      This is the WORST management company my neighborhood has ever had and I am glad we are switching from them effective September 2022. The customer service agents are very nice, but when you need to speak to a Property Manager, they won't give you their number, you have to e-mail them/get transferred to them, but when you e-mail you get no response and they never answer once you are transferred. It's been over 2 weeks and I have e-mailed the Assistant Property Manager and the Property Manager and my issue still has not been resolved. The Assistant Property Manager e-mailed me back once I followed up and she told me she sent my e-mail to someone else to respond...that person still hasn't responded. They don't have any of my neighborhood's documents uploaded to the site so you have to call and get this information, but getting this information is virtually impossible. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!

      The worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Trying to get a pool key took over two months of dealing with rude individuals who could care less about my issue. I do not have enough characters to go into the whole ordeal. Do yourself a favor and ask who the representative for your specific HOA is from the get-go. I made the mistake of thinking they were the rep. for my HOA and, after two months of calling, finally found out that they are merely a call center so to speak.

      We are so sorry to hear this. We have been unable to locate your name as a property owner in one of our communities but we want to make sure that we get this resolved in the future. We have several Glasers in our Austin communities. Can you please let me know the address you are referencing so we can look into the issue further? We do log every call that comes in. With that information, I can try to track down how we messed this up for you and make sure we don't make a similar mistake in the future.

      My van was towed from ******** Club House Parking Lot 3/16/22 cause the signs for 'No Overnight Parking' were NOT visible at ENTRANCE of lot. My building, ******** ** was being painted & I got a letter from the painting co. to move our cars. I was told not to park at another building as vehicles were towed from them. I was on the lookout for towing signs when I moved my van to ******** Park Lot overnight on 3/15/22. My van is registered under *** ******** ** Next AM it was towed, costing me $291.75. The Towing Co. said there were many towing incidents from this lot since the painting started. By law, under CHAPT. 19, ARTICLE 8, SEC. XX-XXX there must be a TOWING SIGN at ALL ENTRANCES of a parking lot. This is NOT the case @ ********* photos #3 and #4. I re-traced my steps from the point of entry in ******** lot to the exit there. I have 2 videos showing this. The towing signs are NOT VISIBLE when you enter or exit. photo #5: Shows NO SIGN @ entrance. photo #6: Just says DO NOT EXIT HERE. photo #7:shows when you EXIT the lot. NO VISIBLE SIGN there either. You only see the BACK of the signs. Our neighbor did not move his car & it got splattered w/paint. Also,photo #8: The TOWING NOTICE left on my van says DATE: 3/15/22, VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED IN 72 HRS. They towed me in LESS than 72 hrs! This seems illegal! ******** security told us their signs are in accordance w/ FL code. They're NOT! ******** told us to go Vesta & they told us to go to RealManage to deal w/this. RM did nothing. Many things could have been done by RM to avoid towing. A notice should have been distributed letting us know where to park during painting & to look for towing signs. A temporary designated area could have been assigned in 1 of the King Points Parking Lots. Temporary Permits could have been issued for alternate parking spots. Whoever ordered my Van to be towed should have seen my van is registered at *** I want to be reimbursed for towing, not to mention ti

      This is the second time I was able to call ******************* at Brown and get a great attitude and prompt service. It is important to me as a homeowner to know where to go if I need help or just information about the property, and I know I can count on **************.
