  They act like Hilton and dont put the price youre paying so you dont see their big fee. Nobody CHOOSES this company. We all think we are booking through the hotel. This should be regulated! These people need to be sued!

  I'm writing in regards to ************************************************ I always book through the hotel website rather than use third party vendors such as Expedia. In this case, it looked like I was on the hotel website.I was attempting to book at the Hotel Y in ******, ***** turns out I unknowingly booked through "************************************************".I had to cancel the reservation. When the money wasn't returned from the credit card charge, I called the hotel and they said that I had booked through a third party, so they couldn't help me (which is why I don't book through third parties - at least until I was fooled this time).I've tried contacting ************************************************ through email and by phone. The email couldn't be delivered and the automatic phone system doesn't allow me to speak with anyone. I've tried twice to get through and have been booted out both times. The second attempt is when I asked for an agent, but since I wasn't attempting to make a new reservation, it kicked me out.I'm concerned that this company now has my credit card information.I was charged ****** and canceled with the hotel before the deadline that was supplied when I booked but it still didn't indicate that I was booking through a third party.

  total scam. I booked through them for 131. a night. They billed me an extra ****** for a tax recovery charge. I assumed this was normal until I looked at the bills from my ********** and saw there was no such thing. When I call customer service they read me some bogus b.s. They are clearing scamming people They show a slight decrease in the nightly rate to **** you in and they add to this bogus charge to your bill.This has to be illegal. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM

  An absolute scam. Very deceptive. I thought I was booking a night at ************************ Hotel. Turns out they're a third party and charged $107 more for the hotel than Marriott.I googled Marriott Hotlel London and the picture that came up was the ********. I was shocked when my credit card showed $307.50.They should not be allowed to stay in business.

  Absolutely a scam! They are going by ************ now. They pose to be the hotel's corporate online, provide a ***** number and they tell you one charge and then add on a whole new bogus charge. Then I called to cancel this and get a refund and was told that their "hotel partner has to approve the refund" who is this hotel partner? "I cannot tell you that for security reasons." They charge the ** under the hotel name so the ** companies cannot even flag the transactions.This is a scam company and they need to be shut down!

  Total Scam!!! Room charge was $128 and they charged my card $198 for one night!!! Non refundable!! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS SITE which it appears you are booking thru the hotel but you are not!!!

  they are scammers! I was on the actual hotel site and somehow when booking a room it ended up through them. phishing? they charge like a another room for extra fees. No way to cancel or change a room etc.....

  Is this even a legit business? Everyone is unable to work with them. I'm seeing the cemented bookings that cannot be cancelled, not can you check out early! But big CAVEAT is you are not informed until after you make your reservations, and it is in the fine print. You believe you are working with the hotel directly and hand can follow their rules. Then we needed to leave early we found out that we did not make our reservations with the hotel. These people are disgusting and taking peoples' money and laughing in their face.

  Total scam! Booked a room and received email 4 minutes later that my nonrefundable reservation had been cancelled. I DIDNT CANCEL IT! They will not refund my money.

  Was under the impression that I was dealing with hotel directly. Website is very misleading. While booking a stay at embassy suite in ************ ca, one day stay for the room was ******. When booking room, no where obvious was there a total charge listed before credit card info was given. After clicking on finish at pay. To my surprise was a $85 service and tax fee, when all other sites it was $30. Called them and no refund allowed. **************** personal was rude and couldnt care less. Be careful of these websites. Take your time and check before you click. They may not be scammers, but they are people that will take advantage of you.
