      This company is a scam. Just like their sister companies nations star and Mr *********************** Been with both and when Mr ********************** figured out I knew their scam they transferred me to their new company right path. This company is doing the same thing to me. I can barely scape enough together to pay mortgage. Every payment I make they put it somewhere other then designated by their own coupon. I send additional principal money with coupon and they make into a principal or a mortgage payment and doctor the rest. There are entries of monies from out of nowhere,inapplicable funds when they should be in designated categories. I've sent in over past 3 months addtl prin payments totally ******* and my remaining balance only reflects a change of ******. And that's because they out it everywhere else. Their agents lie to me. ***** from escalation **** and Arlington I have asked to go back to October and November and fixbthis. Nope nothing has changed. I tried one last time yesterday q2/2/23 to get them to fix. Nothing changed. Please don't think they won't do this to you as I did. They don't care about your money, you or your situation. Mr ********************** has has 760 million dollar settlement with their customers because of this type of thing. Right path is on the same journey. I am lodging a formal complaint and investigation into this matter. Please read all the other reviews if customers like me and their families who have been at the mercy of a non caring or not flexible company such as this before you decide. I wish I had. If they continue me and my family will be on street with nowhere to go. We are an autistic family. No one cares.

      I got suckered into getting a mortgage when these bums were Nationstar. Still the same pack of rats. Don't touch 'em with a ten-foot pole.

      these people are crooked! They received over 100k of excess funds over my mortgage amount for hurricane damage, they refused to relinquish the excess funds, then they sold the mortgage. I am now in limbo with over $300K in limbo!

      My mortgage got sole to these incompetent clowns, and it's been nothing but headache from the get-go. They are the worst mortgage servicer I've ever had to deal with.

      My dealings with Mr. Cooper are all negative. I have tried to deal with them for years after they took over my mortgage from another company and has been a nightmare. They don't do anything I ask of them. My escrows come up short so I send them a check for the shortage and they don't apply the funds to my account then they raise my mortgage and charge me interest on the shortage. My mortgage has almost doubled since they took over my mortgage. If there is anything you can do to stay away from Mr ********************** do it because they are the most crooked, rude, and inconsiderate company I have ever dealt with in my 60+ years of life.

      They have no idea of what customer service is. This was the absolute worst experience im speaking with a company. I was transferred 6 times each time being told about a different loan that would benefit them and not me. I was very specific in that I was a veteran and wanted a va loan each time. When they finally got me to someone who was the supposed expert I recieved nothing but an attitude and then put me on hold and never returned. I would stay far away from this company. May have been good at one time before they murches or sold but not anymore. To all the people out there looking for a lender to include my fellow vets this is a horrible place. My recommendation is to look elsewhere.

      Disorganized, unfriendly, money grubbing. My existing loan was transferred to this horrible company and now suddenly my insurance is not adequate for them. They did the same thing to my brother. They do not care about their borrowers, they only care to drain your wallet. My brothers loan service was so disorganized, they lost emails and paperwork at least three times. If rates were not so high right now, I would dump this terrible company and refinance. This company should not even be allowed to do business. I was so furious when I saw my mortgage was transferred to this company. Run away from Mr. Cooper if you can!

      I have never ever met a company that I hate more than my worse enemy...I look to see what my payoff amount was and it is over $250,000 more than my mortgage balance and for a reason, it was worse than a baby babbling, Of course, I can not go with another mortgage company because they gave me the lowest interest rate so I could not.. It is amazing how they are still in business They are all I consider corn artists or .maybe worse,, But if I sell my home it is worth less then what the payoff amount would be My option would be to file chapter 7 they can write the mortgage off but stays on your report for 7 years So it is like being caught between a rock and hard place But why give them the satisfaction of collecting any money

      Mr. Cooper is a r mortgage servicer NO a debt collector. Mr ********************** call ( representative call) and want personal information about my loan, personal ********. i asked to send me a letter but they said they cannot send letter. They said this is not scan. the phone number for the representative is **** **********. calls at 6:00 PM ( usually they continue call, day by day until i answer the phone) . The representative trying to check if i am doing well with my payment, try to offer services, get my information. They don't stop calling, they said they can call for complementary call...etc
      I don't want to share my personal information or my loan information over the phone. they don't stop calling... hopefully the Do Not Call Act should apply to Mr. cooper. Do Not Call Registry gives you a choice about whether to receive telemarketing calls. Mr ****** representative did not care, they still call me and they always trying to get my information, This is happen too often

      Mr ********************** bought my mortgage in April '22. I sold my house in June '22. I have not been able to close on the house because Mr ********************** will not furnish an Assignment of Mortgage that my abstract/title company will accept. This is November - 5 months later! Attorneys are now involved. I have been making my house pmts along with rent for the condo I am now living in - plus utilities - plus insurance at both places for 5 months! This is a nightmare!
      Do not do business with Mr ********************** - EVER!
