Many problems.1. Had a gun in a gun safe, key hidden in truck. Employee found key, which means someone was snooping in my car and open safe stole gone. When I contacted general manager, he said he would call me back. Within 5 minutes he called me to tell me I signed a waiver for any personal belongings left. ********** to think about a gun thief working for him.2. Added more damage to my vehicle, scratched it, had to come back a second time to get a rental but this was resolved.3. When I picked up car it had a syrup smell to it. Me thinking it was the new parts/ lights installed thought nothing of it, Come to find out it was a coolant leak and now nobody wants to help me. Took the car back and the technician helping said, its the motor we only do body work. I had to smell leaking coolant for a while, with my son in the vehicle.Business Response

I had my vehicle worked on here with repairs close to $13,500. Unfortunately, Im left with a list of issues that should never have happened, and the communication has been terrible.Heres what went wrong:1. Hood Misalignment The hood doesnt align properly, which is both a cosmetic and functional issue.2. Poor Paint *********************** The paint on the hood, fender, and other areas clearly shows specks of dust and debris that were painted over, proving that the work was done in a non-sterile environment. Proper preparation and a clean painting space should be standard, yet my vehicle was painted in these conditions, leaving visible contamination. Additionally, one panel had excess paint buildup that had to be sanded down.3. Safety Concerns: The intercooler coolant reservoir was left empty, which could have caused serious engine damage. The undercarriage panel bolts came undone while I was driving on the highway causing the panel to drag and creating a serious safety hazard.4. Mismatched Headlight The reconditioned headlight they approved doesnt match the other one, leading to an inconsistent and unprofessional appearance.5. Left excess adhesive on the repaired panels which I had to remove myself.6. Poor ******************** of Follow-Up I only received follow-up calls after voicing my concerns once the car was back in my possession. Yes, the store ** called, but it was more about trying to get a good survey than actually addressing my issues. Your customer service and warranty guarantee do not fix what has already been done wrong. Ive had to take time off repeatedly to bring my car back for issues that shouldve been handled correctly the first time. Even after these issues were addressed, follow-up from the shop has been inconsistent or nonexistent.I expect the remaining issues to be fixed promptly.Business Response

Dec 2022 Caliber *********** completed an auto repair due to an accident. Fixed and painted my car. Oct 2024 I got a new clear bra through ******** and discovered a yellowish stain and went back to ******** to have it relook at and the clear bra was removed and they determined it was the paint. Dec 2024 Went back to Caliber and asked them to assess and they said its not them. Its ********. I went back to ******** and again, they said it was a bad paint job to begin with. The location was ***************************************************************. I had them repair the damage on my 14 ***** Accord where they painted the hood, fender, and bumper which came out good from what I could tell. I had Man Cave Colorado which has a 4.9 rating and has been around for 15 years put on Xpel paint protection film which was on for 6 months no issues. After awhile a yellow spot appeared looking like the film was stained. Man Cave went to replace it and realized the spot is in the paint. The regional manager **** look at it and he said it was burned by Man Cave which they had never buffed. All they did was install *** on the panel which needed no buffing. I believe the person who buffed hood removed so much clear that you couldnt see it until later. Blaming other businesses who did not buff paint is not professional and I just looks like Caliber is not willing to stand behind their workmanship. I am asking for the hood to be repainted and the cost of replacing the *** at $600.Initial Complaint

To whom it may concern,My name is ***** ***** I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I have received from Caliber Collision. Over the past five years, I have used two different Caliber locations for vehicle repairs, and both experiences have been unacceptable. I regret ever choosing your company, as it has caused me unnecessary stress, frustration, and financial issues. First issue was at your **************************************************************** location, where my vehicle had to be stripped and repainted twice due to dirt and debris in the clear coat. This was a horrible experience that should never have happened at a professional repair shop. Unfortunately, my current experience at your ***************************************************** has been just as, if not more, disappointing. I dropped my vehicle off for repairs on Monday February 10th, 2025. When I went to pick up there were numerous imperfections, and some of the issues that were supposed to be fixed were not addressed at all. The body work was awful. There was overspray, peeling paint, debris in my clear coat, adhesive all over my car, my rim wasn't repainted, and quite a few more that I haven't listed here. Additionally, my interior was covered in yellow dust, and only the repaired portion had been cleaned. The rest of my vehicle was left dirty, with mud along the bottom of my fender and wheel well and on painted parts My vehicle is still in your possession because it was not delivered in an acceptable condition. But, I am now terrified that the second attempt at repairs will only make matters worse. As someone who struggles with severe anxiety, this entire situation has been overwhelming. Repainting a car multiple times is not only detrimental to the vehicles long-term value but also increases the risk of further defects and inconsistencies in the finish. They have defrauded me out of money for repairs that were supposed to be to be done. I have a ***** CRV, car that was hit rear-end by someone and It was sent to do a repair service by Calliber Collision in *************** in 6/07/2023.Had some damages behind my car including the bumper.When I pick up the car after repaired I did not noticed that they put the wrong bumper. My car has 1 (one) muffler and they installed a bumper for (2) *********** was about 3/4 days later that I noticed and I did go to Calliber Colision and complain about.They said that they would check and get the bumper replaced.I have being in the office for at lest 15 times and I called I don't know how many times and I have received the same answer. Is not here yet. We haven't got yet. and so ****** lie on top of the other one. I am very upset because the lies and because every single day I have to look the wrong bumper in my car. Does it make any difference? Sure it does. First off I own this car for 5 years. I am the only driver. I keep it immaculate and I can't understand why I have to beg for something that was already paid by the insurance and they still think in get away with this. They have to do what is right. I am reporting this company for fraudulent charges & inadequate work. I had a roadside assistance claim, they towed my car to Caliber Collision in ************, ********. It was towed up there for mechanical issues, I struck a large landscaping rock in the road. The car had no body damage just mechanical issues. They called me a week later saying I needed a new bumper, & that they only did collision repair, they couldnt do any mechanical work there. They told me it would be sent to another shop, it never was, they charged me for a diagnostic they didnt run. They charged me for a bumper they didnt order they repainted my original bumper that was vinyl wrapped. They ruined my 5k vinyl wrap I had on my car, the bumper was not damaged, I have all the photos before it was towed & after they received it. I was shocked & in disbelief when I went to pick up my car yesterday. I would like this to promptly be handled they charged my insurance company over a thousand dollars & charged me a 1K deductible for work that was never done to my car. They ruined my vinyl wrap/ ************ left body damage on my car, they charged me for a bumper I did not receive or need for my car. Im just in shock that they told me I needed a bumper then repainted the exact same bumper, they painted over my vinyl wrap on the car! They damaged the car in multiple places. I am rejecting this response because: The broken arrow location keeps telling my insurance company that my car was dropped off with body damages, they have informed my insurance company (****) that they purchased & installed a new bumper.
a new bumper was not installed but yet they charged me w for a new bumper paint & etc. my charges were just over my deductible, I found it odd when they called me & notified me that I need a new front bumper.
They repainted my front bumper, over vinyl wrap; damaged my vehicle more. I would just like this resolved with the companies insurance & a full refund.My vehicle is currently at ****** of *************** for multiple diagnostics, Im in a loner vehicle from the dealership because mechanical issues that were never assessed or mechanically diagnosed. I just picked my vehicle up on Monday, I was in disbelief when I seen my original bumper with my vinyl wrap painted over. They racked up the charges just over my deductible && charged me for damages my vehicle did not have, my car was towed to there shop for mechanical issues only!

I have been told two different things by two different associates, I would like a full refund for the deductible, damages, & the time & gas money. This has been a really emotional stressful situation, dealing with all my medical problems & my upcoming surgery.?I stated in the original complaint I filed; I was charged for parts/ services my vehicle never needed or even received. They informed me my bumper was hanging off the vehicle when they received it, I contacted my insurance company & informed otherwise. Ive been dealing with the broken arrow ******** location. Im fixing to file a complaint on **** as well because they recommended the shop, && my insurance company has done nothing to help me. They just keep repeating what the shops telling them. The fraudulently charged me for work I never needed in my car, my car was taken for mechanical problems && they informed me my front bumper was hanging off the vehicle when they got it. I have all the pictures, the tow company has photos.
my car had no body damages before caliber collision touched my vehicle. They claimed I needed a new bumper, charged me & my insurance for a new bumper, paint, all the work, etc.
when I was informed of this I said okay well keep the old bumper of you do. I would like it as proof to verify & I would like to keep it. As my car was towed for mechanical issues so this made no sense to me.
they repainted over my vinyl wrap on the old bumper of my car without removing it all the way. Charged me for a bumper, paint, the charges just up over $1000 which is what my deductible was.

I brought my car in for servicing. I needed a front bumper replaced. The nature of my job I have to keep uniforms and things in my car. I took most of the stuff out of the car but I put a few items in the back and I had a cover to put over everything. Seeing how nothing was wrong in the back I didnt think anything would be touched. After getting back my car and before leaving the shop I told them about the items missing. The manager said hed look into it. He never got back to me. I had to reach back out to him and he said he wasnt doing anything about it and I should reach out to corporate. I did and they have not responded after multiple times emailing and calling. On December 5, 2024 I had an accident in my new ****** Armada truck. I researched some collision shops and called Caliber Collision on 12/6/24. On this same date my vehicle was towed to their facility. At this time, I worked with ***** ********(Caliber employee) to ensure he got everything he need from ******** claim number(0777660440) to ensure they could start repairs on my vehicle as quick as possible. In the beginning ***** was very helpful on keeping my updated on my vehicle. By 12/17/24 ******** had approved and sent payment in the amount of $16,891.37. I was told that parts had been ordered and the updates I was receiving. I was told everything was coming alone and that my truck was in the shop being worked on 12/27/25. I stopped receiving updates from ***** on 12/31/24. I called the shop around the 1st week in January, I was told ***** no longer worked at that location. I begin talking to ****, he stated I should have my vehicle by 1/31/25. He told me it was going to go to the paint shop on 1/29/25 it never did. He stated the truck would be completed on 2/5/25 it never was, he stated to me several times that he needs to submit supplemental paperwork to ********. He responded to me on 2/5/25 and stated he had had the flu but, his technician had put in the transmission cooler, radiator, and condenser. My truck would then be completed by the end of the week. He mentioned to me several times that his top priority was for me to get my truck back and that he was not worried about the money from ********. He lied to me and my husband serval times. His wife was rushed to the hospital, he needed to complete paperwork for weeks and this would not hold me up for getting my truck back. Mostly I would have to call and seek updates. My truck was completed on 2/21/25 I still don't have my truck. He is awaiting ******** approval for a supplement he submitted on 2/21/25. This shop was negligent in filing supplemental timely and untruthful about the status on my truck.Business Response

We had lost the ** that was dealing with Mrs. ******* claim at the beginning of January, I (****** ******** ,The **** gave Mrs. ***** my personal Cell Phone number so i could keep her updated as much as possible and so we could text back and forth. Our first text started on 1/29/2025 and we either texted or spoke on the phone every day to every other day on the status of the Armada. during the repair process there were many delays from waiting on approval to waiting on parts, the last 3 weeks of the repair many more issues popped up with wiring and sensor issues that there was no way to know about until the Armada was re assembled. there were a few weeks that we thought the vehicle would be ready to go but then the issues popped up. We fixed most of the issues and we didn't even get paid from the insurance for them, but we made sure that everything was done properly and ****** for Mrs. ***** because like i told her from the start we focus on quality and customer service. This was a very large ********************** and estimate. I will be honest and the last day of the repair we did not have all of our ducks in a row with the ***************** due to the assignment (the direct link between us and the insurance) being canceled so that made it to where we had to talk to the adjuster through a app called Virtual assist (like facetime) so there was a delay on that last Friday on getting everything we could approved and we were able to get her back into her Armada on that following Monday, not having the paper work ready on that last Friday was on us but there was so much many issues those last few days that we waited to send the insurance everything we had once done. We did everything we could to keep Mrs. ***** happy under the circumstances. I hate that she feels like she was lied to but if there was not so many underlining issues that there was no way of knowing that the vehicle would not be completed on planned timesInitial Complaint
