      I have been dealing with Mr ********************** for 5 years now. If i could leave Negative Stars i would. Horrible customer service. They lie about giving a phone # to be able to deal with same customer service *********** time you call you have to recap the issues and start over again and again and again. Every year since they acquired my loan, they have messed up the Escrow. Over payment every year and when their ************ does an evaluation, they come up with Hundreds of dollars every month extra you have to pay, until YOU show to them how they messed up the escrow. Its impossible to keep track of the money they say you owe. And if you dont make the payment they say you owe, Your credit will get affected. If you have a choice about using them, Run Run Run!!!

      Im starting here with my paper trail. They bought my loan last July 2021. I am currently on my last year of bankruptcy. They are sending me loan modification paper. I have made all my payments like I should. No issues. They are threatening things like foreclosure. I am a Veteran. I am a mother and this company scares me. I see everyones issues. My statements are wrong. They do no display the correct amounts. I do not get them on a consistent basis. This company needs to be investigated.

      By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Phone calls are not responded to or action taken, emails go unacknowledged, and like wise letters. Our mortgage was acquired by mr ********************** in February 22, my request has been a simple one, our county allows a discount if your property taxes are paid in July, my request pay our taxes in July so we can take advantage of said discount! As of today our taxes have not been paid in full and are accumulating interest penalties! I will continue the fight! You have a choice, select any lending institution or bank but DO NOT SELECT MR ***********************

      My mother dies and instead of working with me to maintain proper financial structure they decide to ruin my mother's credit score. I understand that she is dead and there is not a necessity for her to have a credit score anymore. It shows the content of their character to not work with her son to maintain billing and let It go to be reported that she didn't pay her bills. It is absolutely disgusting to think that someone would treat the memory of your loved one so despondently even when they're offered money to not. That is a different kind of evil.

      This is the worst******* company EVER!!! They paid our homeowners insurance LATE and the check was returned and policy canceled. I got my insurance company and them onbthe phone together to have the payment overnighted so we would still have insurance. They sent the payment snail mail and didnt tell ** until 3 months later. We were unprotected all that time. Because of their stupidity, we had to pay a higher insurance rate. Now we have an escrow shortage and they are refusing to accept responsibility. We are getting an attorney....they shouldn't be allowed to disrupted peoples livelihood like this!!!!!!

      Our loan was bought by Mr. Cooper in 2020. I have come to the realization that I need to switch mortgage companies. I, too, have yet to receive a call back from *** ********************** beginning in July 2022. My husband and I had hit a financial hardship due to covid and missed a mortgage payment. Mr. Cooper had filed foreclosure on **. I had completed an application with IFA (**** ****************** as well as an application for modification of our loan (which I learned would DOUBLE our interest rate TO *****%). *** began contacting Mr. Cooper via email for validation of our information to assist on our mortgage beginning July 25, 2022. NO RESPONSE HAS BEEN SENT SINCE. I have called both Mr. Cooper and IFA on average twice a week to get an update on our application and IFA states no response from Mr. Cooper. I have also 3-way called Mr. Cooper with IFA on the line and IFA has given 14 specific dates they have sent info to them, specific email, and Mr. Cooper reps say they never got the info and THEY WOULD CALL BACK THAT DAY WITH THE MANAGER ON THE LINE. NO CALL EVER RECEIVED. I never have received a call back. The lack of communication with Mr. Cooper is unprofessional and maddening. I have been battling with them since July 25, 2022 regarding our application with IFA. IFA had stated our app was approved, just needed the information verified by Mr. Cooper but Mr. Cooper will not respond to IFA. I don't know what I can do to get MR. Cooper to respond IFA so our application can be processed. I actually had an agent in ** hang up on me this morning because I told her I had been waiting, along with IFA, for 4 months for a response to complete our application. I cannot recommend Mr. Cooper. I am so afraid we are going to lose our home because Mr. Cooper can't seem respond to IFA yet they are quite quick to send an email asking for the performance of the rep you just spoke to for training purposes. Avoid Mr. Cooper if you can. Mr. Cooper bought our loan, I wish they hadn't.

      My husband just got told their records where stolen and he could be a target for identity theft. His **************** was stolen. Offered him only one year of protection paid for. Absolutely not ok

      My loan was transferred to this company in February. My homeowners insurance was due in October 2022. I double checked that they had my policy on file because I kept getting notices of non-payment from my insurance company. I called several times and was unable to get anyone on the phone. I sent several emails but just received an email back saying the matter was being investigated. I ended up paying the insurance out of my own pocket. I have owned several homes before and never had an issue with a mortgage company not doing their job as an escrow agent. If you are given a choice do not go thru this company for your mortgage. Terrible company. They should be shut down.

      They are a nightmare to deal with. Mr ********************** bought my mortgage, and I wish they hadn't. The app and website do not work like they are supposed to. When you need customer service, you can hardly get through the phone system to a live person. Then, if you do get a person, they say they can't help you and just tell you to take care of your account using the app or website, which aren't working. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

      Scammers won't help or apply payment's they'll hold them to report late to all 3 credit bureaus. They do not call you. They send harassing letters even though you have called them for 3 months straight. My payment had not been applied, still getting a run around of why it isn't. Get multiple people with multiple answers and no resolution. They have you try for a "modification " they report you late for that and takes months. They don't help you in past due payments like they claim. Rude, and I'd never have used them if Nationstar hadn't sold my account.
