"Mazda Financial is a Complete Disaster Avoid at All Costs!"Mazda Financial is an absolute NIGHTMARE. Their system is so dysfunctional, it feels like theyre setting you up for FAILURE. The payment system is beyond brokenits designed to make it as difficult as possible to pay on time, setting you up for repossession! Youre left with zero options when you run into issues, and the incompetence is mind-blowing.If that wasnt bad enough, they were hit with a CYBER ATTACK, meaning all of our personal information has been compromised! Yes, you heard that rightYOUR info is floating around out there, thanks to Mazda Financials complete inability to safeguard it. And despite this huge security breach, were STILL expected to make payments as if nothing happened?! ****************************** Non-existent. You cant reach anyone through email, and calling them is a joke. Theyll gladly take your money, but when it comes to actual support or accountability? They disappear.Bottom line: Mazda Financial is BAD BUSINESS. This is more than just incompetence; it's negligence. If you value your time, your money, and your security, avoid them at all costs! We deserve better than this trash company!Mazda Financial Services

1 starMy 2023 Toyota Camry was totaled in a collision (not at fault). My insurance carrier submitted payment to payoff my account with ********************** ********* Services on 5/31/24 and 6/20/24 but TFS has yet to apply the payment. The total loss department continues to tell me the processing department with Toyota has been delayed . In the interim, I have made two monthly payments on this car to protect my credit score. Representatives are rude and just tells me to continue to wait. Meanwhile, I am unable to purchase another vehicle since my refund from Toyota has not been processed. I would never use TFS again to finance a car. This has been a horrible experience and I am suffering trauma from the accident and the handling of my total loss claim.Review fromJohn K

What system doesnt allow you to make payments after youve been making payments with the dashboard for almost 2 years. If an account gets closed with Mazda Financial ex. My car was reported a total loss due to weather. They close your account on the dashboard not allowing you to review the linked bank account. It doesnt allow you to pull a payoff quote. You cant even make an express payment which is the whole reason we use the dang thing!! They sent a letter in the mail stating a debt of loss and the remaining balance to be paid. Mind you, the mail was sent on the 14 of June. I received it today 13 days after. Almost 2 weeks have gone by and Im only allowed 30 days before reported to the credit bureaus. But you are so good at sending emails about your stupid app updating but you cant send an email or reach out to your client about the next steps to take?! This is absolutely a joke of company and I recommend anyone who reads this to not do business with them. Scam artist at the finest. Be smart get a private loan from a lender not this places. Other than that spoke with ******. Great help but he even realized the flaws in the stupid system you have as Im calling them out. Great example you make me have to call in to make my scheduled arranged payments THE *** OF! So this whole time Ive been on recurring payments and now I cant set up anything unless having to go through 20 minute queues. Cant even post a payment the day before a weekend if scheduled payment was on a Saturday. Absolutely ridiculous and I hope Mazda financial services crashes and *****.Mazda Financial Services

My wife ****** had the worst experience ever.As husband Im the co-signer and Mazda damaged our credit score in the most bizarre way: first the automatic payment was cancelled (of course they dont know how it could have happened) and when our credit score was damaged they didnt try to help or fix this.We are still in trouble while returning the car.The customer service is so bad that is almost criminal in its lack of knowledge and incapacity to help. For the sake of yourself stay away from this company.Mazda Financial Services

June 18, 2024 BBB Review ID: ******* *************************** Account # ********** This is in response to the review filed against Mazda Financial Services (MFS) by *************************** regarding servicing issues and negative information reflecting on his credit profile with MFS. First and foremost, MFS would like to thank ********************** for bringing his concerns to our attention. After review of *************** account, our records show that ********************** entered into a lease agreement with Mazda Financial Services on May 19, 2021. On July 19, 2021, automatic recurring monthly payments were setup on the website to begin with the following payment due and to end on May 19, 2023. After the June 19, 2023, payment went unpaid, several attempts were made to reach ********************** by phone regarding the past due amount and the July 3, 2023, billing statement sent also reflected a past due amount for the June 2023 payment. As a result, Mr. ********** account was reported as 30 days past due to the *************************** (CRAs) on July 31, 2023.Unfortunately, MFS is unable to remove the late payment currently reporting on *************** account as we are required to report accurate information to the CRAs.Please know MFS strives for excellence in customer satisfaction and we appreciate *************************** for bringing this matter to our attention. Worst financial service - ever. I've tried repeatedly to load my bank account info into their web site for auto pay. It's been a year and I still can't get the website to take my info. So I resorted to having my bank due bill pay. They cut a check 10 days before the due date, but it never gets posted to my account on time. There is tracking so I can see when the check hits ************* I'm not sure what the problem is, but it takes forever for them to process the check. My current check has been sitting there since 5/20 with out being processed, and is now 4 days past due. The dealership refused to help us with this. The people on the the phones at the financial site are rude and unhelpful. I'm seriously considering taking money out of my account to pay off the car and be done with them. This is the worst loan experience I've ever had. I will not deal with Mazda again.Mazda Financial Services

I've never had a worse customer service experience for a large purchase. 1- You cannot get a customer service associate on the line at ********************** with the current prompts, period. I had to call Mazda Customer Experience to patch me in after days of trying to get someone on the phone to confirm the status of my Mazda purchase. 2- The prompts are terrible and don't even provide basic information about your vehicle after you confirm identity. 3- The paperwork that Mazda Financial Services sent to complete my purchase has two addresses listed for sending paperwork back to and doesn't specify which to overnight a check to, so imagine the confusion when you can't even get someone on the phone to confirm. 5- The worst part? After one Mazda Customer Experience agent had to perform magic to patch me into a Mazda Financial Services agent, she acted completely taken aback and rude when he tried to explain why he was helping me. She spoke over me the entire conversation, only gave me information or help when I pressed her for it, or repeated why I was frustrated. As it turns out they were missing a page from the package that my loan officer sent over to purchase the vehicle, and were going to send me a LETTER to tell me this. In the world of Chat, Email, Docusign, and phones, they were going to send A LETTER that takes 3-10 business days to arrive, when my maturation date is approaching and this was a purchase I kicked off two weeks ago. I was given an email address which I was told would be a proper place to send the missing paper and told that no one could confirm receipt. Awful, awful, awful experience. Honestly, get it together. This is time and money for people and don't act surprised when people want to SPEAK WITH A PERSON or get a simple confirmation or status update about a vehicle purchase.Mazda Financial Services
