I had **** from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing out to my house this morning. He was wonderful. It only took him a few minutes to figure out what was wrong and another couple of minutes to fix the problem. The guys from Benjamin Franklin are always very polite and knowledgeable. I will only have this group in my home. I love the system they use to keep you advised of when they will arrive at your home and they also follow up to be sure everything was taken care of.. **** is a great group of people.Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

I am so disappointed! I am a licensed Realtor in ***** and many of my clients have used Ben ********************** for plumbing work. I called because I needed a tub/shower valve replaced in one of my bathrooms. They gave us two options; 1. go through the front and have to replace the tile or 2. go through a laundry room removing a sink and cutting through sheetrock. Because the tile was old and replacing it would be difficult we decided to go with option two. We were quoted a price of $$694.00 which included removing the sink, replacing the faucet, and replacing the sink. We were instructed to go out and purchase the replacement kit which we did. When another technician arrived to do the repairs we were told tech#1 gave us the wrong price, even though we had it in writing. Everything the first tech told us was contradicted by tech #2. He advised us to call and ask for a senior technician which we did. He arrived today and gave us a quote of $1337.00! That's almost twice the price we were quoted and had in writing. The only explanation we were given was the first technician gave us the wrong price, What a disappointment. I will definitely advise all of my clients and fellow realtors to steer clear of Ben **********************. They are completely unreliable and a ripoff! Sounds like deceptive trade practices to me. I will definitely file a complaint with the ***************** of Plumbing Examiners.Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

We have made several attempts to reach this customer but have been unsuccessful so far, and they have not returned our phone calls. Once we have spoken to the customer we can update the ********************, but until then there is nothing to report other than that we are trying to reach out.Review fromMary B

Their repair person was on time, efficient, explained everything, fixed the problem. He cleaned up after himself. And, my dog was friendly to him!! I would use them again if needed!!Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

Extremely over priced. Replaced 15 dollars worth of parts in an hour and charged **** dollars. 242 dollars for a hose spigot that screws on. Be careful, I was in a bind but hoped a big name company would not have been a rip off.Benjamin Franklin Plumbing
