1 starSomeone backed into the front of my car and damaged it. ********************* chose Caliber Collision as the repair company for my vehicle. The first red flag was when they said my car was ready two weeks before they initially said it would be ready, this says to me tacky rush job when I saw my car I was in tears and shaking I was so upset because my car look worse than it did before the accident it looks horrible, they tried to get me to sign paperwork to pick up my car without seeing it red flag 2 I didnt do it I knew it wasnt going to be good I hate the day I took my car there they dont need to fix nobodys vehicle they should be shut down foreverReview fromKen H

1 starInitially, this took place last year, my car was damaged due to rear collision from someone hitting me and due to the damage I needed my trunk lid and rear bumper replaced and initially I was told that my vehicle would be done in two weeks and I did pick the vehicle up, but when I picked the vehicle up I noticed that there had been additional damage done to the front driver side fender which someone mustve hit my car while it was at the shop being fixed and after talking to them about that it was fixed but as well, they kept my car longer so altogether the vehicle was at the shop for three months, which still wasnt an issue because they gave me a loaner vehicle in the meantime, but one I finally picked up the vehicle. The managers had switched locations and the person I was dealing with finally wasnt the initial manager that I dealt with and now I have the car in my possession and Ive had it but the rear bumper and trunk lid still do not match and Ive kind of just been left in limbo since Im still not satisfied with the repair, the vehicle was only one year and a half old as well. There are still a few discrepancies with my trunk lid as well, which I was told nothing could be done with so Ive been left feeling very unsatisfied.Review fromEdward S

My car was undriveable from October to May tying us into a legal expense in addition. Choosing them is the second most expensive mistake I've ever made in my life (upper tens of thousands), undoubtedly. Choosing this establishment to work on my vehicle was a mistake. We will be recuperating for years due to our decision to trust them and after consistently bringing business. They claim to respect our veterans, which I find laughable. I strongly advise conducting thorough research on body shops, inquiring about others' experiences, and listening *************** responded on ****** that you apologize for "missing the ****** You bet you missed the market. Our insurance company too and your nonchalant, matter of fact response is what I expect for people who don't care. This was a "No Fault" accident caused by someone else. We paid out of pocket for someone else to fix it, clearly see the negligence on your part and am now eating a 41k balance since the car was charged off during your shenanigans. As a business owner, I will never refer you or my insurance company to anyone ever again. From now on it's ABC Paint and body, where locals are treated like customers and are local. Hard working people don't deserve what you people stand for. Appalling.Caliber Collision Centers

On 5/30, refused to give estimate...told they could not give an estimate until they had examined the damage. I called for an estimate on 6/3 and was told the work had already started. I went online for the estimate...It was $2300...another repair shop had estimated between $1500 and $1700. The car was not ready until after hours on 6/13. I picked it up noon hour on 6/16...the charge was $5541.97. Unnecessary charges include $2384.94 for a front headlight, Clean and scrap emblem, $33.42, Replace dynamic calibration $250, replace Zero Point calibration $150. The accident happened at roughly 5 miles per hour and there was no damage to the headlight or the cruise control equipment.Caliber Collision Centers

My car has been sitting at Caliber Collision on **** ** now for over 3 weeks with nothing done that I took it there for. They never communicated with me about locking my ***** wheel column and making my anti theft alarm completely keeping the car from starting up during this time. All I received was updates on their app as if my car was close to completing by May 27th. My insurance company Travelers and Caliber are expressing my ************* is over the ** threshold now for the module to be fixed in the ***** column that they broke and locked the car down. This had nothing to do with bringing the car there, the manager drove it and an employee drove it to and from *********, so why is it my fault you messed up something and now the insurance company wants to salvage my title. This is a problem I'm reviewing throughout alot of their complaints and they are messing up people's vehicles they use on a daily as well as I use mine to and from work. Somethings has to give, they need to stand behind their work 100% guaranteed and workmanship. If I take my car to Benz and find that it's something Caliber did which I know it is because I never had issue with any electrical work or modules or under my hood, this was specifically for a potholes damage and small body work on a bumper. What is the point of messing up people's cars and not fixing them properly as you are hired to do. How can they stop getting away with false claims to insurance and more things to fix than what I asked and when I want safety first, your body work isn't that important on a ding to the bumper versus checking suspension and getting it fixed, which that was the problem. It's all about money, who's going to pay for what and when. They still have my Benz and closed on weekends so my car is just sitting there with the front wheels locked excessively to the far right, making more issues I'm sure with the axle and suspension components. My fiance and I tried to help them fix what they did WRONG!Caliber Collision Centers

Yes, I will email you this information right away now because as of now, I've been without my car since May 14th and it's at Mercedes getting repairs some repairs that Caliber is surely responsible for even if the car is a 2013, I've never had any issues with my vehicle not starting up.. ******** always help me maintain my vehicle and do Multi-Inspections when I take it for the oil changes and tells me any issues if any. We did find out in this case the steering column lock now needs to be replaced which Mercedes personal states by the employee moving the steering wheel side to side, left to right vigoursly as we seen in the pictures I've taken when I visit Caliber shop on May 29th how the car sat in position in Calibers garage for weeks without me knowing the car didn't even start. They even went into my glove compartment box looking in the manual. Due to the mishandling of the vehicle plus it was stationary on the ground, Caliber is more likely at fault for negligence of the employees workmanship that lead to the steering column needing to be replaced with his excessive turning of the steering wheel. This is a 2 door C350 Coupe, he then took off the bumper after locking the wheels and shutting off the car to perform bumper work but claims he was checking the suspension components which some of those components have found to be broken and leaking fluid. Now, I'm a very smart individual and in this case of no phone call from the estimator while all this was going on is a silent we're at fault but want to give higher estimates to total your car out now smh. We made several visits to Caliber after finding out the car wouldn't start and tried to help them fix their problem when we not mechanics. My insurance company and I received multiple of estimates from Caliber, that ******** doesn't even have is a issue needing repair. Just alone with the control module, 3 keys and steering column plus labor Caliber placed this estimate around $3500 to be repair the car for what they did and sent it to my insurance company which isn't even the estimate for my specific claim which came over $6200 the threshold since TN has a 75% law the estimator between Traveler and Caliber is well aware of. ************* estimate shows to start my car back running, it only needs 1 ignition key, I have a keyless fob already a only a steering column priced at $2100. This is out of pocket money, the insurance company isn't doing anything but waiting for me to take the car to get the 2nd estimate finally so my claim is still open with ******************* who hasn't been all that helpful in this since I didn't allow them to total loss my vehicle and send a salvage title. No communication from any at ******************* but the claim is still open, I paid towing of $325 out the pocket and that's so far what they've reimbursed. They said handle this issue with Caliber myself even though y'all are they ****************** So this is how I'm handling it and I will handle a review for Travelers at another time. This has been absolutely overwhelming and a nightmare, with sleepless nights on what is they doing to my car just sitting at Caliber waiting on Travelers to send some type of check for they small work of mess ***** I want people to be aware of how preferred companies and insurance companies seem to truly work against the customers. All ********************** did was take alot of negative pictures about my car, sent them to Travelers as they are assigned to, depreciated the value on my vehicle after seeing what the high over priced or non Incident parts cost and stopped it from starting up, due to me wanting a 2nd estimate and shut my car down ??Review fromJocelyn R

My car was involved in an accident on my birthday **********. This body shop had my car for over a month, kept letting my adjuster know my vehicle was ready for pick up ! When in fact it was not. When I finally go pick up my vehicle I noticed that the stirring wheel is still tilted and turned how it was after the accident ! I called *** who works for the body shop and let her know she says I never mentioned to her that anything was wrong with the steering wheel ! Which was indeed a lie because I mentioned it to insurance also ! So she instructed me that he drove fine to her well thats the second lie ! So I bring it back the general manager takes my vehicle down to the shop. They then discover that it needs an alignment and some back bar on the back of my car ! After they do that and instruct me basically that insurance didnt cover it but they did the work anyways ! THIRD LIE so I get my car back and it still shaking and everything so I take it back a 3rd time ! This is when he discovers that its something that was preexisting before the accident! My issue isnt that they wouldnt repair its the communication that they lacked. Because had someone given me a call saying hey we fixed it as far as we could you have this this and this wrong I wouldve prepared for this ! My car wasnt test driven at ANY point until I started complaining once I got it back. When I came to get my car they told me it was in driving condition it was not ! When I mentioned my concerns to the General manager he basically just brushed me off ! And got upset asking me why I left two reviews. Im not seeking money Im seeking accountability because they are literally getting paid to do the bare minimum and thats unacceptable.Caliber Collision Centers

My insurance company managed to tow away my vehicle to Caliber Collision ****************. At Caliber, woman namely ******* was extremely disrespectful, and rude. Secondly, quality of work done by them was of a substandard, rather unacceptable quality. Resultantly, I had to seek intervention of the Shop Admin of the insurance company.Although I am still not satisfied with the work, I took delivery of my vehicle half-heartedly.I am very much disappointed and would like to advise people not to use Caliber Collision ************, ** due to their rude behavior and bad quality of work.Later on, ****** contacted me on phone and informed that she had replaced ******* in Caliber Collision, ************, **. She, on behalf of the ********, expressed sorry and invited me to bring my vehicle back so that they could take care of all of my concerns. Accordingly, I took the vehicle to them where ****** and **** (the technician) treated me very well. Their behavior and workmanship were ***************, I am very happy and satisfied with their conduct and therefore, I have decided to edit this review.Caliber Collision Centers

I dropped my car off at Caliber Collision, Longwood for repairs, for an insurance claim, with specific instructions on the type of repair I required. This repair shop ignored my instructions and repaired the damage as cheaply as possible with the insurance company keeping me out of the process until the repair was cmpleted. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COLLISION REPAIR SHOP.Caliber Collision Centers

I would give ZERO stars if I could. My car was hit on a Friday and my husband called Caliber that evening. They asked if it was drivable. We said yes, but the muffler is halfway off and underneath my car is visibly messed up. We said we are not comfortable driving it other than to work and back due to the possibility of further damage and would like to get it fixed asap. The employee who took our call took down our information and said that the earliest he could get us in was the following Thursday. The employee stated they would complete the estimate and take my car in for repairs. He also said they would set up a rental for us. Today (Thursday) my husband took off work to drop my car off at Caliber. He called Caliber this morning and they confirmed the appointment and that Enterprise would be giving him a rental as well. When my husband arrived at ********************** he was told they do not work with my insurance (even though Friday they said they did) and they would not be able to fix my car. So, not only did my husband take off work, but they wasted almost a week of time that my car could have been fixed somewhere ******* one could give an answer as to why they said they work with our insurance when they dont and still allowed us to come in. The regional manger called me and was extremely rude. The best she could give me was sorry and that I should understand people make mistakes because Ive probably made mistakes in life as well. They couldnt even acknowledge that they made a mistake and own up to it. Instead, she defended her employees poor performance and attempted to make me feel like I didnt have the right to be frustrated with their horrible service.Overall, Caliber has poor customer service and communication. They do not care about their customers or their time. By looking at previous reviews, Im not the only one who feels this way. I will never recommend Caliber Collision or trust them with my vehicle moving forward.Caliber Collision Centers

It looks like lack of communication is the theme. I used them last summer and the repairs are now under lifetime warranty. Last summer was a wonderful experience! Constant communication and all. This is much different. My headlight motor was making a weird sound so I took it to Caliber on 4/9/25. It turns out I need a new motor for the light. I did not receive a call with any update. I called them at 5:05pm to tell them I was on the way. They said the car was at Sunset Auto up the street and I could come get it but the repair was not done. I called ****** and they were CLOSED. So, I am a single mom, left without a vehicle for the night and I never got a single call. 4/10/25-I call the next day and ****** tells me the car has been done so I tell her I will be there around 4pm. I get there via **** and find out the work is in fact, NOT done. No one knew what was happening with it. **** finally showed up from being on a call and said it would be a week before the part came in and that he would call me and set up the rental and pay me back for the ***** As of today, 5/5 he has not. 4/17 I call to get an update, they tell me it would be another week and to come on 4/24.4/23 I called to confirm my next days apptThey said they got the rental set up and all was good to go. I asked for **** to call me back so I could get the rental info. 4/23 - I get a call from ****** again saying **** told her to call me and tell me the part wont be in for another week and we can plan for 5/5.5/5 I called at 8am because this place is so untrustworthy. ****** tells me the eta for the part would be 5/9. I was extremely upset as I would not have known that if I had not called them. The consistent lack of communication is insane. Because they arent making any money off of me because of their warranty does not give them the right to treat me this way. Extremely unprofessional and they dont care. I was clearly on speaker phone and no one gave me a *********** NOT USE THEM!Caliber Collision Centers
