 2025 Honda Pilot 4 times now would be the 5th time.. I have reached out to corporate 2 days in a row and have not heard a word from them. First call was on 5/22/2025 and was told there system was down and could not give me a case number but was assured I would get a call back I do have the name that I talked Her name was **** and was told an **** would return my call and never received a call.. so then called the following day on the 23rd and was told a supervisor would call me back and I am still waiting the guy I spoke was with Furesh if I spelled it right. but still no call back but the problem with the place establishment that we took it to. Is calibur colision in ******** Sc .. We had to go 4 times as I stated and the last time they suggested they could use electrical tape to cover exposed wires which was involved in what they where to fix instead of the correct wire sleeve which cost basically maybe 50 cents and also was 2 spots in question on hood lip which the General manager of that facility stated they didnt do it was a factory issue but was not there before the reason we where having it fixed to start off with.. The General Manager then tried to scratch off the evidence of the paint drying in that area on the rubber piece on hood .. I asked him twice to stop scraping it off with his finger nail because i was gonna go to ***** and get a written statement stating that it was because of there work.. which i am in process of doing as soon as i have a day off to take it by there but once again total waste of my time which should and could have been addressed .. so much for lifetime warranty they wont even do a week warranty apparently. Also they had to redo hood twice to me the cheapest easiest fix would have been to just replace the hood.. since it is basically a brand new vehicle.. I believe they just chose to try fix it to get more money insurance company to charge for more labor vs hood swap. I can forward proofBusiness Response

I brought my car to Caliber for repairs, and while the original issue was resolved, I was disappointed to find that the infotainment screen was scratched during the process. I was hoping this would be handled responsibly and repaired promptly.After speaking with the General Manager, *****, he denied that the damage occurred at their shop and provided a photo as evidence. However, the photo clearly shows that no scratches were present prior to the detailingunlike the image I provided afterward, which shows obvious damage.Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. This started in 2023 caliber collision had not fixed the damages they said they did on my vehicle, convertible top , keeping they vehicle over 1 year with several attempts to fix after they were told by *** that it could not be fixed but instead of telling the insurance company they proceeded to waste more time trying to fix a vehicle that was not fixable further damaging the vehicle that they had to replaced the front and backs seats and had tried to turn it in to me multiple times with many issues each time I tried to pick up the vehicleBusiness Response

At the beginning of May, the bumper on my daughter's car came loose. She took it to Caliber Collision at ****************************************** to get a quote. They said there were broken clips and it would be $650 to fix it. She dropped it off and when she picked it up on May 4th, she called me and said it looked awful. She sent me pictures and the work is awful. They screwed bolts into the sides, and on one side, there are three other holes where they tried, I guess, to s**** it in but couldn't, and then put Bondo over it and thought that would suffice. My daughter came back to ** and we talked to Caliber Collision in *************(who had done a different car of ours and did a great job) and showed them the work. They spoke to the Prescott location and they said they would put a new bumper on for $1600 to fix the work that they screwed up. The ************* location said they would put on a new bumper for $1100. Why should I have to pay more money to fix their shoddy work. My daughter is 19 years old and it feels like they took advantage of her because she is young. Never were we told that they would s**** the bumper back on and they should have contacted my daughter to let her know they would have to do that. And then to just throw what looks like spackle on top of it is outrageous. This work is unacceptable to us and we are not going to pay more money for them to fix their mistake.Business Response
