I was with them for 5 years 2 new Mazda 6 vehicles they went way down hill with communcations calling and hanging up daily and the women are spiteful adding fees and whenever id talk to a man theyd drop the fees and help. The women get their feelings hurt and will call the repo man they sleep with in a heartbeart, even after you tell them you just want to turn the vehicle in and will hand over the key willingly.

I would have never gone with Mazda financing if I had known how terrible they handle additional principal only payments. It has been a headache for the 8 months I've had the loan. They don't let you apply additional payment yourself when you schedule a payment -a feature every other lender I've ever used has allowed me to designate online. I called after the first payment to have them apply the overage to principal and said I could call every "3 to 4 months" if that was more convenient for me instead of calling every month; so that's what I did -only to find out they do not go back and apply the individual payment as they received them. Instead they just do a lump sum adjustment the date you request it. The other option is to mail a check every month and write "principal only" on the memo, well I did that and guess what -it still wasn't applied correctly! I've had to call then wait ***** hrs for their team to "research" and then follow up with another call. It's such a waste of my time. Then when I called the agent was rude and said it was my fault for not calling every single month (which I had not been told before), said she'd submit a request, then hung up on me before I could explain further. Very disappointed and currently looking into refinance options. My CX-5 is great, but Mazda Financial is terrible. I do not recommend; you should use another financer if you are able.

Their telephone answering/routing tree at 8**-***-***2 is impossible if you are trying to purchase your vehicle at the end of your lease. The financial guy at the local Mazda dealership, where I had to go in person, where I leased the CX5 had trouble and a most frustrating time getting to a live person via the same telephone number. Even then, the paperwork they sent me indicated that I was past my due date for the transaction when I was not. REALLY! I'm still in the middle of my transaction and this has taken days. Who has time for this? Next time, I will lease or buy any car other than a Mazda. At best, this is incompetence. At worst, it is sloppy practice to cover up something nefarious. With this level of confusion, how would you ever tell? I am most disappointed in this once respected company which has rolled out some pretty good cars. When I bought my ********** from the ********** dealership years ago, they efficiently took care of the transaction at the dealership. One trip and done. What a contrast this is experience is!

I love my Mazda CX5 but Mazda Financial Services is making me regret ever purchasing this car. I have been requesting my title be sent to my local *** for an out of state title transfer. In order to switch your license plates, you must have a local insurance policy so I switched it over to my new state. At first they sent me an a very unofficial packet saying they give me permission to transfer the title to my new state. Of course, the *** did not accept that. So I mailed them a formal request twice and I faxed it to 4 different fax numbers that I received from customer service. Now my old state is threatening to fine me and suspend my plates because they cannot verify my insurance policy. Every customer service representative has given me different information. I have called multiple times and explained how many times Ive tried sending the request. They do not care. They have been EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. I do not recommend financing your car through them. Youre better off getting a loan from your bank.

The absolute WORSE of the worst. Stay away. It's a shame, Mazda made a decent car, but this financial services *****. All I wanted to do was buy out my lease.. I secured my own loan. All they had to do was take the pay put, send me the title. Simple, right?! Not so much. I am actually minutes away from rethinking the buy out and driving it back to Mazda and say C YA!!! I was NOT aware of all the " FORMS" NECESSARY BOTH TO BEGIN AND CLOSE THE PROCESS. ! If you have the time and patience to call them everyday, your good. If you are waiting for any movement on your acct, call. Cuz that is the ONLY way to ensure process. This form, that form, more forms, to "oh, we tried to reach out to you" how???? Smoke signals!!! Nope not doing this ever again. Sorry Mazda. Won't be back

I moved states and had to switch my plates in order to get a permit. The DMV told me I needed the second half of my title (the security interest) and to contact my lien holder, Mazda Financial Services. They told me on the phone that they don't have an email address so I must fax the request. I faxed the request to the number given. I never received confirmation of receipt and was told it takes ***** hours to process the request.48 hours later, I called back and asked what the *** was. They said they never received a request and to resend. I asked them to confirm the fax number and they gave me a completely different one.I sent the fax the same day to both numbers I had.Again I called back in ************************************************************************************** their customer notes smart because they would otherwise never get away with this insanity.I asked them to speak to a manager and they said can't allow me to.This repeated again until finally someone directed me to the Mazda online portal, where you can message.I asked them to send the title ASAP but it takes 3-5 business days to send me back a message saying they cannot (did not give a reason).I do not have this paperwork in my possession and have no other way to get it besides through them. I called them and the agent told me that it isn't possible. I called again and they told me they would send it and it would arrive within **** business days.I waited 10 days and called, and they said they had no record of this.I asked if I could receive an email confirming they sent it or a tracking number and expressed my frustration. They said they don't send emails. I sent them another message in the portal and they responded saying they couldn't help and gave no further assistance. Each time I hear something different. I have wasted hours of my life and haven't been able to drive my car for months because I cannot switch my plates without the title. I urge you to go elsewhere than this sham of a company.

Yet I discovered my bank account was being debited for the regular payment every month. When I called I was told the application is not tied to the payments so it is my responsibility to stop and re-start automatic payments. As far as app not reflecting payments, rep basically said it wasnt her problem. Appalling in my opinion.

I just got an email from Mazda Financial Services saying my payment was late. This was my very frustrated response:Hello,I DID NOT MISS MY PAYMENT !!!!I have continually complained about my invoice being mailed to me on the 9th or 10th of the month or later when the payment is due the 15th. I send it in the day after I receive it which was the 10th of August. I have never had this happen with any one else I do business with. Why does it take 8 to 10 days or more to post the payment??? Why don't I receive the invoice with enough time to mail it in before the 15th?? Look up my history and see that I have contacted MAZDA several times concerning this. I have been told that Mazda Financial Services has as known problem in their system and are working to improve it. This certainly has not happened yet. I have also asked to have a Financial Services Manager contact me concerning this. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. This issue is MAZDA's, not mine. I am very frustrated with this.
