      Their body shop in ********** NY just replaced my damaged rear bumper. Throughout they were very courteous & friendly. They had the repair completed very quickly after receiving the parts. They also handled dealings with the car rental company very well.

      I would unreservedly recommend this branch of Caliber Collision.

      They don't deserve a 1 star. The girl on the phone was of no help. When I told her I would take my vehicle somewhere else, not only did she respond eagerly but also enthusiasticly with ok.

      The worst experience i have ever had with a body shop. Brought my truck in 6/7 with cosmetic damage needing to be fixed on bed and tailgate. Needed quarter panels and new tailgate for parts. Was not told how long for parts or to be fixed. I received my estimate 2 days later showing 99 days to repair! They had not contacted me about it so i called them. Was told 99 days is just generic number they put in but they didn't know when it would be fixed. I called back 6/13 and they told me parts would not be in until 6/24. I went and picked up my truck (it was still drivable) on 6/15 and they said they would call me when parts were in so i could bring it back to repair. Received a call on 6/24 that parts were in but i couldn't bring it back because they didn't have an available tech so i asked when i should bring it back and again they said we don't know and they would call me when they were ready. Didn't hear from them so we called them again on 7/5 and were told to bring it in 7/20. on 7/18 i received a call from them trying to cancel me bringing it back. I said absolutely not and need to speak with their manager. Was given the run around about why i couldn't speak to the manager and they would call me back. They did call back in about an hour saying to still bring it in on 7/20. i specifically asked "will my truck actually be worked on starting 7/20 and not just sitting in their parking lot?" they said absolutely the tech will start on it 7/20 and it would take a week at most to fix. Received a text 7/21 saying "your truck is going in for paint this evening". I called on 7/25 to ask when i could pick it up and i was told 7/29. Obviously more than a week. I called morning of 7/28 to confirm pick up that next day and they said "oh its still in paint but going to reassembly tonight and would be ready for pick up 8/1". Received a text morning of 8/1 stating truck was just now in reassembly (thought it was in 7/28?). I am fuming at this

      3-4 months ago paid $4000 to have my ac repaired, was told if ANYTHING happened to my ac it was covered. The ac quit cooling and being told not under warranty. ANYTHING DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING WITH CALIBER. THEY WANT $5900 to repair the ac they had already repaired. BEWARE!!!

      4 months ago a car hit me broadside in the passenger rear door and tire area. It was such a violent hit as I was doing ***** mph, and the other car picked my vehicle off the road and it slammed back onto the road. After about a month of my car being in CCC, when I picked it up the tire warning light was on, rep. said, we tried resetting, etc. but light would not go off, still hasn't. Later I found out it did not have a sensor valve in it, just a regular rubber one w/ no sensor. Another complaint is i was told the day before i picked it up it was going to alignment, 2 weeks ago I was having a thump coming from under the car, turns out not all the nuts and bolts were tightened. I've replaced struts that were blown out from the crash, and still need to replace 2 more. Replaced the rear brakes because the side that got hit was cracked. All dangerous situations. The car rides like a old truck.The **** from CCC was ****. +, I tried selling and Noone will give me half that cost, because of the mechanical conditions. This shop is located at *********** loop west, *******, **.

      Extremely disappointed in the service I received at Caliber Collision in Pennsauken Nj. They have had my car for over a month and now they are telling it it will take 2 more months. They had my car for 2 weeks before they even started working on it. I signed up for text alerts which I never got. Anytime I wanted to know what was going on with my car I had to call them and the mechanic never seemed to be in. The people at the front desk are rude and hang up in you. I will never take my car there again.

      I was in a wreck a few days ago. I been given the run around by this company. I tried calling a few shops and the ones that work with Geico told me I need to call Geico to make an appt. I told my adjuster about this and I was told thats not how it works and gave me Calibers scheduling number. So I called that number and I was informed my adjuster was right, that I can make an appt with caliber and she started that for me at the shop that first told me they can get me in next week. So that shop called me and told me the same thing. I informed them thats not what my adjuster said, they then said they can get me in 4 months from now. I dont like getting big dicked. I would suggest never using this company.

      My car has been in the grant avenue, Philadelphia shop for more than a month. Yesterday 7/27 when it was "ready" to be picked up the gas tank would not open, they assured me it will be fixed immediately 1 hr later still nothing, I was promised it will be ready the next day and will be dropped off. I called the next and they informed electrician was on his way to fix it and it will be ready,which was a lie. I understand they are short on staff, and one of the person got sick however 1 month and one week is ridiculous ans irresponsable. If you don't have the staff to work don't take more than can be hansled

      Worst experience with them I ever had so this review is for the current staff at the owing mills location I took my 2010 honda crosstour to them on July 20th 2022 I will say this this is a weird situation and it's one in a million chance this could happen to someone else my lady was driving my car and someone hit her on the passenger side of the car at the rear wheel of the car which left no evidence of the accident besides the airbags being deployed they wrote an incorrect estimate based on opinion and said my car was in a previous accident which made my airbags deploy on only the passenger side of the car the airbags in the dashboard didn't deploy the lady at the time of scheduling the estimate was very inappropriate during scheduling my estimate after I told her I cut the airbags out of sight of the passenger windows so I could c to drive my car home and again this is a very unusual situation because looking at my car u could not tell it was in an accident other than the airbags being deployed she put me on hold spoke with the GM and told me that they would do the estimate but would not repair my car due to me cutting the airbags out even knowing that the airbags need Tobe replaced no matter if I cut them out or not I was never rude to the lady or no one at this location not once after taking my car to ******* collision on route 140 they wrote estimate sent it to my insurance company and reviewed and excepted the claim with no investigation because the pictures that was taken of the car at the time of the accident reflected and showed the airbags was deployed at the time of the accident and a video was obtained from a near by store at the time of the accident it's a lot more that I could say about this experience to make this the worst experience I ever had with them but I want to say a good thing for my past 2 experience they was perfect and that was 2 years ago where is that Cree now
