  Zips Carwash on Ward Rd in Lynchburg, VA is outstanding! I had such a great experience, and the man who served me, Kevin, was kind, welcoming, and willing to help. This was my first time getting my car cleaned and they did such a nice job. The carwash is smooth and worked so well and the vacuums afterward were super nice and useful. They are so accommodating and I definitely recommend them.

  My car is never clean after going through zips. I’ve cancelled my membership. They owe me $35. I’ve been fighting with them for 4 months to get my money. They suddenly can’t refund the card they charged and claimed they mailed a check 5 weeks ago. They can’t provide a check number or date it was mailed- cuz it wasn’t! I tell anyone who wil listen about this. They should be put out of business

  Locations in my city are often broken/malfunctioning, to include the card readers for payment, the carwash itself, and the vacuums. There are rarely towels and cleaner available for use as advertised. I cancelled 2 memberships ($40 monthly each) and the company still deducted money from my bank account the month following cancellation, though NOT authorized to do so. The Zips representative I spoke with by phone refused to issue a refund and told me several times that all sales are final. I have 2 receipts showing my cancellation date and the date the memberships ended, yet funds were still taken from my account the following month. I had to call my bank and dispute the charges.
  DO NOT USE ZIPS CAR WASH, AND DEFINITELY DO NOT PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP!

  Tried canceling 10x and I have the proof! Corporate does not have access to cancel membership and the local place has their phones forwarded and suggest that you come to the place to cancel! Horrible service! When my windshield wipers were pinch and flew off of my car I was only give an apology. NEVER AGAIN!

  This company is opaque, unresponsive, and rips people off. They make it difficult to cancel a trial membership and their employees lie about how to cancel.

  They are a scam I have canceled my membership with them two times with documented proof and they keep charging my bank and will not respond to my dispute.

  My wife went to Zips Car Wash on Memorial Rd. In Edmond, Oklahoma and purchased a $10 wash in November. She was charged the $10 and on the same day, she was charged an additional $35 and put on a recurring membership and charged $35 3
  times total before we caught it on her bank statement. I emailed a Melody at Zips about it and requested the $105 refund and provided the information she needed to track it down and hopefully fire the employee who did it. Her response was that she was stopping any future charges, but as far as a refund on the $105 already stolen... all sales are final and no refunds. So if you are using Zips in Oklahoma with a credit card, you better beware as they are probably stealing from others as well.

  Zips Carwash on 6221 Denton Hwy Haltom City, TX is horrible! Car was still dirty after wash and none of the vacuums work. Read other reviews for proof! Customer service sucks a young man said the manager was in a meeting and there was nothing he could do...stop charging people for services you clearly can't offer!

  On January 27, my car was damaged at a ZIP’s Car Wash. The blowers were set to high and blew out a large rear window, trim piece. The car wash Manager, Bruce H********* investigated and found the piece was run over and destroyed in the blower area. He then closed the car wash so he could turn down the blowers. He said they were set to high.
  Naturally, one would think ZIPS would replace the trim piece. WRONG
  The Manager stated that it was their fault and we had to file a company claim. I preceded to go ahead and file the company claim for the $252 trim piece knowing I may have a battle on my hands with an irreputable company.
  After THREE WEEKS and several emails I finally heard back. It should have been approved and closed within a week based upon the documentation provided. Of Course, the damage claim was denied!
  Thankfully glad to say it was never a question about the money. It is the point.
  This businesses like many others did not take ownership for the problems they inflicted upon their customers. This Is One of Those Organizations.
  Kyle W*** from their corporate office told me my car was old and to file a claim with my insurance company. REALLY, an insurance claim deductible is $250-$500. The replacement piece was $252.
  Thankfully car washes are all over the place in my area and I can take my business elsewhere. Hopefully, you to can do the same.
