I wrecked my truck in March on my farm. It was ugly, but still safely drivable, so the shop had me come in for an initial estimate and then bring it back a few weeks later, when they could "start" on it. Since April, I have received text messages saying that the vehicle "was in body", only for the tech to tell me that it really wasn't - instead saying that's just what his manger puts in the system, because it is then sent to the insurance company, making them look better. My truck has been at this shop since March. It is currently mid-July. I have heard nothing but excuses (parts and labor shortages) ever since taking it to the shop. As a former adjuster, I confirmed that all of the new and LKQ parts were available and able to be shipped within 24-48 hours. When I pressed him on their awful repair progress, the shop advisor told me that they have other, less serious vehicles that come in so they work on them first. This causes the repair tech working on my truck to keep getting pulled away. Essentially, they keep pushing my repair further and further back in order to improve their repair completion rate, at my expense. The truck wasn't even torn down for a supplemental estimate for at least a month - it just sat there. They have pushed the estimated completion date about 5 times now. Last week, I went down there and took a picture (attached) of their "progress". They told me that the rest of the repairs would go fast and that it would be about 5 more days. Today (7 days later) I went back and not only is the truck not anywhere close to being completed, they actually removed more panels - ripping the aluminum floor pan. No panels (doors, fenders, etc) have been painted. I'm paying my monthly car payment for a truck I can't drive and since insurance only covers 30 days of rental, I'm shelling out $700-800 a month for a rental. They have me over a barrel. This Caliber location is in Mt Juliet, TN.

"I have already emailed customer his GEICO adjuster and left a message. When performing extensive aluminum repairs it takes time."
