      I visited MD Now for a recurring UTI on Thursday, 12/29.. I saw an ARPN by the name of ******. I have never been treated with less compassion from any health care provider in my life. I was insulted, belittled, and talked to in a very condescending matter. She basically told me to stop coming to MD Now for treatment and go to my car and call my urologist from my car. I tried to explain to her that I was there due to my work schedule, but she didnt seem interested in what I had to say. She told me that I needed to find out why I was having repeat UTIs and of course I do. I have every intention of following up with my urologist. She would only prescribe 3 days of antibiotic for my UTI. It was over the holidays and my urologist office was closed until the following Monday. I am sure that a 3 day course of an antibiotic will not be sufficient to cure this latest infection and I will be experiencing UTI symptoms. In the meantime, I work and I will be having those symptoms while I am at work. I am appalled that my insurance company will be billed for this last visit especially since I was only given a 3 day prescription. As a health care provider, Im sure that ****** is aware that a 3 day prescription will not fully take away my symptoms or the infection that I have now.

      I had been dealing with their billing **** since September 2022. I paid my balance due over the phone with a service rep . I called them October , November and now December still showing I have a balance due! I send them proof of payment showing paid to Care Now transaction . No one is fixing the problem ! Everytime their response they will investigate where the payment went . This is getting so annoying!

      I went in for an xray service in June 2021. The technician was not there however they charged me a copay and I paid. They told me to come back the next day when the technician was there and not to worry about the copay. Fast forward, they charged my insurance twice for the same service and then said I owed my copayment. I called and spoke to someone who said she was fixing it. I received another bill and spoke to 3 people each saying to ignore the bills and they are working on it. Now I just received a collections letter and their billing department that I sent the paid receipt to, will not help and tells me to contact their info department because billing doesn't handle billing issues. If I could give 0 stars I would, because 1 star it too generous.

      I first went in bleeding from a softball injury. I saw ***********, a bit old but he put the stiches in and told me to come back in 10 days.I come back to the one on ********* and after 1 hour of waiting, I was called in. I waited outside because everyone was coughing. The nurse came in, very nice, and I asked her if she could take the stiches out with it hurting, because the finger still hurt a lot. She said she could! Then at that moment in walks the "DR" ************************** Very old and disheveled. I got nervous and asked her to look at my finger and asked if she could do it without severe pain. She says yes. I asked for a numbing shot and she says no. She asked me the same questions 5 times in about 5 minutes. Then she starts taking the stiches out. The pain she put me through was unbearable while I am screaming she says lets go into another room. Then she starts rubbing the injury again to take off the scabbing she says, for no good reason I felt except to hurt me, asking me the same questions over and over again, I felt like I was in a horror film. Then she picked up a sharp instrument and just poked a hole in my finger and it started bleeding. I was so uncontrollaby upset I was shaking while screaming at her. The nurse told me I should report her. I am thinking of suing. Horrendous Never go TO MD *** care

      Today is Saturday November 19, 2022 8am and my wife makes an online appointment for my 7 year old daughter who has 100 temperature at midnight due to the fact that they are supposedly backed up. So we wait and make an appointment and the lady who calls first asked to speak to my daughter like cmon she's 7 and she has to know that by looking at her file. This lady proceeds to tell my wife to basically cancel the appointment cause they are booked from the night before so my wife sais no she wants to keep the appointment then the lady hangs up on my wife. First of all why would you treat someone like that with sick patient who is 7 years old. So I go online and edit my ****** review 5 days prior which I had made due to the unprofessionalism of this office but this lady just made it worse. So after I make my review this morning and call to speak with ***************** about our experience the same lady states ****** will be in on Monday morning. So 10 mins pass a d the same lady calls my wife and all of a sudden she tells my wife to come in to the office after she previously stated that it would be a 4 hour wait then proceeds to hang up on my wife again. This lady needs to get it together or move around this is not how you treat patients or any human being for that matter. If you do not like your job then I suggest you move around and find something that fits your sorry attitude!

      The medical care was adequate, but nothing exceptional. However, they attempted to double bill me. I paid my portion of the bill on-site prior to seeing a doctor, then received a bill in the mail a month later. I checked, and would have been able to pay the bill online. But when I called, I was told my account showed a $0 balance, and that the bill was sent out before my account was cleared -- despite me pay at the time of service as per their policy. Felt like a scam to try to get unwitting patients to pay double.

      My husband and I had excellent service at MD Now at Uptown Boca. Maureen D., the office manager, was efficient and went out of her way to

      be helpful. Dr. Jay G. was very professional. Trames D. took our information and was sensitive to our needs.

      I would definitely go there again.

      Provider does not listen to your complaint/request. Provider filled prescription however, only gave me half of my normal dosage I've taken for over a decade though I insisted on obtaining full dosage and only one moth supply Doctor provided referrals which I made appointments with however the appointments are 2 months and 3 months away which I was only given one month of medication. Called provider to inform the dilema of not having enough medication till appointment date, provider wants me to revisit office which I must pay an additional $170 for the visit. This could have been avoided if the doctor would just listen to his patient. Would never go there again, would not recommend anyone to go there.

      MD NOW IS THE WORST! Let everyone who reads this know. You have been warned . . . Go somewhere else! You get barely enough care with the visit and they tell you to pay again the next day when they missed giving you what you need!This is the worst clinic in the Country!They DO NOT care about the patient, They ONLY care about the dollar!

      I went to *************** clinic and nobody spoke with me. No receptionist at all for almost 20 min. I came back there another day, they asked me to call to the ******************* and then nobody answered me again on the phone for 3 times. 18 min calling each time and nothing. I have been charged for a consultant visit and I had United Healthcare at that moment. MD Now ACCEPTS UH insurance. I have a **** of $371 and I have NO idea why I am facing this situation and this huge amount if they told me when I a left that I didnt have to pay anything at the moment. I know MD has to check with UH, but $371???? This is an absurd!!! I have no answer until now - I already sent messages from MD website too. This is unbelievable!
