I am writing in regards to the punctuality of the this company. They marked to come to our house at 2Pm. They sent the wrong person out to look at our leaking plumbing. There was a guy by the name of *******, that had already been to our house three weeks before. They dispatched the wrong ******* to our house. The "wrong" ******* told me he was the wrong ******* and that the other one would be there in about two hours. The problem was that I had to waste my entire afternoon waiting for the correct employee to come. He finally showed up and told me, "It was not his problem" that they sent the wrong one out. As I talked to the manager ****, he expressed that they were in the wrong (at first) and agreed that they wasted my time as the pride and getting to the job on time. Today several days later he proceeded to tell me that He was not going to give me an compensation as to the late visit since the first "*******" showed up on time. I asked him, "How can you say that He was on time when he did not address anything other than to tell me that they would be sending out the correct, "*******" shortly. I am VERY DISPLEASED with this sole called punctual company when they did not honor their commitment and tried to go around it by saying that the wrong "*******" showed up on time. HOW IS HE ON TIME WHEN HE DID NOT DO ANYTHING????? I will never recommend nor use this company again!!!!! I want **** to keep his word (of which he did not) and give me a discount on the over $500 to run a test. Never again,Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

The appointment was booked as a 2-5pm window of arrival. **************** arrived a little after 2pm, along with *******. ****************, the "right *******'" arrived a little after 4pm. Since the 2-5pm window was met (by all 3 plumbers) the Punctual Promise was not broken, nor is it due.Review fromGib A

We are very pleased with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and ***************************. ***** listened to our concerns and made our decision process easy.
