      Most aggravating company I've ever done business with. Constant sales calls. Constant. Ive begged. Ive cussed. They still call.. If I didnt have more than a dime invested, I'd cash out. I hope my family doesnt have the aggravation with them when im dead as I've had alive.

      I've been with American Income life since 1983. I have several policies. In June/2023 I received a call telling me I am paying more for my current policy than what would be paid when I die, so I purchased a policy for $40,000. Today I received a call to go over my benefits. I was told I would have to increase my premium another $290 a month for a $40,000 policy which is what I thought I had purchased in 2023. He said the underwriting department only approved the policy for $16,000. But now I am approved for the $40,000. I didn't know I wasn't approved and I was paying the premium I was quoted for the $40,000 policy. I cannot afford to make those premiums. He said once I reach 75 years old, I would be paid up and not have to make anymore payments. I do not trust this company or anything they tell me and told him I want to cancel everything. He said he would send the papers in the mail for me to sign. It appears, I'm not the only unhappy customer. I definitely do not want my family to deal with them when I'm gone..

      Its a pyramid scam. Their job offerings just refer you to ask your friends and family to sign up for their life insurance in order to go up the ranks to finally being paid. 99% of employees are unpaid and being scammed.

      Im getting ready to cancel. My agent also hounded me for months to join this union benefits company and I pay but it seems like you can never get anything resolved on time. He makes promises to do something on a specific time or date but never follows through on time. Then I have to call him rather than him calling me to find out whats up. Their website can never be accessed and thats an excuse as well so my guy along with these horrible reviews are telling me they are not legit. In this day and age a lot of these companies are predators scamming us out of our money but then refusing to provide good service or the service youre paying for. H*** by the time I die with the way the cost of everything is going up ****** probably wont even get your ****! All I wanted to do was change my beneficiary and that wasnt even done on time so if I died during this period the money would be going to people I dont want it to cause the agent insist I contact him for any service issues but then he drags his feet. I think theyre only job is to bring in new clients so they can make commission but after that they drop the ball once they sign you up!

      The worst insurance company ever, I will never recommend this company to anyone in my life. Thieves. They were charging me double of what I was supposed to pay. When I spoke with them, oh I will look into that. I try to cancel my policy upto now no update. I had to call my bank and stop the payments. Criminals. They dont reply your calls or emails. S**** company.

      I first had policies for all our family members. I realized that they had information on one of my policies wrong probably because when I was signing up for the policy, they were having someone training and took me a while to figure out how to fix that. I found a better deal with another life insurance company for more money for my family so I opted to cancel our life insurance with American income life. I have now been trying to cancel our policy for months and they keep withdrawing money when they say theyre not going to. Every time I try to contact someone theyre either closed or I try getting a hold of someone via email and they give me the runaround. Ive had the worst experience with this company and I wish I never had gotten a policy with them to begin with. My bank account is constantly negative because they keep pulling money. Our family just went through a fire and were looking at rising insurance, HOA, and the increase in food at the store. It just hurts our wallets with this company taking money when it doesnt need to.

      0 Stars if I could. This company somehow got my info and has been calling for weeks. I have blocked probably 10 numbers and the keep calling with new numbers.

      If I could leave negative stars I would.Lured into their insurance scheme, we realized it wasn't worth thr extra 100 plus a ******** husband called and canceled the entire plan. He specifically asked if the whole policy was null, to which they told him yes.The following month, we received a bill for my policy that was under his supposed canceled umbrella policy.They told him he was supposed to be informed that I had to call to cancel my own policy as it was in my name.We've been working on getting our almost 90 bucks back for over a month and keep getting the run around. How is this place still open?
