      I was on Auto pay and Toyota did not pull my payment. I have been trying to make payments on their webpage using the same account information that aI have used before and it keeps giving me an error. They now close at 5PM so I cannot call to resolve during the day because I work. I just want to make my payment but am unable to do it thru their system.

      This is in response to the complaint filed by Ms. ******* **** against Toyota Motor Credit Corporation (TMCC), regarding her concerns with not being able to remit an online payment on her account. We understand the importance in maintaining a positive account status and we recognize Ms. ****'s frustration.

      It is important for Ms. **** to understand that when an account has four or more website payments that are returned unpaid within a twelve (12) month period, the TFS account is blocked from scheduling and making a payment online. When a block is placed on an online account, the system cancels all future online payment(s) that are in a scheduled status and deletes the recurring payment schedule. The account is subsequently blocked for twelve (12) months. Once the twelve (12) months has passed, the Pay Online System unblocks the account. Our records reflect that Ms. ****'s payments were returned unpaid for insufficient funds on January 16, 2022, February 16, 2022, May 16, 2022, and June 16, 2022, and as a result, her online account has been blocked from remitting a payment through the website for the next twelve months.

      However, TFS offers additional payment options that remain available to Ms. ****. We have two (2) phone pay options available, including our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system and speaking with an agent to schedule a payment. Ms. **** may also mail a payment to Toyota Financial Services (TFS) using the payment address outlined on her monthly billing statements. If Ms. **** would like to make a payment via Phone Pay, she may contact us at (XXX) XXX-XXXX and make a payment through our automated telephone system at any time (24/7) or schedule a payment with a team member Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
