      My car was sent here by my insurance company after someone backed up over the hood, I've had nothing but issues since. The hood wasn't aligned when put back on, so I had to take it back, the grill was offset, the thing that keeps your hood open was never replaced so when I went to open the hood it came crashing back down. The headlight was replaced with a broken one and now it's taking a month for a new one and it's still not working. I'm taking my family out of town next week. So when I get pulled over for a headlight out who pays that fine? Worst company ever!!!

      absolutely the worst company you could use to repair your vehicles for a myriad of reasons. but I am just trying to get the word out and hopefully the attorney general in Florida steps in and sues these hacks for their unscrupulous business tactics. avoid like grim death.

      Absolutely the worst service ever! Pathetic in every way. No customer service skills at all. Have had my car for two weeks and haven't contacted me once. If I hadn't contacted them I would have no clue what's going on with my car. I will do my best to discourage anyone to go there. It's the worst business I've ever dealt with in any way shape or form in my life. PATHETIC

      My vehicle has been in this shop for 6 MONTHS! I have had to repeatedly call over and over every week for information. If I went into this 6 month saga you would be here all day. After $14,999 worth of parts being replacedat the 6 month **** now it needs a new transmission. Did they give me an update after about a time frame? No. I finally cut the middle man and started calling the dealership that is now responsible for replacing the transmission. Shocking they are in business!! I understand parts delays but to not communicate with a customer REPEATEDLY over a span of 6 months is insane. The only comfort I have is that Ive been able to start multiple people away from this business so they didnt have to endure the same treatment.

      Unacceptable customer service Took my car in june 15 got an estimate car would be fixed in 2 weeks but did not happened I called them and then got another estimate that no one had informed me and now is July 20 and still my car is not ready ,tried calling their office and person that answers the phone is very rude with attitude Also tried contacting any supervisor and NO ONE called me back as of today and my car is still there and I am without a car had to pay out of pocket for a rental and now I can not afford it Any more bottom line the most terrible customer service I had ever encountered

      They fixed my 2006 rsx type s about 6 months ago with no issues. I even decided to go back to have my 2015 mustang GT's front end repainted. Waited close to a month to get an estimate. Was quoted $3000 which was a tough pill to swallow but decided to book an appointment anyway. Over another month wait, i got the car in. 3 days later they called telling me it would be another $511 to paint the underside of my hood. 3 hours after that they called again and told me they couldn't do the job. I am in utter disbelief that I wasted close to 3 months of my time waiting.

      This company is TERRIBLE. It took several follow ups to get a quote for a repair (total process was 2 weeks). Then their quote came in 300% higher than others!! This company is poorly run and is only trying to rip you off. STAY AWAY!!!!
