So I see on here already that my biggest complaint is their phone system they have ai that does not do a dang bit of good. You can literally not get a hold of anybody the online system they mess up all the time, they transpose my social security number and I've sent my social security number into them multiple times to fix the issue they still have not corrected it I cannot use the online service. The company is atrocious they are doing malicious practices by withdrawing your payment and then putting it back, citing that you never paid it and citing that your bank is not letting them take it out which is not true our bank is the one who sold this mortgage to this company who I would not recommend to anybody! For any reason! This mortgage company is awful and now I know why they're being sued for billions of dollars. My main complaint is you need to because they are accredited through the BBB a thousand percent stop them from doing business. All they're doing is offering nothing but problems and no solutions, when you call them they tell you your bank is the one that's doing it I'm like they're not we proved it to them that our bank is allowing them to take the money out but they're just not taking it out and then citing that we have all these fees to pay and then now our property taxes we have to pay on our own and when everything should have just been escrowed in everything was escrowden and the problem is they're just not paying the payments they're siting that we're not making the payments which is a thousand percent natural make our monthly payment every month and now all of a sudden you can't get a hold of anybody and they're just telling you you have to pay all these outrageous fees this is unfair lending practices! And my lawyer will be reaching out to them I am going to be suing this company and any company associated with Mr ***********************

I have not had issues with mortgage companies. Ive been with 3 different mortgage companies over the years with different homes. Mr ********************** bought out my loan 2 years ago. Theyre very hard to get in contact with, hang up the phones in the middle of calls, have awful customer service, rude and cant answer questions - just get tossed around between reps. ** I could change mortgage companies I would do it in a heart beat. I do not recommend even to enemies. Avoid at all cost.

Ive been harassed by Mr. Cooper Mortgage for nearly a year with repeated, false flood zone classification letters. They claim I am in FEMA Flood Zone V, requiring mandatory flood insurance. This is categorically false. ***** official maps designate my property as Flood Zone X.I am a licensed real estate agent in *******. I understand FEMA zoning, and my original mortgage documents confirm that flood insurance was not required at the time of purchase. Despite this, Mr. Cooper has:Sent multiple false notices of flood insurance requirements Refused to provide any documentation or evidence to support their claim Ignored repeated requests to correct the record Provided no email or written communication channel for resolution Instructed me to apply for an unnecessary LOMA letter Failed to return calls or follow up after promising escalation Simultaneously sent me refinance offers, which appear timed to coincide with these threats What concerns me most is the broader pattern: I knew their notices were wrong because of my profession (realtor). Most homeowners do not. Mr. Cooper may be coercing uninformed borrowers into paying for expensive, unnecessary flood insuranceor manipulating them into refinancing. This may be a widespread predatory servicing issue. The worst customer service of any ********************** I have ever dealt with and total lack of competence from their employees.

In January 2025, my mortgage was transferred from United Home Mortgage to Mr. Cooper. At no point during this transition was I informed of the transfer until February 2025over a month laterby which time I had already continued making payments to my original mortgage company, unaware of the change. The first communication I received from Mr. Cooper was a sudden demand for a large sum, which came without any prior explanation or guidance.Since then, my monthly mortgage payment has increased by approximately $1,200, which is financially unsustainable for me. Upon reviewing the situation, I learned this increase is related to an escrow adjustmentspecifically, a reported increase in my homeowners insurance premium from $3,800 to $5,200 annually. Even with this increase, I cannot reconcile how this translates to a $1,200 rise in my monthly mortgage payment. This situation is alarming and appears suspect, especially considering it arose immediately after the account transfer, of which I was never properly notified. I have always maintained my mortgage responsibly and without issue. My original loan carried a fixed interest rate of 4.75%, and I have never been in mortgage distress until now.I am requesting a detailed breakdown and explanation of:The basis for the escrow recalculations that led to this increase. Why I was not notified of the transfer in a timely ********** my payments were handled during the transition period. What steps can be taken to resolve this situation or return my mortgage to a manageable level.I expect transparency and a prompt response. I am prepared to escalate this matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities if necessary.

I had such bad luck with Mr. Cooper several years ago when my loan was transferred to them. I actually refinanced to get out from under their system. And now, a different loan has been transferred. What awful customer service and support this ********************** offers. I call the number on the notice, it verifies my acct info. Then says I need to contact the ********************************* provider and gives me the same number I just called. An hour on the phone trying to get support and ZERO help. If I go on line and enter the new account info it will pull up an old account from years ago that is paid off and no longer active.

I just had my mortgage switched to Mr ********************** and right from the start the experience has been terrible. I can't get the information I need and their automated system won't let you talk to anyone. I wouldn't recommend Mr ********************** to my worst enemy.

I am a paying customer that cannot get a live agent on the phone to assist me. The minute that I pressed the option to refinance, a live agent picked up the phone in less than one minute. I really need help from a live person regarding my mortgage and I will continue to try and reach out to Mr. Cooper for help. At this point, I regret that I have a mortgage with Mr. Cooper.
